Place-making: Cameron Management understands that the connectivity between street and tunnel levels is key for the CBD  - Central focal point of Esperson's redevelopment was creating a new contemporary lobby with an escalator connecting the street level to the tunnel level pedestrian retail amenity level.   
 
This party is to show off the completed renovations  - the art wall is the final element to completion.      
 
The party will actually be held such that guests enter at the street level lobby and then take the escalator to the redeveloped food court which will be turned into a glamorous party venue  -  in this manner, they get to fully appreciate the connectivity and options for various uses for their clients.
