Anthony Wanger serves as President of IO. In this capacity, Wanger directs the Company’s expansion and acquisition activities, oversees key transactions and the Company’s Legal, Ecosystem, Real Estate, and Risk Management functions. Prior to his involvement with IO, Wanger co-founded and managed Sterling Network Services, LLC, a leading enterprise data center services provider. He then became promoted to Manager, GIS – Infrastructure Capacity Management, Service Delivery Sr. Manager and now Director Data Center Services for Expedia Inc. With nearly three decades of solid track record, serving some of the most mission critical applications. Mr. Neil brings valuable expertise to IDCA’s Technical Standards Committee. As Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amerimar Enterprises, Inc., Jerry oversees the acquisition, financing, redevelopment and disposition of Office, Mixed-Use and Telecom properties for Amerimar. Jerry began his real estate career in 1985. Prior to joining Amerimar in 1988, Jerry was with Dean Witter Realty, Inc. in New York City, where he focused on real estate acquisitions, development and management. Prior to moving back to New York City in the summer of 2005, Jerry was active in the Philadelphia community. He served as a Trustee, Finance and Audit Committee Member, an Executive Committee Member, a Member of National Men’s Cabinet and as Chairman of the Real Estate Committee for the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Jerry has also served on the Board of The American Heart Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Peter Feldman

Peter Feldman has over 30 years of experience in data center development, operations, management and design, with a focus on implementing energy-efficient technology. He has held CEO, CTO, president,and founding roles at several successful startups including the Telx group, a national leader in data center colocation services. Mr. Feldman has additional expertise in optical and wireless network engineering, IT infrastructure management and cogeneration. Prior to founding DataGryd, he served as the technical and business development interface with United Technologies Power for their hydrogen and natural gas fuel cell technology and CCHP micro-turbines, and worked with AMSC (formerly American Superconductor), a developer of superconducting cable, SMES and transformer technology for data centers. Mr. Feldman holds several industry-related patents and is an active member of a number of professional trade organizations, including the IEEE, Open-IX, iMasons, AFCOM, the Green Building Council and the Cloud Computing Council. He’s given presentations at many industry events, including Interop New York, Green Data Center Conference & Exhibition, 7×24 Exchange, and IMN’s Financing, Investing & Real Estate Development for Data Centers Conference, PTC in Hawaii, and for Data Center Dynamics conferences.

Matt Gleason

General Manager - CoreSite​

Matt Gleason is the General Manager for CoreSite’s Northeast markets, responsible for the overall business performance and operation of CoreSite’s New York, Boston and Chicago facilities. In his 7 years at CoreSite, Mr. Gleason has also held the position of Vice President of Facilities, and was responsible for all electrical, mechanical and building systems associated with CoreSite’s national data center portfolio. Prior to CoreSite, Mr. Gleason served as the Senior Technical Manager at Switch and Data, overseeing the company’s infrastructure maintenance and uptime programs. He was also a noncommissioned officer in the US Navy and honor graduate of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, operating and maintaining nuclear power plants on the USS Connecticut, a fast attack submarine.

Sagi Brody

Sagi joined Webair in 1998. Sagi is responsible for all technical infrastructure, design, and operations. With his help, the company has seen an increase in web sites and servers hosted by over 1000%. Sagi has been involved in all aspects of the hosting and data center industry including: site surveys and selection, data center build out and upgrades, fiber network design and build, authoring of all client interfaces, designed software for data center and server automation, cloud computing, green data center technologies, resource management, staffing, and budget planning. Sagi has built the companies Content Delivery Network (CDN) that now provides high speed downloads from anywhere in the world – among many other achievements.

Phill Lawson-Shanks

Chief Architect & ​VP, Innovation - EdgeConneX

Mr. Lawson-Shanks has been at the forefront of designing and deploying industry leading solutions in both the UK and the US for over 25 years. Prior to joining EdgeConneX, Phill was CTO of Virtacore responsible for datacenter build-out, network core architecture and systems to accommodate the migration and consolidation of thousands of clients and infrastructure. Phill’s team also designed and deployed the world’s largest VMware based Public Cloud. At Alcatel-Lucent Phill served as Chief Strategy Officer were he led their effective transition to the cloud, virtualizing many of their programs and creating meaningful time and cost savings. Phill later joined SAVVIS as VP and GM of Hosting to re-establish the Managed Hosting business as well as introduce the ‘virtual server’ product. As VP and GM of Digital Media at MCI, Phill founded the CDN division and received several related patents in the process. Phill holds an impressive 8 active Technology Patents secured worldwide including 4 in the U.S. and 4 in Europe.

