Jeff Holwell is the Economic Development Director with the City of Lone Tree, Colorado. Jeff has served in a variety of economic development roles throughout his 15 year career in the Metro Denver region, including Director of Business Development with the Colorado Office of Economic Development and Chief Operating Officer with the South Metro Denver Chamber. In his role at the City of Lone Tree he is focused on retail development, business retention, and primary employer attraction for a growing, transit-oriented, and vibrant community in the southeast Denver corridor.

Erika is Director of Colorado Acquisitions for Evergreen Development and focuses on site acquisition, underwriting, preliminary due diligence, site planning, deal structuring and negotiations of development projects in the Colorado market. Erika has been part of the Evergreen team since October 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in retail real estate having worked in the finance and real estate departments for a publicly traded specialty grocer and subsequently as a top producer and Vice President at Sullivan Hayes Brokerage, specializing in tenant representation and landlord leasing. Erika has a BS in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. She also has a Colorado real estate license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Will Damrath is Vice President and Regional Officer for Regency Centers. He manages a portfolio of 24 operating properties and new developments, totaling 2.6 million square feet in the Denver market. Joining Regency in 1999 as Project Manager, Will became Senior Manager of Construction in 2002. He left Regency in 2005 and returned to assume the role of Vice President in 2010. Previously, he built his background in leasing, development and construction while working for Tech Express, Panattoni Development Company and Pacific Retail Trust. Will earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at Purdue University. He enjoys camping, fishing and exercising with his wife and two boys.

As shopping center professional she holds the certifications by the International Shopping Center Association as a Certified Shopping Center Manager since 1988 and Certified Marketing Director since 1981 with over 25 years experience in the retail shopping center industry, working in the multiple markets of Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, North Carolina, California, Tennessee, Texas, Nevada, Minnesota, Idaho, Hawaii, and Colorado. Opening Park Meadows in 1996, Pam brought diversified experience in shopping center marketing, leasing, development, and operations to the unique “Retail Resort” concept for Colorado’s largest enclosed super-regional shopping center, changing the face of the shopping center industry. The addition of “The Vista’s”, combines entertainment and a lifestyle component to Park Meadows. Park Meadows seeks the very best retailers and restaurants canvassing the entire country and abroad to bring the very best to Colorado. Many retail concepts have one of their first stores in Park Meadows and in many cases one of the best stores in a given chain of stores, is the Park Meadows location. Integrally involved in the South Metro community, Pam sits on the Board for Denver South Economic Development Partnership and the Transportation Management Authority for the Southeast Public Improvement Metropolitan District (SPIMD). Pam is a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation and is on the Douglas County Planning Commission as well as the Secretary to the Park Meadows Business Improvement District. Pam resides in Douglas County with her husband Jim. Pam is passionate about “good Growth/Development” and transportation in the South Metro Denver Corridor.

Jon Weisiger, a seasoned veteran with over 26 years of experience, is recognized as Denver’s industry leader for retail strategy and transactions. He actively represents prominent retailers and owners of retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments in the Rocky Mountain Region. For nine of the last thirteen years, DMCAR and the Denver Business Journal have named Jon as the #1 Top Producing Retail Broker in the metropolitan area , including 2015, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2005, 2002 and 2001. Similarly, he has been awarded NAIOP’s prestigious “Colorado Retail Broker of the Year” for 2015, 2013, 2011, 2009, 2008, 2005, and 2002, and has been a top finalist every year since 2000. Jon provides his clients the strongest opportunity for success driving value with his forward looking understanding of the “art of the possible” in retail. Many retailers, developers, landlords and municipalities regularly seek Jon’s advice on new developments as well as positioning retailers retail for maximum overall experience and value.

Jay draws upon his 20+ years of development experience to lead the entitlement and development efforts of BBCP’s 475-acre Redtail Ridge development. On a daily basis, he collaborates with various project stakeholders, including municipalities, design teams and various consultants to ensure the successful implementation of the project's business plan. Outside of Redtail Ridge, the firm regularly utilizes Jay’s experience in development, construction and metro district financing as a resource for other BBCP-owned assets and prospective opportunities. Throughout his career, Jay has worked extensively with university, private-sector, quasi-government, and public-sector parties. He has overseen the development and implementation of operations for various multifamily, hospitality, retail, office and industrial projects, and even a 375,000 square foot event center. Before joining Brue Baukol, he served as President of Brinkman, Vice President & General Manager at McWhinney, the first Director of The Ranch & Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Executive Director of the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority, and as Director of Marketing for Colorado State University Athletics. PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Jay is a former Chair of the Colorado Governor-appointed State Workforce Development Council (2011-2017) and he currently sits on the PVH/MCR Foundation Board and the BBVA Bank Northern Colorado Advisory Board. EDUCATION Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and a Master’s degree from University of Northern Colorado. PERSONAL Jay was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado and comes from a family of 6 boys. In his downtime, he passionate about cycling (road and mountain biking) and spending time with his family including watching and participating with his kids in lacrosse, biking, soccer and motocross.

Michael grew up in Oak Park, Illinois, home of Frank Lloyd Wright. His family was deeply involved in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in commercial architecture, design and development support. As a result, Michael has always been interested in real estate. Michael has established himself as a key player in Colorado’s retail real estate community. His most prominent clients include McWhinney, Armstrong Capital, Actis Development, Redwood Real Estate Partners, and Evergreen Development. He was instrumental in the leasing of Boulder’s lifestyle center – Macerich’s 850,000 square foot “29th Street” development, and currently represents over $100 million dollars worth of Colorado’s retail space inventory. He has also worked with numerous tenants including Bass Pro Shops, Planet Fitness, Walgreens, Loaf N Jug, Togo’s Menchies, Michael specialized in all aspects of commercial real estate in Boulder County before coming to SullivanHayes to lead the Boulder office, making his market knowledge immeasurable. In 2006, Michael was awarded a CoStar “Power Broker” award for his retail leasing transaction volume. This award is given to the top ten producing retail leasing brokers in each market in any given year. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a Real Estate Certificate from The Leeds School of Business within University of Colorado at Boulder. Michael is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He lives just north of Boulder and is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, snowmobiling and riding motorcycles.
