Angel Court, Mitsui Fudosan and Stanhope’s development, is a 300,000 sq ft of prime office and 15,000 sq ft of ground floor restaurant accommodation.
Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, the 24-storey building is the newest addition to the evolving City Skyline.
Comprising six ‘Garden’ floors and 18 upper ‘Sky’ floors, the design delivers a sustainable, urban workplace in the form of a light, bright, glass tower, alongside unique panoramic 360-degree views of London.

While everyone is familiar with the buzzwords of PropTech, IoT or Blockchain, and the like, does the CRE industry truly understand how to adequately deploy new technology? Research has proven that almost 70% of landlords and contractors either have no immediate action plan in place, or don't know how to respond to the PropTech trend at all. In the next five years, the digital industry is set to benefit the property world, not only in terms of workplace efficiencies, energy savings and employee’s wellbeing, but also through generating new revenue streams. If the larger CRE community wants to unlock the door so that PropTech can gain traction, then we need to address and understand the connectivity bridge between Tech and Property more thoroughly.
Come join Bisnow’s Future of Real Estate Event which will bring the most innovative & creative industry players who are already turning to new technological solutions to build smarter neighbourhoods and facilities that function more efficiently. We will be discussing how technology can add value to commercial developers as well as the wider spectrum of businesses in the property market. As always come early and stay late for ample networking -- we'll see you there!
