As EVP-Head of Asset Management, Krystal Arceneaux directs all asset management activities for EverWest’s national portfolio, including 16mm sf and $4.7B in commercial real estate assets. The national asset management team are located in both the corporate and satellite offices (Orange County, San Francisco, New York, Charlotte, Texas and Colorado.) The asset management team is responsible for the successful implementation of property business plans through analytics, reporting, leasing and sale negotiations, budgeting and budget implementation, financings, as well as client relationship management. Krystal is a member of the EverWest Executive Committee, which discusses and sets policy and direction for all aspects of the company, as well as the Investment Committee, which reviews and approves acquisitions, significant capital changes to operating schedules and internal quarterly valuations across the EverWest portfolio. Krystal was with Alliance Commercial Partners before transitioning to EverWest in 2015. Prior to joining Alliance in 2005, Krystal was a Project Manager for BridgeCenters, LLC, where she worked for 4 years. Krystal earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Colorado at Denver, and has been a member of NAIOP since 2008.

Sarajane (“SJ”) joined Unico in 2017 and is responsible for executing asset strategies and growing Unico’s Denver and Austin portfolio. Prior to joining Unico, she was Vice President of the agency leasing team at JLL and brings nine years of office brokerage expertise in Denver to her portfolio.

Tom Parnell is a Partner with Cress Capital. Prior to joining in 2016, Mr. Parnell was Vice President at Triangle Petroleum Corporation where he advised management on all matters related to the company’s real estate growth strategy, including managing acquisitions, developments and leasing in Western North Dakota and Midland, Texas. Prior to Triangle, Mr. Parnell spent over 5 years at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, where he executed both direct and indirect real estate investments in the U.S. and Mexico, and closed on transactions totaling over $400 million of equity investment. Although covering nearly all asset classes, he focused on GIC’s investments in the office, industrial and retail sectors, overseeing an investment portfolio exceeding $2 billion. Earlier in his career, Mr. Parnell worked at Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), a mid-market private equity firm in San Francisco where he executed leveraged buyouts in the manufacturing and manufacturing services industries. Mr. Parnell started his career as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Thomas Weisel Partners in New York. He received his MBA from the Wharton School with a major in real estate and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School with a concentration in finance. Mr. Parnell is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado. He lives in Denver with his wife and two children.

Tanya joined WeWork in 2017 as the Director of Community across Colorado. In this capacity, she oversees WeWork’s growth and operations strategy across the state, playing a key role in expanding the company’s presence in Denver by over 100 percent in 2018 and will usher in even greater rates of growth throughout CO in 2019. She specializes in building community and empowerment across her teams, all while undergoing hyper growth. Prior to WeWork, Tanya held leadership roles in the travel and tourism industry, sourcing real estate in tourist destinations world-wide, managing large and diverse teams spread across the globe.

Tal Diamant combines his vast retail leasing practice with acquisition/disposition and development expertise for clients ranging from local operators to large, national shopping center owners. His work also includes financing and corporate structuring. Tal’s experience in retail leasing is unparalleled. He has completed leases totaling over 3 million square feet with major national retail anchors, including: TJ Maxx, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Whole Foods, 24 Hour Fitness, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Stein Mart and Bank of America. Tal has extensive knowledge in the entire development process of large shopping centers, including the acquisition, creation of private and public financing, negotiation of complex CC&Rs, lease-up, pad sales and the ultimate disposition. Due to his intricate understanding of the market and client’s business strategy, Tal is often asked to get involved in the earliest stages of deal structuring. With his broad real estate and corporate experience, Tal possesses the know- how necessary to assemble the best team for each client’s project.

Jim joined the development team of Prime West in 2012, and became the Owner, President and CEO in 2015. Jim is responsible for the overall success of Prime West and works directly with the leadership team of the firm to establish the direction of the company, its vision, goals, objectives, strategies, and market focus.

Kyle Zeppelin is recognized as an innovative developer of communities in the urban core of Denver. Over the past decade, Kyle’s focus has been on transforming the underused, former industrial area of River North (RiNo) into a mixed-use neighborhood. Kyle has received recognition and multiple awards for his work at TAXI and The Source, and has successfully leveraged these projects into additional fronts in RiNo. TAXI has grown from what was originally an eight-acre site, to what is now a 28-acre mixed-use site complete with 9 buildings, over 100 businesses and over 100 residential units. Kyle’s vision for The Source market hall has expanded with the addition of a hotel. The Source Hotel will feature 100 design-forward hotel rooms, an expanded 25,000-square-foot market hall featuring signature restaurants and retail shopping, New Belgium Brewing’s first Denver brewery, and an eighth-floor rooftop complete with a pool, bar, and unobstructed mountain and skyline views.On a community level, Kyle’s broader social efforts are directed toward improving pedestrian and bike infrastructure and connectivity, advocating for the reclamation of the South Platte River in RiNo and meaningful design in Denver’s built environment. Kyle currently works closely with Comal Heritage Food Incubator (Comal) and Project VOYCE, both located on TAXI. Comal, operated by non-profit Focus Points Family Resource Center and in partnership with Zeppelin Development, provides women entrepreneurs from Globeville, Elyria and Swansea with culinary arts, business and language skills in addition to serving up some of the most authentic Latin American and Syrian cuisine in Denver. Project VOYCE is a non-profit organization that provides leadership programs for students in the underprivileged sectors of Denver and teach them how to combat challenges in their communities.

She currently chairs the board for Social Venture Partners Denver and serves on the Fundraising Committee for Girls Inc. of Metro Denver. She is also very engaged in her alma mater, Colorado State University. In addition to serving on the CSU Everitt Real Estate Center’s Advisory Board, she mentors for CSU’s College of Business and is a member of the Green & Gold Foundation. Amy serves on the Board of Governors of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership. Amy was honored among Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2021. She has also been recognized as a Top 25 GenXYZ finalist by ColoradoBiz Magazine, a Heavy Hitter finalist (Young Broker of Denver) by the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS, and as a Breakout Broker of the Year by JLL. Amy graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in business administration, with a double concentration in commercial real estate and real estate finance.

Larry works at the intersection of design and developing new business, ensuring that his group has a steady flow of new, culturally relevant projects, but also maintaining his edge as an established senior architectural designer in his own right. He’s received many design awards from organizations around the US, and he has extensive national and international experience in architectural, interior, and environmental design. Larry focuses on fostering meaningful, memorable user experiences in the public realm by harmonizing his team’s design disciplines from architecture to interiors, landscape, and branding. For example, when Western Union wanted to update their global headquarters to improve retention and recruitment, Larry and his team tapped into Western Union’s history, global presence, and innovation. After using interior-design storytelling to connect the dots between an employee’s everyday work and a life-saving money transfer for a client, Larry and his team also improved office connectivity by working on collaboration and social zones within the headquarters. To secure the resiliency and longevity of his clients’ work, Larry looks to experiential design. He’s always asking how a space can improve a user’s interactions, experiences, and memories. “Humans are creatures of the edge,” says Larry. “We love the unexpected. We love discovery.”

Elaine Kanelos leads the national business development strategy for DLR Group’s Workplace Studio. Elaine’s years of industry experience have seen her winning work in North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and even Antarctica. Matching this geographic diversity, she has led business development efforts ranging from intimate $5,000 specialty projects to complex $5 billion multidisciplinary P3 pursuits requiring years of positioning and competing. She thrives on the relationship-building process and responding to the unique issues at play for her clients.
