Brian Beattie is Lineage’s President of the U.S. West Business Unit. In his role, Brian supports our operations leadership across Lineage’s facility network who are responsible for working collaboratively with our entire team to deliver excellent service to our customers day-in and day-out. Prior to joining the Lineage team, Brian held several leadership positions at Preferred Freezer Services, CHEP, Ryder Systems, Tenneco Automotive and Pepsico. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Transportation from Michigan State University.

As Senior Regional Director for First Industrial’s Chicago/Milwaukee Region, Adam Moore is responsible for leasing, acquisition, development and other corporate customer initiatives throughout the region.  Mr. Moore has over 20 years of experience working in the commercial real estate sector, during this time he has been responsible for over $1 Billion in transactions. During his time with First Industrial, he has completed an average of 40 lease transactions per year while increasing portfolio occupancy and quality through acquisitions and development. Prior to his current position, Mr. Moore served as Marketing/Leasing Director for First Industrial's Chicago/Milwaukee region, working with tenants on new leasing opportunities throughout the area. Previously, Mr. Moore served as a Vice President for Krusinski Construction Company where he was responsible for business development and commercial development activities. Earlier, he was a Director at the brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield, Leasing Agent for Prime Group Realty Trust and a Broker for Equis Corporation. An active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from DePauw University.

Benjamin founded Cyclone Energy Group in 2012 with a vision of making the world more efficient by bridging together design, construction and ongoing operation of high performance buildings. With his background in building design, energy modeling, commissioning and retro- commissioning, he has established and runs the 20 person Chicago-based consultancy which has earned international recognition for both its projects and team members. Over his career, he has helped create some of the most energy efficient and unique buildings in the world. Projects include super-tall high-rise buildings, net-positive energy designs, LEED Platinum and WELL Certified buildings. He has earned the prestigious ASHRAE International Design Award for the Walgreens Net Zero Energy Store. In 2015 he was named 40 under 40 by Consulting Specifying Engineer Magazine.

Barry is part of the third generation of TMG ownership and brings more than 30 years of industry experience to his role as CEO of The Missner Group. As CEO he leads TMG’s real estate operations including investment and disposition strategy. During his career, Barry has facilitated the development of award-winning real estate valued at more than $500 million. Barry is an active NAIOP National Forum Member and is affiliated with the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).

Josh Hanna is a real estate Partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Josh focuses on complex real estate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions as well as financing, development, management and restructuring of real estate assets. He advises private equity sponsors, publicly traded investment firms, REITs, foreign pension funds and other institutional investors and developers in transactions involving various asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, office, hospitality and opportunity zones. Josh earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Chris partners with FCL’s existing clients as they explore prospective opportunities to expand their real estate portfolios for greater business impact. He brings to his work a deep passion for the industry and an impressive background in construction management and project execution. Chris joined FCL as a Project Manager in 2012. After successfully delivering industrial projects for companies like Home Depot, FedEx, and other global brands, he was promoted to his current position. In this capacity, Chris serves as a strategic advisor to clients engaged in repeat business with FCL. Day to day, he’s dedicated to building long-lasting customer relationships and working closely with pre-construction teams to ensure a smooth transition to production to protect customer investments throughout the building process. Chris grew up in the industry. After earning a series of industry internships during college, he began his career as an estimator. Clients and FCL teams today benefit from Chris’s depth of knowledge and two decades of experience, success with the large-scale developments, and his appreciation for differing stakeholder perspectives.

Kyle brings more than 18 years of industry experience with expertise in many sectors. As Vice President of Real Estate Development, he is instrumental in leading new business efforts and facilitating teams through all aspects of the development process. Kyle focuses on site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlement processes, design and construction coordination, lease and sales negotiations and project financing. He is an effective and diligent leader who is passionate about making a positive impact with customers and their communities. Kyle’s ability to communicate and inspire, his commitment to equal opportunity and his dedication to quality outcomes has helped him build a long list of lasting customer relationships.

