Kennedy Wilson Brokerage - 2nd Street in Downtown Santa Monica: Kennedy Wilson Brokerage secured notable tenants along this busy commercial corridor including Luke’s Lobster, Dan Modern Chinese, Tia, AJA Vineyards and BodyROK. Two spaces are currently available at 1410 2nd St. (4,110 SF) and 1422 2nd St. (1,708 SF) /// Culver Public Market: Kennedy Wilson Brokerage represents Regency Centers’ new multi-building restaurant project – Culver Public Market - at Washington Blvd. and Centinela Ave. The project represents Culver City’s newest dining district with expected delivery mid-2026 /// 2600 Wilshire Blvd: Housing construction continues along Santa Monica’s Wilshire Blvd. Corridor with 2600 Wilshire joining a number of other mixed-use projects recently built or under construction. Kennedy Wilson Brokerage represents 13,000 SF (divisible) of future retail and restaurant space at the project.

McCormick Compliance Consulting - CENTURY CITY MALL RENOVATION AND REDEVELOPMENT: Milrose Organizations was hired by Westfield Corporation to  support in the major expansion and redevelopment of the Century City Mall in Los Angeles/Century City, CA. The expansions, valued at $1 billion, added over 420,000 square feet of retail space. In addition, the expansions included doubling the parking deck to include 4,700 parking spaces, adding an outdoor atrium capable of seating a thousand people, as well as providing new VIP entrances and spaces for high-profile visitors. Our team of project managers oversaw and coordinated all phases of the permitting process including building demolition, building additions, new parking layout, mechanical/electrical, plumbing permits, office installments, and more /// CAIN INTERNATIONAL | ONE BEVERLY HILLS: The 17.5-acre site is currently one of the largest and most environmentally advanced private real estate development projects underway in the United States. The site includes the iconic Beverly Hilton, the Waldorf Astoria, and the recently announced Aman Hotel, Residences & Club. One Beverly Hills will add three environmentally sustainable buildings to the site: two residential condominium towers and a third building housing a 42 all-suite luxury hotel and residences set around 8-acres of breath taking botanical gardens. The Beverly Hilton will see extensive upgrades to bring the green of the gardens into the hotel experience. With the driving philosophy of creating the most environmentally friendly and future-forward development, the new buildings and gardens of One Beverly Hills are designed to exceed California’s own ambitious sustainability goals /// APPLE STORE AT THE GROVE : Apple at The Grove reflects Los Angeles' vibrant energy and creativity.
