In October of 2015, Governor Charlie Baker appointed Scott Bosworth as Chief Strategy Officer of MassDOT. In this role, Scott works with Secretary Stephanie Pollack and MassDOT/MBTA senior staff, to drive institutional change and innovation, foster a customer-centric culture, and lead key strategic initiatives of the agencies and the Baker/Polito Administration. His deep roots in federal, state and local transportation policy span three decades, including influential assignments as Assistant Secretary of Transportation under Governors Weld and Cellucci as well as with the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives and its Chairman, Congressman Bud Shuster. After leaving state government in 1998, Scott started a group of companies that deliver architectural, engineering, public engagement and strategic planning services to public and private real estate, transportation, and infrastructure entities.

Sean O’Brien, P.E. joined BSC Group in 2017 as the firm’s chief executive officer, bringing a 25-year track record of industry leadership in the transportation, private sector, federal and state client markets nationally. Locally, he has contributed to some of New England’s most notable transportation infrastructure improvement projects and numerous projects for public and private sector clients. Since joining BSC Group, Sean has focused on driving BSC’s growth as a regional leader in the transportation, energy, public and private markets. Propelled by a dedication to clients and technical excellence, he fosters a firm-wide culture of service, innovation and responsiveness. Sean holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, as well as an MS in civil engineering from Tufts University and a BS in environmental engineering from Norwich University.

William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Wil has an innate ability to translate business objectives and corporate culture into an effective environment that yields productivity and creativity. Mr. Catlin leads a group of client-centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston. Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association.

Lizzi Weyant joined MAPC in the spring of 2015 and serves as the Director of Government Affairs. She oversees MAPC’s legislative priorities both at the state and federal level, including zoning reform and housing production legislation, transportation funding, and energy and environmental initiatives. Ms. Weyant works closely with several state and regional coalitions and committees, including the Massachusetts Smart Growth Alliance and Transportation for Massachusetts, as well as the Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies. Prior to MAPC, Ms. Weyant was the Advocacy Director of Transportation for Massachusetts, a statewide transportation coalition where she successfully advocated for more statewide funding for transportation. Prior to the coalition, Ms. Weyant worked as a staff attorney at the Massachusetts Public Interest Research Group, protecting consumers through legal, grassroots and grasstops advocacy, with a focus on transportation issues and consumer affairs.
