One Independence Center is a 20-story Class A office tower bringing modern design to Trade and Tryon. The tower is complemented by a third-space tenant lounge, three-story atrium and home to culinary destination Monarch Market, Aster Cocktail Room and Lanai Terrace Bar. Twenty-three thousand square feet of trend-forward retail including Sweetgreen, Portofino’s, MD Boutique, and Starbucks invite employees, residents, and weekend explorers to One Independence Center’s city block. The building is Wired Certified Gold, conveniently located near interstates I-277, I-77 and I-85, adjacent to the Charlotte Marriott City Center Hotel, and has a CityLYNX Gold Line stop directly outside.
