Cocktails & Networking
The Future of SoCal
Bisnow proudly presents the first ever “Future of SoCal” super regional event! This unique experience will bring the top players and thought leaders in the industry to discuss some of the most pressing and attention grabbing issues in the region.
After breakfast and speed networking, hear from two of the moratorium’s largest opponents debate the outcomes of the initiative and others like it. Then, a panel on investing and the role of foreign investment, as well as the role of global integration in commercial real estate. Then, we are featuring an incredible panel of mega billion-dollar developers as they examine what it takes to develop projects at such great magnitudes and so much more.
Following lunch, Steve Sugarman, CEO of the Banc of California, will be discussing the future of Southern California from his perspective. The day’s remaining panels focus on what is to come for Southern California with a panel on how innovation can change the CRE landscape, the impact of emerging markets, and what the future of Southern California’s CRE landscape will look like. A very special appearance by Kevin Demoff of the Rams will also be made, where he will be discussing the impact of social change through sport and the role of the stadiums in Southern California.
The Future of SoCal is an event like never before that industry players can’t miss. Join us early for breakfast and speed networking, or stay for cocktails to conclude the jam-packed day!
