Events Raw Space

245 Hammersmith Road

245 Hammersmith Road isn’t just another office, it’s the game-changer for Hammersmith.

This is the standout destination in Hammersmith and our 242,000 sq ft of flexible, collaborative space is built to inspire and connect people. A bold ambition realised over one brilliant office building, 3 retail units, a public Plaza, and Urban Park we pack with year-round events for everyone

The local community is at the heart of 245 Hammersmith Road and from conception the building has opened its doors to the surrounding area as a place to meet, socialise and be creative. We host community and educational groups weekly and the building has won multiple social value awards.

The building was a brand new redevelopment by a joint venture between Legal and General and Mitsubishi Estate London and the driving principles of 245 were to create a highly flexible building of scale which met aspirational ESG credentials achieving BREEAM Excellent. Amenity was at the heart of this development and the building benefits from multiple communal and private external terraces, a large urban garden and excellent end of trip facilities.

The building is managed and run by a passionate team who aspire to make this a truly inspiring place to work and who look forward to welcoming you for the BISNOW London Real Estate Outlook 2024

Why You Can't Miss This Event

What You'll Learn:

  • With the Bank of England cutting interest rates for the first time since the pandemic, how will this effort to boost the commercial real estate sector impact dealmaking in the latter half of 2024 into 2025?
  • The city of London has seen a surge in skyscrapers going into planning – what catalyzed the interest and increase, and how will it impact some of London's older buildings?
  • With a recent change in government administration, how can CRE professionals anticipate policy and the regulatory environment shifting heading into2025?
  • With an increased interest in sustainable practices, how are the notions influencing innovations in construction?
  • What asset classes are reigning supreme in London in terms of investment activity, and how can industry professionals capitalize on the action?

How You'll Do More Business:

London's real estate market shows signs of growth, shortages and shifts in demand throughout the popular asset classes. Fueled by young talent, as JLL reports that over 109,000 people aged 18 to34 will arrive from other countries this year alone, the need for additional residential and housing opportunities grows more pressing. This young talent pool is also driving the need for sustainable spaces — not just in modern offices but also in locations experiencing heavier foot traffic, such as mixed-use and retail destinations. As developers seek to revamp and retrofit older buildings to keep pace with Grade-A developments, the number of skyscrapers planned for London continues to grow –with 76 buildings approved in two years alone. Join Bisnow and London's top executives as we unpack the policy, investment and development trends influencing the future of the city's real estate pipeline and progress.
