Frisco Station is a next-generation, mixed-use development designed around three foundational pillars: Smart, Creative, Healthy. The Offices Two is a 210,000 RSF Class A office building located within the development. In addition, there is an ample amount of retail services and approximately 25 restaurants within walking distance at The Star (91 acres) development next door. Landlord is also providing onsite amenities including a tenant lounge, fitness center, conference center and a “Grab and Go” food service, in addition to a tenant shuttle providing convenient access to restaurants within Frisco Station and The Star.
