Mr. Schwimmer serves as Rexford Industrial's Co-Chief Executive Officer and on our Board of Directors since July 2013. Mr. Schwimmer has served as Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner of our predecessor business and President of Rexford Industrial Realty & Management Inc. since December 2001. From May 1983 until November 2001, Mr. Schwimmer, a licensed California real estate broker, served at various times as manager, executive vice president and broker of record for DAUM Commercial Real Estate, one of California’s oldest industrial brokerage companies. Mr. Schwimmer’s thirty-year professional career has been dedicated entirely and exclusively to Southern California infill industrial real estate, including its acquisition, value-add improvement, management, sales, leasing and disposition. Mr. Schwimmer has experience forming real estate investment companies, managing real estate brokerage offices, serving as a real estate brokerage company board member and acquiring, repositioning, developing, leasing, selling and adding value to over thirty million square feet of industrial properties in Southern California. Mr. Schwimmer received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in 1983 where he majored in business with an emphasis in real estate finance and development. Mr. Schwimmer serves on the USC Lusk Center Real Estate Leadership Council, is Board Chair of USC Hillel, and is the Allocation Committee Chair of the Los Angeles Jewish Federation, Real Estate Principals Organization.

Kim Snyder is President of Prologis’ Southwest Region and is responsible for all regional activities including development, acquisitions and operations for Prologis. Key markets included in this region are Southern California, the Inland Empire, Las Vegas and Phoenix. A thirty-year veteran in the development business, he joined AMB (pre-merger) in 2005, bringing experience in real estate development and construction, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, marketing and finance. As Managing Director and Senior Vice President during his tenure at AMB, Kim managed AMB's Airport Group, Mexico and Brazil operations. Prior to AMB, Kim served as President of Paragon Capital Corporation and CEO of Paragon Development, Inc. and was Managing Director for Insignia-ESG's Western region development operation. Prior to Insignia, he was a partner with Investment Building Group. Kim has a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is on the advisory board for the NAIOP-Inland Empire Chapter, and is a past President of the Chapter. Kim is also on the Technical Committee and Advisory Board of the Prologis Fibra (Mexico), a publicly traded real estate investment company based in Mexico City. He is currently serving on the Industry Advisory Board at the Drucker School at Claremont University, and is a Trustee on the Board of the Gooden School in Sierra Madre, California.

Mr. Strasmann is the Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Orange County Operations as well as the functional Southern California Industrial & Logistics Market Leader. Mr. Strasmann’s Orange County responsibilities include leading a team of over 360 professionals in the Orange County Region with direct oversight of all lines of business and services CBRE provides to the marketplace. As the Functional Industrial Leader, Mr. Strasmann has the additional responsibility of managing approximately 130 selling industrial professionals throughout 12 Southern California offices. Mr. Strasmann also serves as the management oversight for CBRE’s National Port Logistics and E-Commerce specialty practice groups. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Strasmann served as the Managing Director of Brokerage Operations for Voit’s Orange County, Los Angeles County and Inland Empire Operations. Mr. Strasmann’s region accounted for approximately 75% of Voit’s revenue and profit. Mr. Strasmann was directly responsible for opening up offices in Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire for Voit. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned at Voit to accept a position at CBRE. Prior to Voit Real Estate Services, Mr. Strasmann worked at Grubb & Ellis Company for 24 years. Mr. Strasmann held many positions at Grubb & Ellis working his way up from an Industrial Broker to eventually serving as the Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director (Orange County, San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire operations). Mr. Strasmann’s region was recognized as the largest and most profitable region nationwide for Grubb & Ellis. Additionally, Mr. Strasmann served on Grubb & Ellis’ National Executive Committee. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned from Grubb & Ellis to accept a position at Voit Real Estate Services.

