Ms. Dolan brings a wealth of financial, executive and civic experience to her role as President and CEO of Launch Tennessee. Launch Tennessee is a public-private partnership that supports entrepreneurs from ideation to exit and is guided by a vision of making Tennessee the most startup-friendly state in the nation. She most recently was Principal, neil Strategies, LLC, an independent consulting firm and Managing Director for AuthEX, a subsidiary of Worth Group, LLC. Dolan also served as President & CEO of LocalShares, LLC and its subsidiaries, LocalShares Investments, LLC and LocalShares Knowledge, LLC prior to the acquisition of LocalShares by Worth Group, LLC. LocalShares, through its RIA and in partnership with an independent fiduciary trust, brought the first city-based exchange-traded fund to market and developed thirty city-based indices that measured the performance of headquartered companies in various US metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs). Prior to that, Ms. Dolan served as President & CEO, Saint Thomas Health Foundations as well as Executive Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Saint Thomas Health, a subsidiary of Ascension Health. Ms. Dolan spent over two decades at Ingram Industries Inc. where she advanced to vice president of community relations serving in a lead role in family and corporate philanthropic and civic activity. Ms. Dolan began her career at KPMG, LLP (formerly Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.). Ms. Dolan graduated from the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (with honors) majoring in Accounting. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management (Beta Gamma Sigma) where she received the Dean Martin S. Geisel Leadership Award. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Dolan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Dolan currently serves on the governing boards of the Nashville Business Coalition and United Way of Metropolitan Nashville (past Chair). She concluded her work as a member of the Fifth Third Bank Tennessee Board in late 2017. In addition, Ms. Dolan is engaged with the International Women’s Forum, Nashville’s Agenda Steering Committee, Rotary Club of Nashville (past President), and the Board & CEO Advisory Council for United Way Worldwide. She is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Nashville and a graduate of Leadership Nashville. Her previous board service includes Adventure Science Center, Alignment Nashville, Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville, Books from Birth of Middle Tennessee, Tennessee Charter School Incubator, Center for Nonprofit Management, Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee, Junior League of Nashville, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Nashville Downtown Partnership, Nashville Public Education Foundation (past Chair), Project Reflect, Tennessee Business Roundtable (past Chair), Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management Alumni Board, and the Rotary Club of Nashville (past President). Ms. Dolan was recognized with the Nashville Public Education Foundation’s 2013 Nelson C. Andrews Distinguished Service Award, and in 2015 she was inducted into the prestigious Academy for Women of Achievement by the YWCA of Middle Tennessee.

Craig Bernstein is a Managing Partner of OPZ Bernstein, a subsidiary of The Bernstein Companies, a Washington, DC based real estate investment management firm. Mr. Bernstein has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, construction, development, financing, asset management, property management and leasing. Mr. Bernstein is responsible for establishing OPZ Bernstein’s strategic initiatives and overseeing the Fund’s investor relations. As one of the nation’s leading Opportunity Zone experts, Mr. Bernstein has contributed to stories for The New York Times, Associated Press, Washington Post and CNBC. Mr. Bernstein is a frequent speaker at Opportunity Zone events including the Global Institutional Real Estate Forum, Washington, DC Building Industry Association, Washington, DC Economic Partnership, Bisnow, The ASD Summit and The New York Riverside Experience. Prior to founding OPZ Bernstein, Mr. Bernstein was the Chief Investment Officer of White Star Investments, a prominent single family investment office in Bethesda, MD. During his 10 year career at White Star Investments, Mr. Bernstein oversaw a diversified portfolio of privately held real estate, private equity, alternative investments, and marketable securities. Mr. Bernstein focused extensively on allocating capital to external managers, and leading the firm’s manager selection and due diligence processes. Prior to joining White Star Investments, Mr. Bernstein was a Director at Cushman and Wakefield. One of the youngest Directors in the firm’s history, Mr. Bernstein’s clients included TIAA-CREF, TA Associates, Lerner Enterprises and the B.F. Saul Companies. David Hanchrow is Chief Investment Officer for Bristol. An 22-year veteran of the multi-family industry, Mr. Hanchrow oversees site selection and acquisition, as well as market and financial feasibility analysis. He is also responsible for all asset dispositions and plays a key role in sourcing and structuring financing for new development projects. Previously, Mr. Hanchrow served as real estate development manager for Polar-BEK, a Birmingham, Alabama based development firm. Mr Hanchrow held several positions at Polar-BEK over a period of nearly10 years and was involved in the development of more than 2,000 multi-family units. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Craig Mason is a tax partner and RSM’s national real estate lead on qualified opportunity zones. He has more than 25 years of experience providing tax services to privately owned and venture backed companies. He has extensive experience in real estate, manufacturing and distribution, technology, mergers & acquisitions, and transaction structuring.

