Reetika Vijay is the Managing Principal for IA Interior Architects’ Boston office. She was recently named Boston Real Estate Time’s 2019 Top 10 Most Influential Women and India New England’s Outstanding Women of 2020. She brings over 25 years of experience playing a leading role in strategic planning, managing, designing, administering, and negotiating a wide variety of project types. Reetika and her team are responsible for the design of millions of square feet of workplace that has impacted and improved thousands of lives. Reetika has been instrumental in developing IA’s philanthropic mission. She is the founder and executive sponsor of IAReach, a firmwide program that supports local and global charitable initiatives throughout IA’s global footprint. Reetika serves on the Advisory Board for Massachusetts Center for Prevention of Cruelty Against Children. Reetika also serves as executive sponsor to IA’s Digital Studio and IA’s Experiential Graphics team.

A key member of Gensler’s leadership team, Arlyn spearheads the firm’s Workplace Strategy and Design teams in the Boston office. She co-leads Boston’s Work Sector, which is made up of four cross-disciplinary studios, and she helps to define the firm’s strategic vision for workplace design and evolution. In her work across industries, Arlyn has developed strong and long- lasting client relationships. Her clients span a range of ‘innovation economy’ sectors including Tech, Consumer Goods and Services, Financial Services, and Media. With a tailored and multidisciplinary approach, Arlyn has delivered game-changing real estate and workplace strategy insights to top Fortune 500 clients looking to enhance business performance and advance their overall mission. Arlyn ensures that her clients’ goals remain at the forefront of design and strategy decisions, and she keeps a close eye on emerging and evolving trends in the Boston real estate market and beyond. Arlyn has held key firmwide leadership roles, having served for many years as a firmwide Practice Area leader and on Gensler’s Management Committee. She is a graduate of Cornell University.

Anthony Markese has design leadership expertise on prominent projects around the world for a broad range of corporate, higher education, institutional and commercial clients. He has led the design of a variety of prominent projects, including 145 Broadway, Akamai’s new headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts; 2+U, a mixed-use office towers in Downtown Seattle, Washington; the ExxonMobil Office Complex in Houston; Texas the ATCO Campus in Calgary, Alberta; 900 New York Avenue in Washington DC; 300 North Lasalle and River Point, both in downtown Chicago, Illinois and the CalPERS Headquarters Complex in Sacramento, California. Prior to Pickard Chilton, he was Associate and Design Team Leader with Cesar Pelli & Associates, where he collaborated on the design of the award-winning Terminal at the Reagan Washington National Airport; JP Morgan Chase on San Francisco, Rock Biomedical Research Laboratory at the University of California, San Francisco, as well as several projects for Duke University, including the Athletic Precinct Master Plan, the Wilson Student Recreation Center, and Schwartz/Butters Hall.
