John O’Connor is the Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Agency. It is a government agency that supports and provides services to, among others, local authorities, approved housing bodies and the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government in the delivery of housing and housing services; in addition to a range of other services. John was previously CEO of the Affordable Homes Partnership and Executive Manager in the Housing and Communities Department of Dublin City Council. John is a structural engineer with a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in the development, provision and direct delivery of housing, particularly in the areas of social housing, affordable housing and regeneration projects.

Bronagh D’Arcy is Deputy CEO/& Director of New Business & Development at Túath Housing. Having graduated with a degree in Housing from the University of Ulster at Magee, a Diploma in Management and Chartered Membership of the CIH she has worked both north & south of the border and has over 25 years’ experience in the sector. This experience is mainly in the delivery of new homes, while working in partnership with a range of stakeholders & through various procurement options. Bronagh has worked with Túath for over 10 years and during this time has seen the Association grow to become the third largest AHB in Ireland.

Clark held positions in AIB, First Southern Bank, and Anglo Irish Bank prior to setting up a private brokerage providing innovative, professional services in the financial and investment sector in 1994. In 2008, Clark co-founded Miriad, a UK-based real estate financial advisory and investment firm, financing property investments and developments throughout the UK and Ireland. Miriad has successfully structured over £85 million in debt and equity on projects worth over £170 million combined. He brings vast experience to the Castlehaven team and plays a significant role in the culture and direction of the firm. As partner at CH, Clark spends most of his time seeking new business leads, handling prospective opportunities, and contributing to the firm’s investment philosophy.

Richard Ball is a Partner at Urbeo which is an build to rent residential platform backed by between Starwood Capital Group and Ireland Strategic Investment Fund. He is responsible for all of the company’s investments and finance decisions. He has significant experience in negotiating and structuring property acquisitions in the Irish market. Prior to joining Urbeo in April 2019, he held the position of Chief Investment Officer in Hibernia Reit for five years and prior to that held senior positions within Clancourt Group and Grattan Property. He is a chartered accountant and has a Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin and a B.Sc. from Trinity College Dublin.

Patrick Phelan is the Managing Director of Ballymore in Ireland – a real estate professional with broad experience in real estate in the UK, Ireland and the US, acquired over a twenty-five year career. During his tenure, Ballymore has created new headquarters for major corporations and institutions including the Central Bank of Ireland, Microsoft, and the National Treasury Management Agency. Patrick along with his team were responsible for a forward fund of 435 units in 8th Lock, the last piece of the puzzle in Royal Canal Park in Ashtown, Dublin. Under Patrick’s leadership Ballymore acquired a landbank for over 4,000 units in Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare, including Sea Gardens, Seamount Rise, Stonehaven, River Walk, Aster Park and Station Walk.

Niall Ó Donnabháin is a qualified urban planner with nearly 20 years experience working in the Planning and Property departments of multiple urban and rural Local Authorities across Ireland. Niall currently occupies the role of Senior Planner in Cork County Council’s Development Management Section and also manages the Council’s Housing Infrastructure and Implementation Team which is tasked with delivering critical public infrastructure to enable the development of over 5,000 new homes in strategic settlements in metropolitan Cork.

Sabrina is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, having worked in London, Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, and Manchester. Sabrina is Vice Chair of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland Building Surveying Professional Group. Sabrina works for Lenders, Investors, Vendors, Purchasers, and Occupiers on monitoring, acquisition, disposal, and re-financing assets. Strong experience in leading and delivering Technical Due Diligence (TDD) including portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Specialist experience in Development Monitoring, including both for Lenders and Operators.