Michael Higgins

Senior VP, Colocation Business Unit - Internap Corporation (INAP)

Mike Higgins is responsible for driving INAP’s top line growth through customer acquisition and retention. Mr. Higgins leads INAP COLO’s sales, solutions engineering and client account teams including overseeing the customer experience from initial solution design through onboarding and post-sales account management. He is a seasoned executive with extensive business development, financial analysis, product management and leadership experience in the data center and telecommunications industries. Mr. Higgins most recently served as INAP’s senior vice president of marketing and customer service, where he led marketing activities, communications, public relations, branding and strategic planning. Previously, he held the position of senior vice president of business development, where he drove technical customer solutions and customer retention strategies. In addition, Mr. Higgins also served as INAP’s senior vice president of data center services and was responsible for colocation product management and data center design and engineering. In this role, he led the data center expansion strategy which doubled the size of INAP’s data center footprint across the nation. He joined INAP in January 2004 as vice president of financial planning and analysis. Prior to INAP, Mr. Higgins held numerous leadership roles in business operations, business development and finance over an 18-year career span at MCI, most recently serving as vice president of business operations. Mr. Higgins holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Jeffrey Plank

Jeff is recognized as a leader in the hosting, colocation and managed services industries. Prior to leading AGILE, Jeff served as EVP and CTO for Directlink, taking the company from startup to a successful data center services provider with responsibilities including managing operations, sales, marketing and overall organizational direction. He brings more than 20 years’ experience to his current role. Jeff held similar roles with Champion Solutions Group as an overlay sales and engineering resource for the IBM Channel for the eastern US, supporting IBM sales teams in qualifying and developing Hosting, Collocation and Managed Services solutions. Prior to that Jeff was a Director of Hosting and Managed Services at AT&T when the industry began to take shape. He was instrumental in developing the data center markets in Secaucus and Ashburn in the late 90’s/ early 2000’s for AT&T, winning large hosting and services contract for enterprise clients as well as Internet startups that have grown into what is eBay today.

Jim Leach

Over his 30-year career, James Leach has been part of the core teams developing internet, telecommunications, and infrastructure solutions, including: DNS security, global web domains, performance monitoring, industry vertical solutions, content delivery networks (CDN), virtual private networks (VPN), cloud computing, and data center colocation. Mr. Leach spent the first 15 years of his career at IBM, starting out as an engineer and then moving into sales, business development, and marketing. For the last 15 years, James has been a top marketing executive at Savvis, Internap, Neustar, Harris Corporation, and now RagingWire. At RagingWire, Mr. Leach is the overall marketing leader responsible for a data center portfolio of 1.5 million square feet and 113 megawatts of critical power in the United States and a global data center platform of 140 locations in 19 countries and regions as part of the Nexcenter brand of NTT Communications. In addition to his duties at RagingWire, Mr. Leach serves as the Chairperson of the Leadership Board for the Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure Committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), one of the largest and most influential technology associations in the United States. Mr. Leach also was nominated and approved by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to be a member of the Executive Committee of the Loudoun Economic Development Advisory Commission (EDAC), and currently serves in that role.

Phil Wonski

Phil is a data center industry veteran with over 10 years advising end users and providers on their data center real estate needs. As a broker with DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), Phil advised clients on leases and MSAs representing over 100MW in Critical IT Load. In 2016, Phil joined Iron Mountain Data Centers to lead the company's local sales efforts, and more specifically the Financial Services vertical, which is Iron Mountain's largest vertical corporately. Due to his experience in brokerage, Phil is also involved with identifying new development sites and sale-leasebacks for Iron Mountain's fast-growing co-location and cloud businesses.

Jeff Moerdler

Jeff is the head of the Real Estate and Communications practices in New York. With experience including almost 30 years as a general commercial real estate attorney, he has worked with many large national companies — particularly in the high-tech, telecommunications, financial services, health care, supermarket, and oil and gas sectors — as well as numerous smaller local clients. His real estate practice is both national and local and includes representation of landlords and tenants in all types of leases; counseling owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, development, and renovation of property; advising lenders and borrowers in commercial loans; and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation. During the past 30 years, he has developed a unique specialty practice in the intersection of real estate with technology, communications, and energy issues. He has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of data centers and switch facilities, colocation facilities, radio and television broadcast antennas, distributed and in-building antenna systems, rooftop antennas, and fiber-optic transactions as well as the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also negotiated thousands of rooftop and cellular antenna leases, inside wiring agreements, antenna tower leases, and data center, colocation and switch facility leases throughout the country — covering over 500 million square feet. He has also devoted a considerable portion of his practice to power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters, including large solar and wind installations and bulk power purchases. Jeff is also a member of the firm's Sports Law Practice. Jeff counsels developers, regional centers, senior lenders, and institutions on the strategic use of EB-5 capital in large-scale real estate transactions. Jeff has served as counsel to several EB-5 issuers and regional centers, with a specific focus on the real estate law aspects of transactions. Previously, Stephen worked at Lockheed Martin where he served as an Energy Advisor & Sales Team Leader for 4 and half years while implementing Con Edison’s Commercial and Industrial & Demand Management Energy Efficiency Programs. He also assisted with Lockheed Martin’s implementation of the Pepco/Delmarva Energy Efficiency Program in Maryland. Stephen has worked on various energy projects in New York City and Westchester County.
