Inbound on Inwood (IOI)

Inbound on Inwood (IOI) has been transformed into a modern urban industrial project filling a much-needed void in the heart of north Dallas. The transformation includes a full rebrand, major capital improvements, storefront upgrades, new landscaping, and a real brand presence that the market has been lacking.

Centrally located along Inwood Road and parallel to the Tollway within the 95% occupied Metropolitan Addison & Farmers Branch submarkets, Inbound is arguably one of the most visible and easily accessible industrial locations in the DFW Market. IOI encompasses Inbound North and Inbound South campuses, both providing unparalleled access within Dallas.

Inbound South offers convenient direct access from Inwood Road, and visibility from the Tollway. This building is in a class of its own with expansive floor plates and newly updated storefront and exterior paint finishes, enhancing its overall appearance. Designed with spaciousness in mind, Inbound South provides abundant room for larger logistics and distribution tenants to operate seamlessly.

Inbound North boasts exceptional visibility with a prime location on Inwood Road, offering excellent opportunities for prominent signage. The north campus comprises three expansive buildings that are ideally suited for a diverse range of tenants; from food and beverage production, creative industries, to logistics and distribution operations, Inbound North provides the perfect setting. Its strategic access from the Tollway via Landmark Avenue runs right into the heart of the site.