John C. Condas, a partner in our Orange County office, has broad experience obtaining and defending all types of land use and environmental permits. He has assisted numerous land developers and industrial, multifamily, retail and office developers, and homebuilders in obtaining entitlements from federal, state, regional and local agencies. He has particular experience working with multiple species habitat plans, affordable housing regulations and the winding down of RDAs, and advises clients on the developing climate change and green building requirements they face. John has led legal due diligence and entitlement teams for industrial, commercial, retail, multifamily and single-family residential projects in more than 200 jurisdictions and agencies. Over the past four years, he has provided entitlement due diligence and counseling for industrial and logistics projects totaling over 65 million square feet. He represented national, publicly traded and private home-building clients in acquiring more than 30,000 residential lots. John is a member of the Board of Directors of Great Ajax Corp., a NYSE-traded REIT. He has taught real estate law at the USC Gould School of Law and taught real estate law for 15 years in the USC MBA and Master of Real Estate Development programs. He was the 2015 President of the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter.

Adon Panattoni serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Panattoni Development Company’s U.S. Operations. He oversees all aspects of daily operations and development for the company’s 14 national offices located throughout the United States. Adon also serves on Panattoni’s Board, Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to becoming CEO, Adon held the position of Regional Director for the company’s development operations in Southern California, where he was responsible for all facets of development including business procurement, site selection, development management and contract negotiations. Prior to that, Adon was a development manager in Southern California where he oversaw development for projects totaling $125 million in cost. Before joining Panattoni, Adon was an Investment Sales Broker for Colliers International in the downtown San Francisco office. He was able to accumulate transactions totaling over $150 Million. Prior to Adon’s career at Colliers, he was employed as Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo in the downtown San Francisco Real Estate Group. Brett Dedeaux serves as President of Dedeaux Properties LLC., a Los Angeles-based logistics real estate investment development, and asset management firm controlling a portfolio of over 6,500,000 sq. ft. of primarily distribution, cold-storage and transportation-orientated properties largely in Southern California, including a strategic presence in Northern California. Currently, the firm has a project pipeline of approximately 2,000,000 sq. ft. in various stages of development and entitlement. Brett’s affiliations with various organizations have included Board Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Inland Empire Chapter, Advisory Board of the USC Lusk Real Estate Center, SIOR Corporate Member, Trojan Board of Directors and the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association. Brett also serves as Executive Director of the Rod Dedeaux Foundation which provides much needed funds for amateur and inner-city youth baseball and softball programs including college scholarships, equipment and field renovations.  The Foundation hosts the USA Baseball Golden Spikes Award, given out the nation’s top collegiate baseball player, in addition to the USA Baseball Rod Dedeaux Coach of the Year Award. A resident of Los Angeles, Brett is married with two children and has a passion for outdoor activities including golf, mountain biking, surfing, skiing and tennis/paddle tennis. Brett is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business with an Entrepreneur emphasis and was a member of the varsity tennis team.

