Summary

1. How will expensive land and construction prices impact future developments in the Arts District?

2. What would be the impact on the Arts District of the purposed MTA light rail line that will connect the Arts District to DTLA and West LA?

3. What has contributed to the resurgence of the area over the last 10 years? What should we expect from the next 5 years?

4. The Arts District is attractive because of its durable, low-rise industrial buildings.  Will high-density development with modern materials impact the character that makes the neighborhood desirable?

5. What are the boundaries of the neighborhood, and how far south can the Arts District expand?