Adam is a Director responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Dayton Street’s existing portfolio of buildings and development opportunities. Prior to joining DSP, Adam worked as an asset manager and acquisitions associate, focused on the Midwest, for Equus Capital Partners. During his time at Equus, Adam managed over 2 million square feet of office properties and was involved in over $400 million of sale/acquisition transactions. He also led the acquisition underwriting efforts for industrial product in the Midwest. Adam graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University. He lives with his wife and son in Downers Grove where he is an avid golfer and Chicago sports fan.

Max Callahan is the Managing Partner of Siegel and Callahan, PC, a top-ranking property tax appeal firm based in Chicago, Illinois, with a legacy spanning over thirty years. Max's focus includes key areas of tax relief for industrial property: rail-served industrial property, personal property compliance work for industrial manufacturing in applicable states, and assessment relief for industrial properties of all types. Brión Fitzpatrick is the Vice President of Business Development for C&I nationwide at Nexamp. His expertise spans the development of distributed generation and behind-the-meter solar assets, including greenfield projects, rooftops, and car canopies for community solar, and utility feed-in-tariff programs. As VP of C&I at Nexamp, Brión leads the national strategy for the company's C&I deployment. His team plays a crucial role in contributing to Nexamp’s community solar pipeline and supporting Fortune 500 companies with their nationwide clean energy procurement strategies for on-site generation and energy storage. Since 2008, Brión has developed over 75 projects across 20 states, including a notable 2016 federal project that installed 2.4 megawatts across 12 Federal rooftops for the General Services Administration around the National Mall in Washington DC, involving prestigious locations such as The Smithsonian, The National Archives, and The Natural History Museum. Brión’s previous roles include Head of Project Development at Inman Solar in Georgia from 2008 to 2018, and Director of Project Development at SGC Power in Maryland in 2018, before joining Nexamp in 2019. Brión is also well-versed in solar policy, emerging solar markets, and the procurement of hard-to-capture incentives. In his spare time, he has held several leadership roles within industry associations, including Vice President of TenneSEIA (Tennessee), Chairman of the Georgia Solar Energy Association (Georgia), and currently serves as Co-Chair of Policy at GeorgiaSEIA (Georgia), playing a pivotal role in the state's legislative strategy. His contributions have been recognized with several awards: he was the recipient of the GA Solar’s Solar Advocate Award in 2010, the Certificate of Appreciation in 2014, and in 2015, he represented Georgia’s solar community in delivering testimony to the EPA in support of Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act. In 2020, Brión also served as a judge for the Department of Energy’s Solar District Cup. He received his BA in Marketing and Marketing Management from Columbia College Chicago in 2000.

Jack Rabenn is Vice President of Industrial at Crow Holdings Development. Based in the Chicago regional office, Jack oversees new pursuits throughout the Midwest and is responsible for executing on all aspects of leasing and development. Since joining Crow Holdings in 2020, Jack has completed nineteen (19) projects locally totaling 7 million square feet with a total project cost of $770 million. Prior to his role with Crow Holdings Development, Jack was an Associate Director within CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group (FCG) in Chicago, IL. In that capacity, he was responsible underwriting and consulting leasing and sale scenarios across all asset types -- totaling $1.5B in aggregate value. Jack received his BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin.

John Joyce, CCIM SIOR serves as Managing Director at SVN Chicago Industrial. Joycedelivers professional commercial real estate services by providing real-world solutions through an integrated platform. He also provides his clients with a unique competitive advantage through competency and diligence. He executes financial analysis, market analysis, and user decision analysis for commercial real estate users and owners. Joyce views real estate decision-making in the context of the client’s overall strategic objectives and works at understanding each company’s productivity and profitability. He focuses on his client’s short-term real estate needs and long-term growth strategies to ensure the plan being implemented is aligned with both. His focus is on providing real estate and supply chain solutions to distribution and warehouse companies throughout the Midwest on matters including: relocations, consolidations, site search analysis, build-to-suit alternatives, incentives, acquisition, disposition, and leasing services.

