Mr. Adamek is responsible for all operational aspects of Stonehenge and its fund management activities. Prior to co-founding Stonehenge in 1999, Mr. Adamek was with Bank One Corporation (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.) and its affiliates where he was a Managing Director of Banc One Capital Markets, a subsidiary focused on venture capital, investment banking and capital markets. Mr. Adamek has nearly 30 years of experience in the areas of structured tax credit offerings, venture capital investing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance activities, and currently serves on the board of directors of several privately held businesses. Additionally, he sits on the Board of Directors of Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center and Our Lady of the Lake Foundation. Mr. Adamek received his BS in Finance from Louisiana State University, where he serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council of the EJ Ourso School of Business.

McNally’s Opportunity Zone Sector Partner Joseph Cahoon has over 20 years of experience as an investor, developer and educator in the Real Estate Industry. Joseph joined the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business in January 2014 as the Director of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate. In his role with the Folsom Institute, Joseph is responsible for leading the Institute's initiatives in academics, research and outreach to the real estate industry to enhance the institute's and students' relationships with alumni and other industry leaders nationally. In addition to his role with the Folsom Institute, Joseph is a professor of practice in the Cox School and teaches real estate finance courses for both MBAs and BBAs. He also currently serves as a Senior Advisor to HR&A Advisors, a leading real estate and economic development consulting firm. Previously, from 2009 to 2014, Cahoon was the managing director of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center in the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas (UT) at Austin. Prior to joining UT Austin, Cahoon was with Gables Residential in Dallas, Texas, and was responsible for sourcing and underwriting multifamily and mixed-use acquisition and development opportunities in Dallas. Before joining Gables in 2006, he was a partner with Champion Partners in Dallas where he focused on value-add office investments. Prior to attending business school in 2003, Cahoon was a project manager with Century Development in Houston, Texas. Joseph’s experience in the Real Estate Industry is deep and diversified. His partnership is a key differentiator in McNally Capital’s vision to bridge the gap between Opportunity Zone Investment and Family Office Capital.

Mark S. Solomon, managing partner of Katten's Dallas office, focuses his highly active mergers and acquisitions practice on representing private equity firms and public and private companies from diverse industries in transactions of all types, sizes and complexities. He also counsels clients on a variety of public and private securities offerings, venture capital, joint ventures and private equity transactions. Regarded as a top dealmaker locally and nationally, The Deal magazine recognized Mark's work as lead counsel in representing a multinational corporation in its $3.5 billion acquisition of a financial services company as its "Deal of the Year." Mark frequently speaks and authors articles on a broad range of corporate and transaction topics. He is consistently recognized by his peers and has been selected to the Texas Super Lawyers in securities and corporate finance and has been recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers in Dallas" in the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions category in D Magazine.

As Chief Investment Officer for Bay Mountain Capital, Will's role includes directing an origination team responsible for sourcing and evaluating new debt investment opportunities across all asset classes, including non-owner occupied single family. In addition, Will is leading business development efforts to grow the firm by increasing loan volume and assets under management. Before Bay Mountain Capital, Will served as Vice President of Portfolio Management for Colony Capital. During his time there, Will managed a team accountable for underwriting and verification of risk associated with distressed commercial real estate debt while also working with delinquent borrowers to restructure and resolve non-performing debt. Additionally, Will was responsible for the value creation and disposition of commercial real estate across multiple portfolios, as well as management of hospitality constructions loans in the Southeast. Earlier in his career, Will worked as a Real Estate Financial Consultant for IPL Consulting, a Financial Analyst for Gables Residential and a Senior Associate for Transwestern Realty Finance Partners. Will has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Real Estate and Urban Land Economics program and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also currently involved with multiple real estate industry groups including, Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).

