An accomplished executive, Lindsey brings together expertise in project development for both data centers and renewable energy. Lindsey led the advancement of several hundred megawatts of data center pipelines across the US and Europe, and her renewable energy development experience extends to the US, Canada and parts of South America. Prior to joining CleanArc, Lindsey served as Vice President of Project Development at CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator specializing in delivering state-of-the-art digital infrastructure solutions across the globe. At CyrusOne, she led the global Project Development team and was responsible for the strategy, execution, and delivery of the company’s organic data center development projects. Prior to this role, Lindsey served as CyrusOne’s Senior Corporate Counsel of Real Estate & Construction, working alongside the company’s U.S. and global site selection and construction teams in all aspects of site selection and development. Previously, Lindsey served as Senior Attorney for the Americas division of RES Group, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, where she represented the organization in various matters related to the development and construction of utility scale renewable energy projects. Lindsey began her career as an attorney in private practice focused on commercial and industrial real estate. Lindsey holds an AB in English from Duke University, a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Raul Martynek joined DataBank in June of 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he provides overall strategic direction of the company and its operations. Raul is a 25+ year veteran in the telecom and Internet Infrastructure sector. He most recently served as a Senior Advisor for Digital Bridge Holdings LLC. Prior to Digital Bridge, he served as Chief Executive Officer for New Jersey-based data center and managed services operator Net Access, LLC. Net Access was acquired in November 2015 by Denver-based data center operator Cologix. Prior to Net Access, he was the CEO of Voxel dot Net, Inc., a global managed hosting and cloud company, which was acquired by Internap Network Services Corp. in early 2012. Mr. Martynek also served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of Smart Telecom, a Dublin, Ireland-based fiber carrier which was acquired by Digiweb in 2009. Before that he evaluated investment opportunities in the telecommunications and Internet sector as a Senior Advisor at Plainfield Asset Management, a $4B hedge fund. Prior to Plainfield, Mr. Martynek spent 13 years with telecom and Internet provider InfoHighway Communications Corp; first as a Chief Operating Officer of Eureka Networks and then as President and Chief Executive Officer of InfoHighway. InfoHighway was acquired by Broadview Networks in 2007. Mr. Martynek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University and received a Master Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.

Jeremy, Chief Executive Officer of Colohouse, specializes in the data center and cloud hosting sectors with over 20 years of experience leading development and infrastructure teams. As the Senior Vice President of Managed Services at DataBank, he restored continuous growth to the top and bottom-line revenue of the Cloud, Security, Compliance, and Network business lines. Prior to DataBank, Jeremy was the Chief Operating Officer of Aptum, responsible for global operational functions, leading product and technology innovation, and facilitating business planning functions to help secure an effective growth strategy. Jeremy attended the University of Phoenix where he obtained an Associate of Arts in Business.

Rob is a leading expert within the data center industry with over a decade of mission critical projects both nationally and internationally. Mr. Morris has directed more than 250 megawatts of development in North America. Previous roles include U.S. Practice Leader for Cassidy Turley’s Datacenter Solutions Group as well as Senior Associate to Cushman & Wakefield’s Datacenter Advisory Group.

Eddie Schutter is currently Managing Partner at LuxML, prior he was the Chief Technology Officer for Switch, responsible for technical and operational leadership, optimization of production and services, and strategic development of innovation programs and initiatives that drive top-and-bottom line business value across all business units. Transforming the company’s monetary and intellectual capital into technology to advance strategic and tactical plans, his focus includes leading efforts to identify new technologies that advance the strategic vision and mission of Switch. Eddie will also lead Switch’s efforts to promote, integrate and apply new technologies through research and development, proof of concept, piloting, field trials, scale out and realization. Eddie has over 25 years of experience and leadership in the data center and information technology industry for organizations including eBay, AT&T, DCF Technologies, The Green Grid, Datacenter Pulse, and other various advisory boards. He is a Director on the iMasons BOD, executive advisor on the Technical Curriculum Advisory Board of CNet Training, and Executive Advisor on the SMU Lyle School of Engineering DSE Advisory Board. Additionally, he has been instrumental in the development of operational optimization, technology innovations, automation, full stack solution development and deployment, networks, infrastructure security, cloud engineering, new product development, industry standards and advancing formal education in data center design and engineering. Eddie is a Navy veteran and he studied Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University. He resides in Dallas with his wife of 28 years and their eleven children. In his free time, Eddie enjoys outdoor activities, soccer, hunting, fishing, and farming.

