Mayor Lenny Curry, a native Floridian, husband and father, is the 44th Mayor of Jacksonville, Florida. In 2002, he co‐founded and served as CEO for the Jacksonville-based professional services firm, ICX Group Inc. (ICX), which provides finance and accounting consultation, executive recruiting and staffing services. From 1994 to 2002, he practiced as a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Senior Manager in the firm’s Jacksonville office. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of The University of Florida., Curry has been involved in a number of local and state civic organizations including the Republican Party of Florida, Rotary Club of South Jacksonville, Southside United Methodist Church, Jacksonville Symphony Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Jacksonville Housing Commission, and Junior Achievement, among others.

Michael Balanky is a third-generation Jacksonville native with strong ties to the area’s business, governmental and non-profit communities. Mr. Balanky has a strong track record in land development, land acquisition, entitlements, construction, and environmental remediation. In addition to his real estate activities, Michael serves on the board of directors of several of Jacksonville’s most notable companies and is very active in the non-profit sector. He is also a founding member of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Urban Land Institute. From an early career in commercial real estate, Steve Atkins has built one of a leading development companies in Northeast Florida. As principal of SouthEast Development Group, Mr. Atkins oversees a multi-disciplined approach to today’s complex real estate industry. With numerous projects under his direction, he brings unique skill sets in conceptual architectural design, project development and complex financing modeling to SouthEast’s active interests in the real estate marketplace. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Mr. Atkins attended the University of North Florida, the Florida Real Estate Institute and is a state licensed real estate broker. Since 1990, Mr. Atkins has maintained a portfolio of private assets including commercial office campuses, health and wellness facilities and retail properties. In 1995, he founded The Atkins Group, a boutique development company specializing in design-build programming of commercial office, retail and institutional real estate. Atkins later merged his various development assets with Dav-Lin Construction Co., to form SouthEast Development Group, LLC and SouthEast Holdings, LP, combining multi-sector commercial real estate services and programs into a single ownership interest. The companies specialize in design-build of new construction, preservation and adaptive reuse programs, with of portfolio of projects executed over the past 25 years from the Carolinas to South Florida of nearly $500MM. A subsidiary of the development group, SouthEast Community Investment Fund, LLC is certified by the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund of the U.S. Department of the Treasury to serve the Northeast Florida/Jacksonville MSA, including Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau and Baker Counties. SouthEast is one of the only active Community Development Entities (CDE) in the region, positioned to provide "community-centric" planned developments, with targeted investments through tax credits, federal subsidies and public-private-partnerships. Since 2013, SouthEast has secured nearly $50MM in federal tax credit investments for real estate developments and related businesses. Historic preservation and adaptive reuse is a personal passion for Mr. Atkins. To promote the process in downtown Jacksonville, he donated the funds and directed the construction of infrastructure and replacement of the restored 1901 Greenleaf & Crosby Clock located at the corner of Laura and Adams Streets in downtown Jacksonville, for which he was awarded the 2013 Historic Preservation Commission’s Award for Restoration. SouthEast Development Group and The Molasky Group of Companies of Las Vegas, Nevada are the developers of the Barnett National Bank & Laura Street Trio Buildings in downtown Jacksonville. This $100+ million adaptive reuse program addresses the rehabilitation of these assets, considered to be the most significant group of historic structures yet to be preserved in the southern United States. Working with the City of Jacksonville through a Public-Private-Partnership, the project includes a mixed-use program, featuring retail banking with JPMorgan Chase, a Marriott flagged boutique-style hotel, a satellite campus for the University of North Florida, new retail and restaurants, along with over 100 residential loft apartments. Construction began in October of 2017, with the first delivery of space scheduled for December of 2018. Mr. Atkins and his wife Angela are the proud parents of two children and take special interest in their family activities through church, community leadership and civic involvement. The Atkins family has been active supporters of the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, the Museum of Science and History, the Museum of Contemporary Art at Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens and the Jacksonville Arboretum. They have also been personally involved in many charitable and community outreach organizations including The Episcopal Church of our Saviour, Godly Play Christian Education, Solace for the Children, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Breast Cancer Foundation, Church Without Walls, One Spark, Jaxson’s Night Market at the Laura Trio, the Jacksonville Food Fun(d) and the Cummer Museum of Art’s JAX Outings Program. His personal and professional affiliations include active memberships in the following organizations: ULI - Urban Land Institute; National Trust for Historic Preservation; The Congress for the New Urbanism; The U.S. Green Building Council; The Jacksonville Historic Society; and The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.

