66 Galen Street is a purpose-built life science building with best-in-class design and construction located in the center of the rapidly expanding Watertown Life Science cluster. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, 66 Galen will provide over 224,000 SF of new construction delivering in Q4 of 2023, followed by a planned Phase II campus expansion of up 464,000 SF. The new campus will feature a Health & Wellness focused amenity package, Retail opportunity, community lounge spaces, state-of-the-art building connectivity, views of the Charles River, and a dynamic Watertown Square location.

66 Galen Street provides tenants with easy access to I-90 and efficient roadways for travel to Cambridge, Boston, and Logan Airport. A private shuttle also provides dedicated service from the building to Harvard Square as well as Boston Landing. Parking Information:

Uber/Lyft Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

Use 66 Galen Street as the address for Uber/Lyft drop-off and pick up at the building’s main entrance (north corner of Water & Galen Street). You may enter and exit 66 Galen’s Main Lobby through the glass vestibule doors. Registration is in the Lobby and the State of the Market is taking place on Level 1.

 

Garage Parking:

Garage parking is available in the 66 Galen Street garage. The garage entrance is located on Water Street and will be clearly marked with signage.

 

PARKING CLEARENCE: 6’10”

 

Garage Level P2 (Garage Entrance-Level): Take the elevator or stairs located in the vestibule to Level L for Registration.

Garage Level P1: Registration is located on this level; you can walk into the main lobby to register and get your name badge. Follow signs for Registration upon entering the garage vestibule.

We advise guests to park on P1 (2nd level of garage) as the vestibule on this floor will bring you directly to Registration. If P1 fills up, please park on P2 (garage entrance-level) and take the elevator or stairs located in the vestibule to Level L.

 

Additional Outdoor Surface Parking:

The MBTA Watertown Yard Commuter Parking surface lot located at 51 Water Street and across from 66 Galen Street is available for Bisnow State of the Market event guests at NO COST. Upon parking and exiting the fenced lot, proceed north (right) on Water Street to 66 Galen Street. Continue to 66 Galen Street’s main entrance (at the north corner of Water & Galen Street) and enter the building through the glass vestibule.
