177 Huntington was designed by architect I. M. Pei and developed as part of the Christian Science Plaza. The building’s unique design includes a floor-to-ceiling, unobstructed glass line for 100’ allowing natural light to flood the space, and breath-taking views of Boston and beyond. Beacon Capital Partners purchased the building in 2012 and through a $20 million focused renovation and modernization, the building was completely transformed and repositioned from a dated 1970s era building into a premiere, Class A office building.
