ONE TRIPTYCH PLACE
Designed by internationally acclaimed architects Squire & Partners, the 68,000 sq ft, prime grade A commercial building at One Triptych Place is part of the £400 million mixed-use Triptych Bankside development. The scheme is made up of three distinctive sweeping towers, with 169 luxury apartments in two blocks, office space in a third, plus 9,900 sq ft of retail. Its close proximity to the City of London and the West End makes it ideally situated for both residential and commercial space.
Externally, the striking aesthetic is inspired by the ebb and flow of the River Thames. This is complemented in the interior design throughout, from the impressive entrance foyer to the fully-furnished flats, by Cocovara.
Developed by JTRE London, the UK company was founded in September 2019 by one of Central Europe’s leading property developers, J&T Real Estate, which is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary. The Slovakia headquartered firm has real estate projects in nine countries and has committed a further £200 million towards building its London portfolio which, with borrowings, provides JTRE with an initial £500 million to invest.