Wendy Berger is CEO and Founder of WBS Equities, LLC. WBS Equities is a real estate development firm which specializes in ground-up construction, renovation, development, sale lease back transactions and acquisition of industrial buildings for food and beverage manufacturers and distributors. Wendy is also an active investor across multiple real estate asset classes including retail, multi-family, senior housing and self-storage. Over the last 28 years she has been involved in the real estate business as a developer, property manager, broker and principally as an owner-investor. Wendy began her career at American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago (a subsidiary of First Chicago, now JP Morgan Chase) in Commercial Lending. Wendy spent several years as a principal with Berger Realty Group, an 80-year- old family owned Real Estate business where she focused on residential and industrial property management and development. She was responsible for managing 3,000 apartment units, 200,000 square feet of commercial space and 250,000 square feet of industrial space. Aside from her experience in the real estate field, Wendy spent 10 years working with ultra-high growth technology startups. Wendy was employee number 10 at Orbitz, the Travel web site founded in 2000 by American, Continental, Delta, Northwest and United Airlines. Wendy was Director of the Enterprise Planning at Orbitz and focused on strategic planning. Prior to Orbitz, Wendy co-founded and was COO of Neoglyphics Media Corporation, one of the country’s first web site development firms. Neoglyphics grew from a small start-up to a corporation with a staff of more than 150 employees before it was sold in March 1998 for $65 million. Wendy earned her MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. She received a B.S., cum laude, in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University. In her spare time Wendy is an avid triathlete and runner, having completed 31 Olympic Distance triathlons and six half-marathons. Wendy serves on the Board of directors of the Chicago Public Library Foundation (2016 – present), the Board of directors of the Jewish Federation/Jewish United Fund of Chicago (2001 – 2007, and 2009 – present). Wendy has volunteered for TimeLine Theater, The Marwen Foundation, Chicago Run and the Uptown Cafe. Wendy served until 2004 as Vice-President and Membership Chair at The Standard Club of Chicago and as a member of the Board of Directors (1994 – 2004). Wendy is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and served as the chair of the Real Estate Membership Committee. Wendy served two years on the Board of Directors of TEDxMidwest. Wendy co-founded Illinois Women in Cannabis in 2014. Wendy is an active mentor, a role she takes very seriously, usually mentoring 4 – 5 young women at any given time. Most recently, Wendy is proud to now call herself a TED speaker, her talk is available on the TED web site.

Brian Keller is an Outreach Service Provider for the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program. With over 10 years of experience in the energy efficiency and utility industry, Brian has worked with multiple utilities across the Midwest to implement energy efficiency programs. He specializes in program design and management, customer engagement, project management, and utility relations. Brian works with commercial real estate companies to increase participation in ComEd’s Standard and Custom Incentive Offerings. Brian helps customers with identifying energy efficiency opportunities and creating the business case to implement projects that will reduce energy usage, save money, and increase asset value. He works with property owners, property managers, and asset managers to educate and support them through the project qualification and application process. Brian is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a LEED Accredited Professional, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Systems Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Brian grew up in the western suburbs and currently resides in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.

Sean has been a key member of Keeley Construction since 2014, serving in various capacities including Project Management, Business Development and Marketing. In his current role as Managing Director, he leads the project management team and company workforce while driving new business opportunities. As a second-generation Keeley, Sean was deeply influenced by his father, Bill Keeley, and grew up visiting job sites and observing the passion and dedication his father invested in the family business. He takes great pride in the strong partnerships Keeley Construction has built with its clients over the years, which have resulted in numerous successful projects and lasting friendships. He is committed to the company’s growth and future success, focusing on fostering relationships with new and existing clients, enhancing processes, and implementing innovative solutions. With a background in finance and real estate, Sean guides companies and business owners in making informed decisions about how construction fits into their overall strategy. His extensive experience across a variety of projects enables him to help clients creatively position their buildings, whether through new construction, renovations, or specialized projects like food processing facilities. Sean stays actively involved in the industry by attending events, conferences, and serves as a member in the local chapters across various CRE organizations. He has served as a panel speaker at conferences, sharing insights on market trends, new opportunities, and navigating challenges in family businesses. He is also a committed member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Chicagoland Chapter, where he actively engages with other leaders to exchange ideas and foster growth.

