Melford Town Center

Melford Town Center is a 466-acre comprehensive mixed-use community located at US Rt. 50 and MD Rt. 3/301 in Bowie, midway between Annapolis and Washington, D.C. To date St. John Properties has constructed over 1 million sq. ft. of Class ‘A’ office, flex/R&D and retail space at Melford. The residential component of Melford Town Center will feature more than 1,400 multifamily units upon completion, with the Tribute at Melford a 140-unit senior living community and The Aspen a 388-unit luxury apartment building now open. Three on-site hotels are planned, with a Courtyard by Marriott now open.