Kristi has over 25 years of experience working with public and private companies in the real estate and construction industries with specific emphasis on homebuilding, commercial acquisition (including development, operation and management), land acquisition and development, hospitality, debt restructurings, structuring settlements to minimize taxes and providing expert witness testimony. Prior to joining RSM, Kristi worked at several Big Four firms serving real estate clients and was vice chairman of one firm’s national homebuilding practice. She owned a tax compliance and consulting practice for many years, serving clients in a variety of capacities, including outsourced chief financial officer, litigation support and management, tax compliance and consulting, and representation related to IRS controversy matters. In her current role, Kristi delivers advice and consultation regarding complex real estate transactions as well as providing compliance services. She is a speaker at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ National Real Estate & Construction Conference and is a member of the firm’s national pass-through entity group. Linda McMahon is the President and CEO of The Real Estate Council, The Real Estate Council Foundation and The Real Estate Council Community Fund. Founded in 1990, The Real Estate Council (TREC) is Texas’ largest and most influential organization of its kind representing more than 1,700 commercial real estate professionals and 500 companies which make up over 95% of the top commercial real estate businesses in North Texas. Over the last 23 years, The Real Estate Council Foundation has been a leader in efforts shaping the future of Dallas including the original $1.5 million investment that spearheaded Klyde Warren Park, as well as $6.3 million in pro bono legal and title services and $250,000 in funding that helped create Dallas’ Urban Land Bank. We are known for our long term investment in the city’s neediest neighborhoods – St. Phillips, Jubilee, Fair Park, to name a few. The Real Estate Council Community Fund is a community development financial institution – and makes loans to nonprofits who are engaged in our core mission related activities – housing, education, job creation and the environment. Linda has been actively engaged in community development initiatives for more than 25 years as part of her three decade‐long banking career. Formerly, Linda was the Southwest Director of Community Development Banking for JPMorgan Chase Bank. As such, managed a team of commercial real estate banking professionals covering Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona, Colorado and Utah. The team specialized in providing financial products that support the development and revitalization of low and moderate-income communities. She is a Principal with Neighborhood Strategies, an advisory consulting firm in the areas of affordable housing and community development. Linda is Founding Chair of Impact Dallas Capital – a new nonprofit organization – which has created a private investment capital initiative to invest in Southern Dallas commercial real estate projects through the GrowSouth Fund and is part of Mayor Rawlings’ GrowSouth Initiative. She is a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber Board, Downtown Dallas, Inc. Board, Commit! Leadership Board, Dallas Habitat for Humanity Honorary Board; and the Dallas Center for Architecture Columns Advisory Board. Linda serves as a Judge for the Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals; serves on the Dallas Independent School District Future Facilities Task Force; a member of the Downtown 360 Planning committee; a Judge for the Connected City Design Challenge and the planning committee for the Urban Summit. She is a member of The Dallas Assembly, The Real Estate Councils of Texas, the Urban Land Institute, The Texas Lyceum Alumnae, Leadership Dallas Alumnae (1991) and Lifetime member of the Texas Exes. Linda is the past Vice Chair of The Real Estate Council (2006‐2007), past President of the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers (2009‐2010). Linda is married to Patrick McMahon. They have three daughters, McKay, Colleen and Lindsey, son-in-law Vincent and grandchildren Vince, Cole and Ivy.

Scott is a Tax partner in the Dallas office of KPMG’s Southwest Business Tax Services practice. He has over 25 years of experience serving real estate, hospitality and energy clients. Scott has extensive experience within the real estate opportunity fund area. His experience includes structuring partnership agreements to ensure they have the intended economic result, structuring acquisitions to minimize unrelated business income tax and meet the fractions rule requirements, and debt restructuring and modifications. Scott has significant experience with federal tax compliance and planning including running many large compliance jobs, assisting in financial audit support, provision review and FIN 48 documentation support. Scott also focuses on qualified opportunity funds, including structuring acquisitions. Scott serves as the DFW subject matter expert advising KPMG professionals and clients on Qualified Opportunity Zones.

Mike Hoque, a Dallas entrepreneur, is the founder and chairman of Hoque Global, parent company of HG Real Estate Solutions, DRG Concepts, iDesign Meetings and RideCentric. Always finding opportunities among what others might perceive as business obstacles, Hoque’s companies have fostered his vision of creating vibrant urban environments. HG Real Estate specializes in catalytic land acquisition, development, master-planning, and construction of mixed-use residential, retail, hotel, and office projects. DRG Concepts, Hoque’s restaurant group, creates, owns and operates numerous distinct and acclaimed concepts throughout DFW, with an emphasis on Main Street in Downtown Dallas. RideCentric, founded in 1999 by Hoque, has grown into an international transportation logistics company serving Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Hoque also serves on the board of Downtown Dallas Inc. and has received honors from the National Restaurant Association for his leadership and innovation in the Dallas business community.  He has been honored by Dallas Business Journal as a Top 40 Under 40 business innovator.  D Magazine and DCEO have also recognized Hoque as a Dallas 500 business leader.
