What you'll learn

  • What are we currently seeing in terms of the demand for office space? Is the Charlotte region strategizing differently compared to past years?
  • How is Charlotte incentivizing new tenants to move into the area as well as keeping their tenants from leaving? How is the city competing with other sunbelt cities?
  • With the increase of hybrid and remote work, how will this impact leasing office spaces in the market? What can we expect in the next coming years?
  • How are the supply chain and inflation issues impacting construction and renovations? How are developers and tenants overcoming the challenges of these types of setbacks?
  • As the return to office continues, many companies are offering incentives for employees. What adaptive office designs, tech trends, and safety measures are being added to encourage this return?

How You'll Do More Business:

Charlotte's office market has continued to remain strong throughout the pandemic, bringing in major tenants and delivering record numbers of office space. With about 2.9 million square feet of Class A office product under construction, developers, landlords and tenants are bringing in new design and leasing trends into the industry. Find out where the state of the Charlotte office stands, what changes are here to stay, and where to put your money for the best return on investment.