Ian Ross founded SomeraRoad Inc. in 2014 to take an entrepreneurial and creative approach to value-add, opportunistic real estate in non-core markets. Previously, Ian was a Managing Director at Triangle Capital Group, a firm he helped develop shortly after its inception. At Triangle, Ian managed the Acquisitions and Asset Management units, focusing on the purchase of hard asset real estate, non-performing loans, and securitized mortgage products, as well as the conception and execution of value-add business plans. Ian sourced, underwrote and structured investments, in both the CMBS and CRE arenas, and focused on the development of strategic relationships, firm oversight, and risk management. Prior to joining Triangle, Ian spent two years working as an analyst for Jefferies & Company in its Investment Banking Division where he focused on raising both debt and equity, as well as providing advisory services for companies in the financial services and real estate sectors. Ian initially began his professional career working on Morgan Stanley’s CMBS origination and securitization platform. Ian received an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and graduated with honors from Emory University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Ian serves on Manhattan’s Community Board 5 and sits on the Public Safety & Quality of Life, and Transportation & Environment committees. Additionally, Ian is the Founder and Chairman of The Asperger’s Awareness Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2009 that strives to raise awareness and funding for high-functioning forms of Autism.

Chris is the Managing Director of Pichoslap. He is responsible for acquisitions, financing, and negotiations. Chris has (2002-2012) 12 years prior experience in business, including Xtremegloss, a car care distribution start up company which he began in 2002 and owned for 10 years, growing the company from a local market to national distribution. Chris is a member of Kiwanis, board member REIN, REIA, Nashville Business Chamber, former consultant for the nations largest residential roofing Company and martial arts hall of fame inductee.

As Director of Financial Strategy, John’s responsibilities include financial modeling and strategy work for current clients, developing additional strategic services for Compass East and driving new business development efforts for the company. Previously, John was the Director of Capital Formation at Launch Tennessee where he worked to grow investment in Tennessee-based startups through entrepreneur development, building investor and corporate networks and leading policy initiatives that help spur private investment across the state. He managed the $30M INCITE Fund, Impact Seed Fund, and the Tennessee Angel Tax Credit program. Prior to moving to Nashville in 2016, John spent 7 years in San Francisco and New York at LaunchCapital, a seed stage venture capital firm investing in technology and life science companies. Outside of work, John is a member of the Organizing Committee for Nashville Entrepreneur Week, volunteers at the Nashville Rescue Mission and is a member of the Phoenix Club of Nashville. He graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Economics, where he also played Division III baseball and football. John is married to his lovely wife Ally and has a Westie named Winnie. While he’s hung up the baseball and football cleats for good, John continues to be an avid sports fan, foodie, and tries to catch as much Nashville live music as possible!

Kali is a Partner at Claritas Capital in the firm’s Ozone Fund investing in East Nashville. She is also responsible for connecting investors to the firms’ private equity & real estate platforms with a focus on helping family offices and high net worth individuals opportunistically allocate within their alternatives bucket. Prior to Claritas, she worked for two macroeconomic research firms and started her career on Wall Street as a healthcare analyst for public equities. Kali is a rare Nashville native, who moved her family back home from NYC in 2016. She is active in the Nashville Rotary club, is an avid yogi, and enjoys exploring the world with her husband Matt and her 1 year old son Jack.
