Bryan wants to bring great design and architecture to Boston’s neighborhoods. Those are some of the elements of the local real estate landscape that have kept him so engaged for the past 12 years – creating buildings that preserve Boston’s culture and character but are timeless and contemporary. Prior to co-founding Transom, Bryan gained experience generating, financing, and managing Related Beal’s portfolio of value-add and development opportunities. With specific examples including Congress Square and the Quinzani assemblage in the South End, Bryan was part of a team that helped Related Beal acquire a $1.7 billion pipeline of urban core development in Boston. Prior to Related Beal, Bryan was Director of Acquisitions for Beacon Communities. Bryan received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida and his Master of Science in real estate development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He has co-authored and published several articles and research pieces, including ‘An Autopsy of Unlevered Real Estate Returns’ and ‘Sophisticated Sensitivity: Can Developers Guess Smarter?’ He currently sits on the MIT Center for Real Estate Alumni Association Committee and the NAIOP Education Committee.

Justin Krebs

Prior to founding KIG, Mr. Krebs was a Partner at Normandy Real Estate Partners, responsible for opening and overseeing Normandy's Boston office. During his 10 years at Normandy, Krebs built a $2 billion dollar office and residential portfolio with notable projects including the foreclosure, repositioning, and sale of the John Hancock Building (now 200 Clarendon), the acquisition and repositioning 99 Summer Street in downtown Boston, assembling and permitting Center 128 in Needham, a 2 million square foot mixed project which included the development of Trip Advisors Global HQ, and the permitting, design and development of Troy Boston, a 378-unit residential project in Boston’s South End, co-developed with Gerding Edlen. Mr. Krebs began his career in New York holding positions with global investment management firms UBS and JP Morgan. While at JP Morgan, Mr. Krebs held the title of Senior Vice President and team leader, responsible for more than $4 billion in real estate investment and development on the East Coast. At UBS, Krebs was an Assistant Vice President, investing more than $500 million in equity into real estate for pension funds and foreign investors. Mr. Krebs is a graduate from Providence College and has a MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

He previously served as Vice President of Investments at Atlas Real Estate Partners and was an Associate at JP Morgan Global Real Assets. In these roles he oversaw a $1.5B mixed-use real estate portfolio and created the investment strategy for over 30 assets including leasing, development, financing and disposition. Benjie is a frequent speaker on real estate finance innovation and has completed transactions across five different crowdfunding platforms. Greg Bates is Chief Operating Officer of GID and serves on the Executive Committee and on the Investment Committee of GID. Brian is located in Boston. Brian has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with considerable experience in commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining the company in 2011, Brian was with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage (now Berkeley Point Capital), where he served from 2001 to 2011. In that capacity, he originated more than $1.3 billion in multifamily loans. Earlier, he was a senior regional underwriter with Berkshire Mortgage Finance. Brian began his career by forming his own real estate company, J&B Home Realty, which he ran successfully for 10 years. Previously, Mr. Gnazzo served as managing director at CWCapital, LLC where he closed over 82 loans in 22 states with an aggregate loan volume of over $1.65 billion through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD executions. While at Winn, Edwards supervised the sourcing and acquisition of residential housing properties including rehabilitation of historic buildings and fractured condominium developments with a focus on the creation of mixed- and low-income housing. In her new position at The Davis Companies, Edwards will play a key role in pursuing value-add, opportunistic and Opportunity Zone transactions. Over the course of his career, he has personally arranged over 230 transactions through a wide variety of capital sources, including FHA, the GSEs, banks, life insurance companies, and state housing finance agencies. Todd has held senior executive positions at multifamily lenders Walker & Dunlop and CWCapital and previously was CEO of Recap Real Estate Advisors, a nationally-recognized provider of advisory and transaction services for multifamily housing. Under Chrystal’s leadership, MassHousing launched a highly successful Down Payment Assistance program; secured over $80 million to expand its Workforce Housing initiative; and developed a nationally recognized program for homeownership production in communities of color. Before joining MassHousing, Chrystal served as the Baker-Polito Administration’s Undersecretary for Housing and Community Development where she successfully advocated to increase state capital dollars for affordable housing by almost 18%; partnered to increase rental subsidies for low income families by 42%; and collaborated to dramatically reduce the number of homeless families in motels. Prior to her work as Undersecretary, Chrystal was President and Chief Executive Officer at Urban Edge, one of New England’s largest community development corporations. She is credited with leading the organization’s financial transformation, resulting in a $3 million increase in the Agency’s net asset position. Chrystal serves on the boards of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority, the National Housing Trust and is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston’s Advisory Committee. Clark Ziegler

Clark Ziegler is Executive Director of the Massachusetts Housing Partnership, a quasi-public state agency that finances affordable rental housing, provides mortgage financing for first-time home buyers, provides technical assistance for housing and neighborhood development, and is a major contributor to state housing policy. He has been with MHP since its inception in 1985 and has been chief executive since 1990. During his tenure MHP has delivered financing or technical assistance in nearly every city and town in the Commonwealth, including financing for more than 23,000 units of affordable rental housing and more than 20,000 affordable homes for low-income first-time buyers. In total MHP has delivered $4.9 billion in below-market financing either directly or through participating banks. Between 1976 and 1981, Mr. Ziegler was in Washington, DC as an LBJ Intern, legislative assistant and then administrative assistant (chief of staff) to Massachusetts Congressman Robert Drinan, where he specialized in energy, environmental, budget and tax policy and staffed the House Subcommittee on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources. From 1983 to 1985 he was Deputy Director of Development and Public Affairs at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. Mr. Ziegler serves as a governor's appointee on the board of the Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation, which provides financing and technical assistance to community-based nonprofits across Massachusetts. He chairs the board of the Housing Partnership Fund, a federally-certified community development financial institution and a lending affiliate of the Housing Partnership Network, an organization that brings together the nation's leading housing and community development nonprofits. He also serves as a director of the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders, which represents leading banks and nonprofit loan funds across the U.S. engaged in community development lending. As an Ipswich resident Mr. Ziegler served as chairman and as a 15-year member of the town’s Finance Committee, overseeing local spending on municipal government and public education and making recommendations on zoning and all other matters before town meeting. In 2006 he received the Community Service Award from Citizens Housing and Planning Association and in 2011 the Boston Globe named him one of the top ten innovators in Massachusetts. He has a bachelor's degree from Hampshire College and a master's degree in public policy from the Kennedy School at Harvard University.

