Northwest Crossing III is a 305,242 sf 12-story atrium office building located along Highway 290/Hollister. The recently renovated atrium is lavished with a ceiling mounted contemporary art sculpture bringing color to the lobby along with guest seating areas. The atrium includes four high speed glass-backed elevators with atrium and exterior views currently undergoing modernization.
Building amenities include a recently renovated fitness and conference center, a deli, quality on-site management and security team available to all tenants.

The parking garage is located behind the building.
When you see the building drive past the first entrance and turn right into the second entrance, go all the way back, turn right, and the parking garage entrance will be on the left.