Farley is the President and founder of Iconic. He has more than 35 years of real estate experience and a breadth of knowledge based in appraisal/valuation, brokerage, investment management, and development. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the CRE® designation from the Counselors of Real Estate. These designations signify the highest level of experience in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties. Farley was also a founding partner in the Stornoway Real Estate Investment Management firm, which managed investments for high net worth individuals and institutional investors in Singapore, China, and the United States. The firm was purchased by Taurus in 2006. Mr. Grainger graduated from the University of Florida in 1977 with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies.

Oliver Barakat started with the CBRE, Inc. Jacksonville office in 1996 as an Office Building Specialist. Since then, he has participated in lease and sales transactions worth over $500 million. Mr. Barakat achieves the maximum value for clients disposing of real estate and significantly reduces occupancy costs for clients acquiring real estate with market knowledge, financial analysis and negotiation skills. Larry Callahan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate since 2005. He joined the Pattillo Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 1985. He began his professional career in the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. While taking on increasing responsibilities with Pattillo, he has been involved in numerous civic activities including the Board of Advisors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2011 Chairman of the Regional Business Coalition of Metropolitan Atlanta and is the current Chairman of the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. He is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and is on the Executive Committee of Atlanta’s Irish Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Larry has been married since 1977 to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of three productive adult children. As the children were growing up, he was head coach for their athletic teams for 33 seasons through the YMCA of Cobb County. All of his children have advanced degrees and they have collectively blessed him with four granddaughters. Larry earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech with highest honors followed by an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Taylor Williams, managing director, is responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity opportunities nationwide. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Williams was responsible for originating and structuring debt for commercial real estate properties at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. During his tenure, he was focused on establishing and maintaining insurance company correspondent relationships, developed, and maintained new client relationships, and was consistently in the top 20% of Grandbridge producers. Before Grandbridge, Mr. Williams served as senior vice president at Wilson & Nolan and began his commercial real estate finance career with Green Park Financial, the original Agency lending arm of Walker & Dunlop. Mr. Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.

Zach is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Pender Capital. Zach co-founded Pender in 2015 and brings over 16 years of experience in both commercial real estate finance and capital markets expertise. Zach oversees the firm’s Investment and Research program which includes deal sourcing, research, and structuring and is a member of the Investment and Research Committee and the Management Committee. Prior to Pender, Zach served as Managing Director/ Senior Vice President for Liberty SBF, a commercial finance company based in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for establishing Liberty’s Western Regional HQ in Los Angeles and directed West Coast originations and operations. Zach personally originated over $60 million of commercial loans during the first year of operations on the West Coast. In 2008, Zach joined Silver Point Capital, LP in New York, a Goldman Sachs partner fund, where he was responsible for commercial real estate loan originations and insurance-linked securities trading. During his tenure at Silver Point, Zach traded more than $500 million in distressed commercial real estate debt, insurance-linked securities, and assets in the capital markets. Mr. Booher works with Fidelity National Title Group in their National Commercial Services operations. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of title, escrow, underwriting and closing services for national customers in Florida and throughout the Southeast. Prior to this position, he served as National Underwriting Development Counsel, recruiting, hiring and assisting with the development of underwriting counsel in all U.S. markets in which Fidelity is operating. As the Chief Claims Counsel and Claims Center Manager for Fidelity’s Jacksonville Claims Center, Mr. Booher managed approximately 95 attorneys and 70 administrative and support personnel, who were responsible for administering the majority of lenders and owners claims on title policies issued by the Fidelity family of companies for the Eastern half of the United States and Latin America. After graduating from the University of Florida, Mr. Booher practiced commercial litigation and real estate law for 11 years, handling numerous legal issues including commercial and real estate transactions and litigation, construction litigation, and business negotiations and disputes. He spent 7 years with The St. Joe Company, a Florida real estate operating company, becoming experienced in nearly all aspects of real estate development and operations, including land and building acquisitions, title, construction, financing, leasing, management, marketing and disposition of commercial, retail and residential properties, and serving as Assistant General Counsel, responsible for managing the company’s litigation. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Booher served as the U.S. Counsel for a Brazilian conglomerate, focusing on the North American expansion and legal management of the company’s cement, concrete, and construction related operations.