Gwendolyn Noyes

Gwen Noyes has been a partner of Oaktree Development and its predecessor, Unihab Inc, since 1973, when Arthur Klipfel and she founded Unihab. Her work in these multi-family housing development companies has been focused to date in Cambridge and several metropolitan Boston cities. Trained as an architect, she has been the designer and partner in charge of many complete renovations and new communities totaling several hundred units. Frequently working in neighborhoods that are apprehensive or resistant to change, Ms Noyes has gained substantial experience in successfully permitting Oaktree’s projects. She helps neighborhoods to envision the contribution that an Oaktree community will bring. She also led in the sociologically complex formation and development of the Cambridge Co-housing community, an award winning, and nationally acclaimed example of environmentally responsible design. Gwen and her husband, Arthur Klipfel, live in this community. Ms Noyes has a Master of Architecture degree (honors) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College. She has lived and worked in Cambridge, MA for thirty eight years, though she enjoyed brief working stints in Japan, Denmark, and NYC. She has traveled extensively and served as an officer and President of the Board for the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. She has also served as a founding trustee on the City of Cambridge’s Affordable Housing Trust, and is a member of Cambridge Friends' Meeting (Quaker), where she heads the EarthCare Witness Committee. Nancy Goldsmith

Nancy Goldsmith, Managing Director of Operations, has worked with the principals of The Bozzuto Group for 25 years. Nancy oversees operations for an apartment portfolio of over 37,000 units across 135 communities containing over 700,000 square feet of retail in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Nancy works in conjunction with the executive team to drive performance at the property level and provide strategic support to both her clients and team. Throughout her career in property management, Nancy has led the completion of over 100 lease-ups in various markets. During her time as Senior Vice President, she led a team of eight regional managers focused on expanding operations from the Mid-Atlantic into New England. During her time as a Regional Portfolio Manager she was responsible for 30 different communities. Prior to this role, she served as a tenured Property Manager for five Bozzuto managed communities. Nancy also worked for Simpson Property Group, Legacy Partners, and the Housing Opportunities Commission in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Jordan Warshaw

President Jordan Warshaw is a 25-year industry veteran. He began his career as a real estate and zoning attorney and spent the next 15 years working at Boston real estate firms The Druker Company and The Davis Companies prior to founding Noannet in 2011. Mr. Warshaw is a current or past board member of The Winsor School, Boston Center for the Arts, Stop Handgun Violence, Topf Center for Dance Education, Voice of Reason and Westwood Girls’ Softball, is the Chair of Winsor’s Facilities Committee, a member of the Roxbury Latin Alumni Leadership Giving Council, and has coached more youth soccer, softball and baseball teams than he can count. He is a member of various real estate-related professional organizations, and has been a speaker on multiple occasions for NAIOP, REFA and Bisnow. Mr. Warshaw is a graduate of The Roxbury Latin School, Yale University, and the University of Virginia School of Law. While not in the office, he can usually be found either on the sidelines of one of his three children’s games, mountain biking through Noannet Woodlands with his faithful golden retriever Lollipop, hiking around Noannet Pond with his wife Nicole, or banging away on his drum kit.

Kevin Sheehan

Kevin Sheehan is senior managing director of real estate for the Greystar Northeast region, which includes offices in Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston. In his role, Kevin oversees property management operations, third-party business development, and client relationships. Kevin’s expertise includes managing portfolios and teams across wide geographic areas, as well as managing various asset types, including high-rise, garden, urban, suburban, lease-up, and renovation. Prior to joining Greystar in 2010, Kevin served as president of management operations at Bainbridge, an East Coast multifamily development and investment firm operating from Florida through the Mid-Atlantic. Before his Bainbridge role, he was a senior vice president with Bozzuto, where he oversaw a portfolio of class A assets in Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and New Jersey. Kevin started his multifamily career managing apartment communities at Oakwood Worldwide, progressively working his way up in the organization to positions of higher responsibility.

Gail is committed to designing sustainable communities: green, mixed use, transit-oriented places that support a diverse population. Its clientele includes some of the best known and respected owner/operators in the business. Paul started his career as a commercial lender with National Westminster Bank in New York City in 1985. Over the subsequent 15 years, Paul worked for several banks managing real estate lending teams as well as commercial real estate and corporate workout groups responsible for restructuring and disposing of commercial loans and assets. Paul left banking in 1999 to join The Mount Vernon Company, Inc., a privately held company that owns and manages multifamily, office and retail properties in the Boston area. While at Mount Vernon, Paul restructured millions of dollars in loans and implemented a program to dispose of under-performing assets to create value and liquidity using the 1031 exchange process for acquiring new properties. Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Association, a Division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and is a past President and member of the New England Chapter of CCIM.