Kemal Hawa, Co-Chair of the Digital Infrastructure, Data Center and Cloud Computing Industry Group, represents many of the world’s largest private equity firms, infrastructure funds, real estate investors, and lenders across a broad range of transactions in the digital infrastructure sector domestically and internationally, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing arrangements, joint ventures, and development projects. Kemal also represents dozens of companies throughout the digital infrastructure and telecommunications, media and technology industry, including many of the world’s largest data center operators, telecommunications carriers, tower companies, Cloud providers, fiber providers, media companies, submarine cable operators, fintech companies, wireless and international carriers, Internet service providers, satellite companies, equipment manufacturers, and electric utilities. In addition to M&A and financing transactions, Kemal represents companies in connection with the full spectrum of digital infrastructure transactions globally, including the negotiation of data center leases and colocation agreements, telecommunications master service agreements, licensing deals, and other commercial transactions. Dr. Emily Clark is a Thermal Technologist in the Office of the CTO at Dell Technologies. She focuses on thermal solutions and innovations for server and data center cooling. Emily completed her PhD research at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, which focused on cooling of plasma-facing components in nuclear fusion reactors. She previously worked at Raytheon Technologies, where she focused on cooling complex defense systems.

David Kandel is an authority on hydronic systems for heating and cooling. Mr. Kandel holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from the University of Rochester (NY). He was one of the original engineers in the Belimo control valve product development group. He was an integral part of the group that developed the original CCV (Characterized Control Valve) and the PICCV (Pressure Independent Characterized Control Valve). Originally hired by Belimo in 1998, Mr. Kandel has held the roles of Manager of Valve Development, Product Manager for Control Valves and he currently works as an Application Consultant, Strategic Markets, where he supports Belimo’s efforts in the data center marketplace.

David C. Meadows II has worked in data center cooling since 1999.  He is currently the Director of Technology with STULZ USA, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification, and dehumidification products specifically designed for the data center.  Previously David has served as both the Design Engineering Manager and the Applications Engineering Manager at Stulz.  David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  David is also a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.

Dr. Shahi is a highly accomplished and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer at NVIDIA, a leading technology company specializing in graphics processing units (GPUs) and artificial intelligence (AI) computing. With a strong background in mechanical engineering, Dr. Shahi has made significant contributions to the field of thermal management, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of advanced GPU systems. He has filed 20 patents, published over 24 research papers. Dr. Pardeep Shahi holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Texas. His Ph.D. thesis focuses on Cold Plate Based Dynamic Liquid Cooling at the Data center and Chip Level. Throughout his career, Dr. Shahi has spearheaded numerous projects related to thermal analysis, design optimization, and modeling of complex thermal systems. He has a deep understanding of heat transfer mechanisms, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and thermal modeling techniques. His expertise allows him to tackle challenging thermal issues and develop innovative strategies to enhance the overall thermal efficiency and reliability of NVIDIA's GPU products. Overall, he has published several influential research papers in leading scientific journals and has been a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events. Dr. Shahi is widely recognized for his contributions to the field and has received accolades for his work in thermal management and engineering. With his deep knowledge, technical prowess, and commitment to pushing the boundaries of thermal engineering, Dr. Shahi continues to make significant contributions to NVIDIA's mission of delivering state-of-the-art GPU solutions that power the future of computing. His passion for innovation and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the company and a respected figure in the field of thermal engineering.

With over 30 years of IT and data center, infrastructure and IT efficiency and optimization expertise, Greg has a proven track record of pushing the technology innovation envelope with the leading Thermal, Power, Monitoring and DCIM Solutions with Cloud Providers, Colocation Operators, End-Users and the Channel. As an evangelist for new technology, rapid change and continuous improvement, Greg has demonstrated a unique ability to coordinate disparate teams and bridge IT, Facilities and partner/vendor gaps while they work to solve the daily questions of Cloud, Colo, On-Prem, DR, EDG/IoT and whatever is next? Bryan Loewen is a 25-year veteran of the data center industry. Most recently, Bryan raised a discretionary data center real estate fund. He leverages vast experience and tenant relationships in this asset class to acquire data center properties across North America and Europe. To date, the fund has acquired six assets, including four carrier hotels and two traditional data centers. The investment thesis focuses on value-add opportunities, specifically highly interconnected data centers and owning the dominant colocation property in secondary or edge markets.