Michael G. Tingus, President of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura and one of the region’s highest producing brokers, has been assisting landlords, developers, tenants and business owners with their real estate needs for over 26 years. His expertise includes sales and leasing of industrial, R&D, office and retail properties as well as development land throughout Southern California with a focus on Los Angeles and Ventura counties. A member and chairman of the City of Calabasas Planning Commission from 1993-2001 who co-authored the city’s general plan, land use and development code during his tenure, Mr. Tingus also brings specialized expertise to the development process. He has successfully transacted in excess of 1,050 acres of development land sales along with property sales and leases valued in excess of $2.5 billion over the course of his career. Recent prominent transactions include: sale of 37 acres of land in Murrieta, CA to Kaiser Permanente; sale of 115,138-sf industrial building to Nearon Enterprises and subsequent lease to Benchmark Electronics, Moorpark; the sale of Creekside Executive Center, a 127,820-sf office park in Camarillo to Sunbelt Enterprises; sale of 10.5 acres of land for Nissan Auto dealership in Calabasas; sale of 21 acres of land for the development of Shoppes at Westlake Village retail center with corresponding sale of 10.3 acres to Target and leasing of 245,000-sf of retail to multiple tenants; sale of 111,703-sf industrial facility with subsequent lease to Easton Baseball/Softball, Inc.; a 90,000-sf industrial building sale in Ventura; a 107,169-sf lease to Pepperdine University in Calabasas; an 84,000-sf lease in Calabasas for Spirent Communications (SPT.L); a 57,000-sf industrial lease on behalf of Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT) in Simi Valley; the sale of a 21,676-sf medical office building at Patriot Commerce Center in Moorpark and a 70,850-sf creative office lease in Los Angeles on behalf of TOMS Shoes; sale of 8 acres in Thousand Oaks for industrial park development; sale of 20 acres of land for Patriot Commerce Center, Moorpark; sale of 28 acres land for Lost Hills Business Center, Calabasas; sale of 100 acres of land for Conejo Spectrum, Thousand Oaks; sale of The Carlsberg Ranch, 800 acres of land, Moorpark; sale of Tapo Business Park, 14 acres of land in Simi Valley and sale of 19 acres for The Commerce Center at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles. A consistent top producer, Mr. Tingus was named Broker of the Year in 2015 to reflect his transactional achievements. He has served as president of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura since 1994. He spearheaded the growth of the company from a single office to four locations with sales and leasing revenues in excess of $650 million annually. He has also served on the management team of the Lee Group of Companies, playing a vital role in the company’s expansion from 20 to 54 nationwide offices. He has been recognized by the Pacific Coast Business Times and the San Fernando Valley Business Journal in their Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate ‘Bests’ respectively on multiple occasions.

Ken Fields, a partner in Greenberg Glusker’s Real Estate Practice Group, practices all aspects of real estate legal transactions, including buying and selling individual properties and multi-property portfolios, construction and development and leasing of industrial, retail, and office properties, and permanent, construction, mezzanine, and other real estate secured loans. Ken's clients include industrial, retail, and office building owners and tenants, commercial brokerage firms and real estate investors and syndicators. He has assisted clients in buying or selling billions of dollars’ worth of real estate assets, has negotiated leases affecting billions of square feet of space, and has helped clients raise hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate syndications. Ken frequently represents owners and tenants in single-tenant "big-box" leases. Ken understands his clients' business objectives and strives to help achieve those objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner. He maintains a business-like and deal-oriented approach, focusing on what is important to his clients. Among the many other transactions Fields handled in 2020, he partnered with his clients to close four of the ten largest industrial transactions in Southern California, with those four deals alone totaling approximately $750,000,000. In 2021, Ken was recognized as a top 10 real estate attorney in California by Connect CRE in their annual Lawyers in Real Estate Awards. Ken has also been recognized in real estate law in both Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. He received his B.A. from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He is a Founding Member and member of the Advisory Committee of the Conejo Valley Boys and Girls' Clubs, and has previously chaired the Legal Committee of Heal the Bay.

Founder of RAF Pacifica Group and Co-Founder and Principal of SR Commercial, Adam Robinson is a strategic real estate investor and operator specializing in the acquisition, development, operations, and management of commercial real estate. Robinson is currently acquiring land and developing speculative commercial real estate, primarily in San Diego County. Over the past few years, he has acquired 2.5 million square feet, more than 2 million of which is for a long-term hold, and has an additional one million square feet of speculative development in the pipeline over the next 24 months. He oversees a portfolio of more than four million square feet of real estate, with a niche focus on office and industrial product. Robinson has directed more than $1.3 billion in investments and has focused his career on establishing the vision and strategy necessary to execute successful value-add commercial real estate transactions. His deep industry expertise in acquisitions, development, and brokerage, combined with his strategic networking, has enabled him to successfully drive value and attractive returns for his capital partners. Robinson has been a featured speaker at the University of San Diego, as well as at commercial real estate conferences such as NAIOP and SIOR. He is also an investor in multiple operating businesses. Robinson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and holds numerous professional affiliations, including CCIM, SIOR, and CPM. He is the past president of the San Diego chapter of SIOR.
