Featuring a mix of new and renovated buildings linked by public spaces, AltaSea will transform the area into a center for institutional research, public education, and private industry, and attract businesses, researchers, and visitors alike /// Egyptian Theatre: Gensler collaborated with Netflix to reimagine key elements of The Egyptian Theatre and create an authentic sense of belonging at the century-old historic landmark nestled in the heart of Hollywood, California. The meticulous redesign of the Art Deco-era theatre spans across its architectural interiors, exterior entrance, and signage and wayfinding, and additionally introduces a permanent narrative storytelling exhibit showcasing its rich history /// West Edge: As one of the first mixed-use, transit-oriented developments projects along the new Expo Line connecting downtown Los Angeles, Culver City, and Santa Monica, West Edge offers a blueprint for upcoming ventures along the rail line and across LA Metro’s expanding network by embracing a forward-thinking approach to urban density ///  Los Angeles Chargers Headquarters and Training Facility: Gensler Sports is designing the Los Angeles Chargers’ new team headquarters and training facility in El Segundo, California. The sprawling 14-acre facility is centrally located less than three miles from Los Angeles International Airport and seven miles from SoFi Stadium. The campus features a 143,500-square-foot main training building, three natural grass fields, and a range of outdoor amenities including a 7,600-square-foot elevated outdoor terrace, a 3,400-square-foot elevated outdoor turf area, and two-lane lap pool for player rehabilitation.