Peter Tsantilis is a partner in The Law Offices of Liston & Tsantilis, P.C. He represents clients in the areas of property tax litigation and incentives, land use/zoning, industrial and commercial real estate transactions/leasing and eminent domain litigation. Mr. Tsantilis is the author of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) chapter entitled Due Diligence for Leases on Commercial Properties and the IICLE chapter entitled Taxable and Exempt Property. He was honored as one of the 40 Under Forty Illinois Attorneys to Watch in 2013, a Leading Lawyer for 2018, 2019 and 2020 (top 5% of Illinois lawyers named by their peers in statewide surveys), a Leading Lawyers Emerging Lawyer for 2015, 2016 and 2017 and an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2010, 2012 and 2013. He has been an active member of the Real Estate Law Section Council of the Illinois State Bar Association and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. He is a frequent speaker at seminars dealing with a wide range of topics affecting diverse and complex interests in the real estate industry, including real estate developers and owners, brokers, property managers, title insurers and other attorneys. In 2003, he obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. In addition, he received his B.B.A. in Economics and Finance, and graduated valedictorian from Loyola University Chicago School of Business Administration in 2000.

Joe Dunlap serves as CSCO of Legacy. He has over 30 years of experience in supply chain consulting roles specializing in supply chain transformations, systems design and implementation, network design, facility design, and 3PL selection. Joe has worked across numerous industries while at Accenture, CBRE, Dematic, Fortna, and UPS. He also holds a patent in automated source tagging.

Ken brings 20 years of commercial real estate expertise in operations, project management, and industrial properties to Karis Cold. Ken oversees deal teams, execution projects, and the property management function, while also conducting outreach to source user commitments. Prior to joining Karis Cold, Ken was a senior vice president at Bridge Industrial. Leading the property management division, Ken oversaw property managers and engineers for a multi-million-square-foot portfolio. Prior to Bridge, he managed a portfolio of industrial, flex office, and medical buildings in multiple markets for HSA Commercial Real Estate. Ken graduated from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and is a member of the BOMA Industrial Circle. He volunteers with Saving Tiny Hearts Society, fundraises for The Jared Kuper Diabetes Foundation, and is a two-time Chicago Marathoner.

Mr. Wagenbach, as Vice President of Operations, is responsible for guiding and facilitating operations activities at Meridian Design Build in a manner that provides for the current and future needs of the company and its clients. His responsibilities include assisting with the implementation, refinement, and development of practices, policies, and systems related to project delivery, employee development, risk management, project quality, safety, and client communication/ satisfaction. In his role as General Counsel, Mr. Wagenbach serves as a strategic advisor – providing oversight and support with respect to legal, regulatory, and compliance related issues. Mr. Wagenbach previously served as Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Illini Precast, a precast design and manufacturing firm he founded with his father and grew over a 13-year period to $100 Million in revenue, 4 manufacturing plants in 3 states, and more than 400 employees. Prior to Illini Precast, he practiced construction law for 3 years at a national law firm.

David Scott is a Senior Vice President and Director of Professional Services for Epstein, a Chicago-based global design, engineering and construction company. Epstein, which recently celebrated its 100th Anniversary, is a leading Design-Build firm in the Cannabis industry providing strategic planning, programming, architecture, engineering and construction services for cultivation, processing and manufacturing facilities across the United States. David, who has over 25 years of design experience, leads Epstein’s business development efforts in the Cannabis industry and strategically collaborates with those clients on their projects from conception to completion. David takes a hands-on approach with Epstein’s cannabis clients serving as a day-to-day contact and project executive. In this role, David helps clients navigate zoning/permitting issues, evaluate proposed sites, assess buildings, lead conceptual design/planning efforts and coordinate specialty consultants, vendors and equipment contractors with Epstein’s full-service Design-Build team. Lastly, David is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
