Ben Myers is the Senior Vice President, Sustainability, at Boston Properties (BXP), the largest publicly-traded developer, owner and manager of Class A office properties in the United States. He is an engineer and non-routine project manager with a passion for resource efficiency, healthy workspaces and urban ecosystems. His primary responsibilities include ESG strategy and implementation, enterprise energy and water management, green building initiatives, distributed generation and storage, energy conservation measure implementation, resilience planning, education, communication and public reporting. He holds an M.A. in Urban Environmental Leadership from Lesley University and a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Under Mr. Myers’ leadership, BXP has been recognized as an industry leader in ESG and sustainability. • In 2019, BXP ranked among the top 4% of all real estate companies in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (“GRESB”) assessment. 2019 was the eighth consecutive year that BXP has ranked in the top quartile of GRESB assessment participants, earning another “Green Star” recognition and the highest GRESB 5-star Rating. • In 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019, BXP was selected by the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (“Nareit”) as a Leader in the Light Award winner. Mike comes to Nuveen Green Capital with a background in lighting controls and utility efficiency program implementation. He is a Certified Energy Manager, and a Certified Lighting Efficiency professional endorsed by ACEEE. He has a passion for business development working with contractors to design, implement, and sell unique energy solutions that best match their customer’s needs. In his spare time Mike is a happily terrible golfer and enjoys traveling whenever the chance arises.

Joel Wool is an affordable housing and energy professional with experience in local, state and federal policy and program implementation. He currently serves as Deputy Administrator for Sustainability and Capital Transformation for the Boston Housing Authority, where he is responsible for overseeing the BHA’s plans for investment in, and emissions reductions from, 10,000 units of public housing. Prior to his role at the BHA, Joel worked for the City of Boston and for both local and national environmental organizations. He holds a Masters in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.

Roselin is a dynamic and detail-oriented energy engineer specializing in building performance consulting. She has managed diverse sustainability consulting projects including complex science laboratories, archival spaces with unique requirements, multifamily buildings, schools, and offices. Along with her proficiency in eQuest energy modeling and the LEED rating system, she brings to AKF a unique enthusiasm for inspiring project teams to reduce environmental impact through high performance design. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Roselin’s attentive management of both engineering data and client relationships. In addition to her engineering expertise, she also holds exceptional communication and presentation skills. Roselin is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), ASHRAE Building Energy Modeling Professional (BEMP), and a LEED Accredited Professional. She holds a Master of Science in Building Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. Roselin has frequently presented educational content to clients and AEC professionals on topics including the use of energy modeling in the design process, high performance laboratory design, and various energy codes, most recently the new BERDO 2.0 legislation.

Tracey has more than 30 years of experience implementing geothermal and exploration strategies for large commercial and utility scale electrification projects. Her many successful installations begin with her early involvement in design, project implementation. and oversight throughout the feasibility and production drilling.

As Vice President of New England, Jack is responsible for the overall strategy and management of Evolution’s footprint within the New England market. With experience in Commercial Real Estate Management and a passion for sustainability, Jack’s focus at Evolution is to find creative approaches to improve corporate bottom-line performance through energy conservation measures, energy risk management, and ESG Solutions.

Mark Shraiberg serves as Vice President of Development Management with TCC’s Boston team. Mark is responsible for managing all aspects of design and construction on developments throughout Massachusetts and New England. Prior to joining TCC, Mark was the Director of Design and Entitlements for The NRP Company in the northeast where he managed the design and construction of a portfolio of market rate and affordable multi-family developments valued over $850M throughout New York, New Jersey, and New England. He previously worked for Procon Inc. as a project architect responsible for design, construction documentation, coordination, and construction administration of multiple mid- and high-rise hospitality projects. Mark also has experience in healthcare, senior living, historic preservation, and resort architecture and has managed projects ranging from $50-$350M in value.
