Summary

The Decade of Denver is now: the economy is booming, tourism is flourishing and employment opportunities continue to rise. Is it too good to be true? Apparently not!

Colorado is looking at a 2.4 percent growth rate in jobs this year*, maintaining its place (for the sixth year in a row) in the top 10 states for job growth. With major hiring demands in construction, healthcare and hospitality, there is no slowing down for Denver anytime soon.

What does this mean for the state of commercial real estate in Denver? To find the answer, we're looking beyond the topics of new developments and next neighborhoods. We're asking: Why is diversity in leadership important in the industry? How did Denver's past form its present? Who are the innovators behind this city and what are their stories of success?

Find out this + more from Denver's most prominent leaders at our 5th Annual Denver State of the Market! As mountaineer and author Greg Child once said, "Somewhere between the bottom of the climb and the summit is the answer to the mystery why we climb." Keep climbing, Denver, because the best is yet to come.