Bryan Marsh is our Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, financing and executing acquisition, expansion and leasing activities on behalf of the company. With his nearly 40 years of real estate experience, he has been directly involved in approximately $7 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings and asset management. Prior to StratCap Data Centers, Bryan was a Vice President at Digital Realty where he served as the company’s Portfolio Manager for its U.S. Central region. In this capacity, he had overall responsibility for the strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions, development, operation, leasing and financial performance of a portfolio of data centers, internet gateways and powered base buildings valued in excess of $5 billion. His portfolio ranged in size from 40 to 55 buildings and from 5.8 million to 8.1 million square feet with annual operating revenues ranging from $400 million to $600 million. Prior to joining Digital Realty, Bryan was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Equastone, a private equity firm, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of a 4.3 million square foot office portfolio in Dallas valued at over $600 million. At that time, Equastone was the city’s 3rd largest office landlord with 21 buildings spread across most of the city’s major submarkets. He also was formerly a Vice President with RREEF, a pension fund advisor and investment management firm, where he led an office that managed over 18 million square feet of office and industrial space in Texas and Oklahoma. Bryan personally oversaw a roughly 9 million square foot portfolio valued at approximately $500 million. Bryan has closed real estate transactions in over 250 cities and 15 states during his career. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, and he also served on the Board of Directors of Tech Titans which is the largest technology trade association in North Texas. He has been recognized for each of the past 5 years as a member of the Dallas 500 which is a list of the most powerful and influential business leaders in the DFW metro area according to D CEO Magazine. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in finance and real estate.

Jeff heads our Real Estate and Communications practices in New York and has significant experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s general real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. He also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology, and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, such as data center leases. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients. He is frequently invited to speak on real estate, data center, and telecom topics. He also writes for several industry publications, and he is regularly quoted in national media. Jeff was a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and led many of its major real estate and telecom transactions.

Ryan Sullivan is an Executive Vice President and National Data Center Group Leader with Lincoln Property Company, overseeing Data Center Investments and Capital Markets. Ryan is responsible for broadening the firm’s data center offering, by partnering with Lincoln’s national commercial and industrial platforms to identify and execute on data center opportunities across the country, including new investments, development, leasing and third-party services for institutional investors, data center operators and end users. He also partners with Lincoln’s Investment Management team to source investment capital for data center opportunities. Ryan has extensive data center investment, development and leasing experience and joins Lincoln from GI Partners, where he led the firm’s real estate development activities, as Director of Investments and Head of Development. Prior to joining GI Partners, Ryan led investment and portfolio management at Landmark Dividend’s Digital Infrastructure Division, prior to its acquisition by Digital Bridge. From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Sullivan oversaw all investment, leasing and development activities for Lincoln’s Data Center business, formerly known as Lincoln Rackhouse. With his leadership and extensive mission critical investment and development experience, he helped build a respectable national data center operating platform of 16 datacenters across 14 markets, totaling over 3 million sq. ft. and 100 MWs of data center capacity. Earlier, he served in development, leasing and portfolio management roles at Digital Realty. Over his 18+ year data center career, Ryan has managed data center and tech/life science portfolios valued at over $7.5 billion in AUM and pursued data center projects in most U.S. and many international markets.

Stuart leads the support of client technical needs and assists the Stream design, engineering and construction team with overall site layout and design. With 20+ years of mission-critical mechanical systems experience, Lawrence is instrumental in ensuring Stream’s customers can enjoy the highest standard of service excellence and data center solutions. Lawrence collaborates closely with Stream’s customers, developing the next generation of highly effective, sustainable colocation data centers and helping customers secure the flexibility and agility they need to remain competitive in today’s rapidly evolving environment. Stuart is a sales and engineering expert that has spent decades working across various forms of mission-critical infrastructure. Prior to joining Stream, he served as an executive at Schneider Electric and a sales director at Aligned Energy. Having lived and worked in London, New York City, and most recently Austin, TX, he has participated in projects in several locations around the world, including the United States, UK, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Thailand, and Brazil. This global mindset and wealth of knowledge allows him to collaboratively problem-solve and help both Stream and its customers overcome complex IT challenges. Stuart holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom.

