Quintain is the developer behind the transformation of Wembley Park, which it acquired over 20 years ago. The 85-acre site is London’s globally renowned entertainment district, now transformed into a 365-day neighbourhood that includes the OVO Arena Wembley, London Designer Outlet, the Hilton Hotel, Premier Inn, Boxpark Wembley, Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre, Amazon Fresh, independent shops, exceptional office space, acres of pedestrianised public realm and around 5,000 homes.
When completed, Wembley Park will be home to the largest single site of Build to Rent in the UK with over 6,000 homes managed by leading BtR operator Quintain Living by 2027. With studios to four-bed apartments currently across ten developments, Quintain Living’s pet-friendly homes offer unique, lifestyle-led amenity spaces including cinema rooms, roof-top gardens, libraries, work-from-home sheds, a private club house and climbing wall plus 24-hour resident support.
In 2022 Quintain Living was named EG’s BtR Specialist and RESI’s Property Manager of the Year.
Following a successful move to a two-day event in 2022, Bisnow's 5th edition of our Build To Rent Annual Conference (BTRAC) will take place on 14 and 15 June, back in Wembley Park. Once again we'll be providing more dynamic content and facilitating more networking opportunities than ever!
BNP Paribas Real Estate initial data has revealed that investment into UK build-to-rent has exceeded £1.1bn so far in Q1 2023, demonstrating the investor appetite for opportunities across the sector as rental demand increases amid first-time buyer affordability challenges, which have been further exacerbated by the likes of the removal of Help-to-Buy and the recent rises in mortgage rates. As BTR enters its next growth stage in the UK, this event will seek to uncover the people, tools and strataegies you need to raise more capital, increase your deal flow, stay ahead of the competition and take your portfolio to the next level.
