Bisnow is excited to be hosting our first-ever Nashville Women Leading Real Estate (WLRE) award program. This program celebrates the exceptional women who are transforming the commercial real estate industry with their innovative leadership, vision and commitment. The WLRE program also emphasizes the importance of fostering diversity in CRE, particularly by advocating for the employment and advancement of women.
Join Bisnow as it brings together a diverse group of professionals, including brokers, owners, developers, investors, construction experts, designers, architects, financial institutions and government officials, to honor the trailblazing women in D.C. commercial real estate. The event will highlight their accomplishments and provide valuable opportunities for learning, networking and career growth.
Nominate A Woman That Inspires You in the Industry! Use the following form. This Year's Four Categories Include:
Leader of the Year: Leader of the Year - A woman who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and continued efforts to move the market forward throughout 2025 and previous years. Should have 20+ years of experience in the industry
Rising Star: Rising Star - A woman who has been in the industry less than 10 years and has made a significant impact on the market and/or has largely contributed to a major commercial real estate project
Innovator of the Year: Innovator of the Year - A woman who has excelled in driving innovation in the commercial real estate field and used new or creative ideas to improve the industry
Deal Maker of the Year: Deal Maker of the Year - A woman who has made a significant contribution to one or more major deals in and around Nashville