As a Co-founder in 1992, and currently the Director of Environmental Impact at MIRATECH Corporation, Jim provides leadership, strategy and product design expertise for their Power Generation division. Jim rejoined Miratech Corporation in 2019 heading up the ENP Concepts consulting arm after management positions at Rypos Corporation and leading the environmental department at PowerSecure’s microgrid group. In charge of tracking all Federal, State and Local emissions regulations as they pertain to backup generators located at Datacenters in North America and Europe, he ensures MIRATECH’s products and services offer ongoing compliance. Mr. McDonald has testified before the Federal EPA numerous times and is considered a valuable stakeholder on several rulemaking teams at the State Level. For 15 years he has been an instructor for the Advanced School of the Electrical Generating Systems Association on the subject of Emissions from Diesel engines and has authored the textbook chapter on the same. He has a Patent Pending on the use of wire mesh DPF substrates in the pre-heating of SCR catalyst blocks. As the originator of the ‘GVU’ measurement parameter, Jim performs analyses to show the relative comparison on Ultraclean diesel generators versus grid supplied power. As such he advocates for the environmentally justifiable use of stationary generators until emerging renewable technologies are proven and cost effective. Jim holds a B.S in mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Patrick has been accountable for program development and execution budgets of $17M - $987M. His leadership directed matrixed staff, consultants, architects, and multiple EPC contractors. These programs encompassed infrastructure and construction management delivery of $2.8B in data center green and brown field initiatives. Under his leadership high-performing multi-disciplined engineering teams delivered design build and mission critical transformations beyond 960 MW+ in capacity across the U.S. and EU. These programs aligned engineering teams with strategic technology roadmaps to meet enterprise, colo and hyperscale market needs. Prior to ENERCON, Patrick has significant experience as business owner, consultant, and contractor delivering mission critical facilities. He has held Data Center leadership positions as Director of Engineering, VP Program Director, VP Director, Enterprise Principal Architect, VP Infrastructure Services, Senior Officer Operations. His experience and client’s delivery include Airlines, Automotive, Banking, Defense, Financial Services, Enterprise Technology Sector, Education, Energy/Utilities, Health Care, Insurance, Manufacturing, Social media and Retail.

Elizabeth Dominguez Yaeger represents private equity firms, lenders, real estate funds, and data infrastructure owners and operators across a broad range of domestic and international transactions in the real estate, digital infrastructure and telecommunication sectors, including real estate asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financing, data center leases, colocation agreements and telecommunication master service agreements. Elizabeth also advises clients on affordable housing transactions, including the tax credit syndications of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and financings involving tax-exempt and taxable bond financings for the development, operation, and maintenance of affordable multifamily properties.

Lily Yusupova is a technology industry professional, having spent the last 16 years assisting her customers in the full range of the data center life cycle. Currently, she is a Strategic Account Executive at Schneider Electric and is responsible for bringing together the full suite of Schneider Electric solutions to provide right-sized, cost-effective, risk-based, innovative data center solutions for Cloud, Colo, Edge, and Telecommunication customers. She has taken a strong interest in what is the Edge, the solutions we need to support the Edge, and is currently part of the OIX committee defining the Edge. Lily prides herself on taking a consultative approach to understand her customer’s capabilities and challenges and offering innovative solutions.

With more than 25 years of experience in mission critical construction and design, Lane Anderson has an extensive background in MEP projects and design and construction leadership. Having delivered over 3.5 million square feet of data center projects, Lane is well versed in designing for efficiency to pursue low PUE facilities and has strong expertise in building design and construction teams. At QTS, he is responsible for Corporate Development, Construction, Design and Strategy, as well as Strategic Procurement.

David Holub is Prime’s SVP of Portfolio Development where his focus is on acquisitions and pre-construction. An Internet pioneer of the 1990’s David’s 28-year career has seated him around the table building data center and internet infrastructure. He has diverse project delivery experience as an operator, developer, investor, or representative acting on behalf of the investors, developer, or tenant. His uncommon competency in building either facilities or IT infrastructure within them has enhanced the value of real estate assets in the US, Europe, and Asia.

