Aspire delivers 225 market-rate units and approximately 34,000 SF of commercial retail space adjacent to the Alamo Drafthouse Theater and Downtown Westminster Central Square. Commercial tenants are SuperFruit Republic and Inks & Drinks, with more exciting users coming online soon. A future food hall will also utilize a large portion of the space, which will create the vibrant downtown experience anticipated by residents, the City of Westminster and the surrounding Denver metro area.
