Inbound on Inwood (IOI) has been transformed into a modern urban industrial project filling a much-needed void in the heart of north Dallas. The transformation includes a full rebrand, major capital improvements, storefront upgrades, new landscaping, and a real brand presence that the market has been lacking.

Centrally located along Inwood Road and parallel to the Tollway within the 95% occupied Metropolitan Addison & Farmers Branch submarkets, Inbound is arguably one of the most visible and easily accessible industrial locations in the DFW Market.
