Allen Place I at 450 Century Parkway is a new 3-story, 102,357 square foot Class A office building. The location is in the heart of Allen on the east side of North Central Expressway (U.S. Highway 75) and in between Bethany and McDermott Drive(s). There is a 3-story parking garage connected to the building and the site can park up to 5 per 1,000 including surface parking.
