We have experienced the enthusiasm of returning to live in-person events this year, having safely and successfully hosted more than 20,000 executives to date. While we are thrilled to convene together to propel growth within CRE, COVID-19 remains a worldwide concern and Bisnow is committed to practicing safe protocols at our events. You can expect the following:

Proof of Vaccine Record Card or Health Record with photo ID will be required
- CDC vaccination card (white card), WHO Vaccine Record (yellow card), documentation of vaccination from the healthcare provider or entity that provided the COVID-19 vaccine, digital or physical photo of such a card or record, reflecting the person’s name, vaccine brand, and dates administered, or visitors from other states or countries shall present similar vaccination documentation from a series of a vaccine that is listed for emergency use by WHO (currently, that includes Astra-Zeneca-Oxford, Sinopharm and SInovac) issued by local, state, or foreign government
- Medical/Religious Exemption: guests may provide a previously received medical or religious exemption (i.e. from an employer) (signed document) due to a medical condition or restriction or sincerely held religious belief exemption:
  - Exemption must be accompanied by negative test administered by a medical professional conducted in last 72 hours.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are recommending that all participants wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be made available at the door.
Temperature checks will be conducted at entry.
Attendance at the event will be capped.
Contact tracing procedures will be employed for any reported exposure.
Socially distanced seating will be available in the main event space.
Enhanced sanitization protocols will be adhered to throughout the event space including regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the event and hand sanitizer provided to all attendees.

Built in 1998, 120 E Oak St. originally served as an opulent, high-profile Chicago flagship for Northern Trust Bank. twenty-four years later, the property was acquired by L3 Capital, a private urban retail and mixed-use real estate investment firm based in Chicago. Submerged in Oak Street’s luxury retail co-tenancy and admired for its distinct, physical character, the site made a welcome addition to L3 Capital’s first-tier real estate portfolio. Upon expiration of Northern Trust’s lease in 2021, the 10,784 square-foot building underwent partial interior demolition to accentuate its soaring, 25-foot high atrium, dramatic spiral staircase, and expansive skylight. As chair of Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice, Linsey Cohen draws upon more than 20 years of experience in all areas of real estate, including retail, office and multifamily. Her deal-making experience strikes the strategic balance between risk and executing her clients’ vision. Linsey represents developers, owners, investors, property managers and entrepreneurs with property interests in Chicago and throughout the United States. Linsey has an indefatigable business acumen that keeps good deals alive, even in the most complex negotiations. Lisa Sweeney

Lisa graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science from Champaign, Illinois in 1991 and began working in the Title Industry after graduation when she started at GREATER ILLINOIS TITLE COMPANY in the Residential Escrow Department. Lisa worked in this department for two years before transferring into their Title Department while she began law school at John Marshal Law School. Lisa worked during the day and attended classes in the evening, graduating in 1997. During her final year of law school, Lisa began working at a law firm, KROPIK, PAPGUA AND SHAW, starting in their Title Department until she passed the Illinois Bar in 1997 and then transitioned into their Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation Department. During this time, Lisa also began teaching night school for various Real Estate Schools teaching course for the Sale Person Exam. After working at KROPIK, PAPGUA AND SHAW for 2 years, Lisa returned to GREATER ILLINOIS TITLE COMPANY in their Commercial Department. In 2005 Lisa moved to Arizona to file a role in CHICAGO TITLE’s very busy Escrow Department. While in Arizona, Lisa was able to do a variety of work for both the Arizona State Escrow Association, The Land Title Association of Arizona, as well as mediating for the Arizona Attorney Office including the below: • Volunteer for Arizona Attorney General's Mediation Program 2010 -2011 • Expert Witness for Notary and Escrow Practices, 2010-2011 • Moderator for Partners Conference held by the ASEA, Fall 2009 and 2010 • Secretary/Treasurer for the Land Title Association of Arizona 2010-2011 • Member of the Board for Arizona State Escrow Association “ASEA”, 2009-2010 • Member of the Board and Legislative Committee for Land Title Association of Arizona, 2009-2010 During this time, Lisa continued to teach in the evenings, teaching for both Northern Arizona University and University of Phoenix, teaching Management Course and Business Law Courses for both graduate and post graduate students. Also, during this time, Lisa and her husband opened a Retail Store in Arizona called CUBANOS CIGARS, LLC where Lisa was responsible for all licenses, leases, tax reporting, payroll and accounting. In 2011, Lisa moved back to Illinois and began working at FIRST AMERICAN TITLE COMPANY, in their National Commercial Services Department, underwriting commercial title policies for multi-state and multi-site transactions. Lisa also continues her teaching by presenting various course for Illinois CLE credit, overseeing the Summer Internship Program and Training co-workers in various company compliance issues and new software applications. Lisa has been a Member of the CMAA (Chicago Mortgage Attorney Association) since 2015, serving on the board in 2017 and 2018 and was the President in 2019. Lisa has been a Member of CREW Chicago since 2015, serving on several committees including CREW Careers, Membership and volunteering at the Golf Outing. Lisa is the currently on the Board of CREW Chicago. Lisa also finds time for various volunteer opportunities, including training for the Real Estate Rumble which raises money for the boy and girls club, Dare2Tri and Achilles International, both give assistance to disabled athletes, the disabled tent at the Chicago Marathon (2019) as well as participating in CREW’s Habitat for Humanity Build (2019). Lisa is also taking classes to learn ASL. Lisa is a registered attorney with both the Illinois and Arizona Bar Association.

For as long as she can remember, Emily Johnson has been honing her skills as a real estate industry publicist. After all, it was her mother, Deborah Johnson, who founded Taylor Johnson in 1977 when Emily was just 6 years old. As a result, Emily literally grew up in the business, attending model open houses on weekends, sending out press releases during summer breaks and helping out with the occasional client event. Today, more than four decades after its inception, Taylor Johnson remains the go-to PR firm for real estate companies looking to raise their profile not only in Chicago, but also markets nationally and internationally. Following Deborah’s retirement in January 2008, Emily took the reins as president, leading Taylor Johnson through the recession by strategically diversifying the business to not only survive, but thrive. Collete English Dixon

Collete English Dixon has more than 30 years in investment management with a focus on commercial real estate investing. Prior to her current role at Roosevelt University, she was Executive Director - Transactions for PGIM Real Estate (formerly known as PREI), a business unit of Prudential Financial, and co-leader of PREI’s national investment dispositions program. In that role, she oversaw the sale of more than 200 investment properties located throughout the US, with a total value of more than $8.7 Billion, on behalf of PREI’s investment funds. Prior to her role in dispositions, English Dixon was responsible for sourcing more than $2.75B of wholly-owned and joint venture real estate investment opportunities in the Midwest markets covering all property types, including office, rental and for-sale multi-family, hotel, industrial and retail properties. Collete’s experience also includes property development and asset management. In her current role, English Dixon is the Executive Director of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University where she is oversees all aspects of the undergraduate real estate major and the MSRE/MBA-RE degree programs. She is the first African American woman leader of a higher-education real estate program in the US. She is a member of the administrative team for the Heller College of Business and is also the program director for the university’s Hospitality and Tourism Management undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