James Grice, co-leader of the global Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure Team, works with clients in high-growth potential industries, advising on transactions and projects around the world. Beyond his deep experience in general commercial real estate, Jim has distinguished himself in the data center and renewable energy sectors. As Engineering Manager for Sabey Data Centers, Johnny Miles acts as program manager and owner’s representative, responsible for engineering and delivery of data center inventory throughout the portfolio. Mr. Miles has over 25 years of experience in construction, operations, and engineering and has been with Sabey for 8 years. Prior to working with Sabey, he worked as Project Manager and Field Management in the IBEW.3

Hani Noshi is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft. Hani has 20+ years of Projects, Operations, Strategy, and Business Transformation experience. In the Operations Excellence space, Hani focused on the full life cycle of operations transformation: from target operating model design through to operations transformation delivery, change management and implementation. Hani has led projects in Oil & Gas, Resources, and Consumer Products operating groups in 4 continents and 36 countries. In consulting, Hani has provided services involving supply chain lean transformation and process excellence for several large clients. He prides himself on his ability to help clients through complex transformations. A few noteworthy examples include: Helping an Energy Supermajor organization to develop a multi-million dollar business case to streamline their Capital Projects and Engineering processes resulting in $200M in savings and a 15 times return on investment. Advising a public utility company through a full core business transformation and helping an executive team through the development of one of the most ambitious business transformation strategies in their industry resulting in an $148M in cummulative savings over 3 years. During this time Hani was also involved in innovative thought leadership where he published white paper articles in the Lean New Product Introduction and Rapid & Sustained Cost Management space. Prior to joining Accenture, Hani started his career in industry with General Electric Company in 1999, where he joined their Operations Management Leadership program. He then held various functions in hard core manufacturing, supply chain, and product development with increasing levels of responsibility. Throughout Hani’s career in GE, he was promoted throughout several GE businesses where he invented five US and European patents.

Adam is an Associate with PARADIGM Structural Engineers and has been with PARADIGM for over 9 years. He has managed designs in the mission critical, life science, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, and commercial market sectors throughout the United States. Over his career Adam has contributed to complex retrofit projects, new building design, and tenant fit out projects. His areas of expertise include performance-based design of structures to be occupiable following earthquakes and other natural disasters. PARADIGM Structural Engineers has offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and in early 2024 in Dallas. Educated and licensed as an electrical engineer, Scott began his career representing various power and cooling OEM’s in the mission critical industry. This experience has equipped him with a wide breadth of industry knowledge, disciplines, and perspectives, and makes him an ideal partner to clients in producing marquee data center designs. Under his leadership, HED’s architects and engineers execute effective strategies and efficient processes for high-quality project delivery, from complex retrofits to new campus developments.

As senior vice president of portfolio management, Robert Crespi will be responsible for the development and execution of the asset and portfolio management strategies to optimize the financial performance and value creation of the Company’s data centers. Robert joined CyrusOne in 2015 following a 20+ year career in technology services leadership and data center operations. He has served as vice president of Interconnection & Services since 2016 and has played a key role in growing the services business.

As Chief Innovation Officer at Aligned, Phill is responsible for the management of revenue generation and profitability objectives, as well as championing key innovation, technology, and sustainability strategies aimed at maximizing new business development. Prior to joining Aligned, Phill served as Chief Innovation Officer at EdgeConneX, where he was instrumental in driving strategies focused on creating the next generation of network edge-based data centers for the digital content ecosystem. Throughout his career, Phill has also served in numerous senior executive-level positions at Virtacore, Alcatel-Lucent, Savvis (now CenturyLink Technology Solutions), and MCI (now Verizon Digital Media Services). He currently holds eight active technology patents and serves on the Board of Directors for Netrality Data Centers as well as the Renewable Energy Buyers Alliance (REBA) Advisory Board.

Jim Gao is the CEO and co-founder of Phaidra — an AI company that makes autonomous, self-learning control systems for data centers. Prior to Phaidra, Jim launched DeepMind Energy, a Google business division dedicated to applying AI to mitigate climate change. This included reducing Google's data center cooling energy by over 30% via machine learning. Jim started his career as a mechanical engineer helping to design and operate Google's hyperscale data centers.
