Additionally, she is a member of Real Estate Round Table which brings together leaders of the nation’s top public and privately-owned real estate firms with the leaders of major real estate trade associations to jointly address key national policy issues relating to real estate and the overall economy. Additionally, Reisa holds FINRA licenses 6, 7, 63 and 26 and is a member of NASP (National Association of Securities Professionals).

Kimberly Hourihan is Chief Investment Officer for the Americas Direct Real Estate Strategies and Portfolio Manager for CBRE U.S. Core Partners, LP. Ms. Hourihan is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Americas Investment Committee and Global Leadership Team. Ms. Hourihan began her real estate investment management career in 1990 and joined CBRE Global Investors in 2007. In her previous role with the firm, she served as a Managing Director and the Portfolio Manager for two international sovereign wealth fund clients with total assets under management with the firm of more than $4.0 billion representing 11.7 million square feet. In this position, Ms. Hourihan was responsible for client relations, portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hourihan was Senior Vice President at Starwood Capital Group, where her responsibilities included the formation of a value-added real estate fund. Previously, Ms. Hourihan was Partner and Regional Director at TA Associates Realty, a Boston-based real estate advisory firm. In that capacity, she was a portfolio manager for a separate account relationship and a closed-end commingled value-added real estate fund. Ms. Hourihan also served as an asset manager with expertise in office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets in major markets throughout the U.S. Prior to that, Ms. Hourihan was Senior Vice President at the Georgetown Holding in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, directing multiple acquisitions ranging from a bank in Geneva to a magazine in Hong Kong. Ms. Hourihan began her career at U.S. Trust Company where she was responsible for lending on real estate. Ms. Hourihan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Amy Price is president of BentallGreenOak (BGO). In her role, Amy also co-heads the firm’s U.S. Investment Management business and oversees its Canadian Investment Management and Real Estate Services businesses. Amy is a member of the Management Committee, chairs the U.S. Investment Committee for the firm's core, core plus and separate account clients, and co-chairs the U.S. Management Committee. Amy also leads BGO’s equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives globally and chairs the firm’s EDI Leadership Council. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Amy was a managing director and head of real estate investing for the western U.S. at Morgan Stanley, where she was an Investment Committee member, and built the real estate investment management business in San Francisco. Amy also spent time in Morgan Stanley’s New York and Hong Kong offices. Amy is a member of the Global Board of Directors of Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of the Board of Directors and Chair Emeritus of NAREIM, and a member of the Board of Directors of AFIRE. She is also involved in philanthropic endeavors, as a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of San Francisco, the National Charity League with her daughter, and Service Corp with her son. Amy holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University.

Lauren Hochfelder is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (“MSREI”) and Head of MSREI Americas. Lauren joined Morgan Stanley in 2000 and has focused on investing in the Americas since then. She has sourced, structured and executed principal investments across all real estate asset classes, transaction structures and return parameters. Lauren serves as a board member of The 92nd Street. Lauren graduated magna cum laude and with distinction from Yale University with a BA in Ethics, Politics & Economics.

Ronald A. Kaplan, CPA, is a partner with CohnReznick and is the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Industry Leader. Ron has more than 20 years of experience providing assurance, due diligence, business advisory, and tax services to clients in the commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors throughout the United States and internationally. Ron regularly provides assistance and advisory services to clients as they negotiate agreements with lenders, equity partners, and fund managers. In addition, he advises clients on accounting and tax matters throughout the agreement process, from initial drafting through completion. Ron’s clients are generally private companies with multi-state operations and include real estate opportunity funds, property management firms, partnerships, contractors, institutional lenders, REITs and joint ventures, as well as other corporate and family owners and investors. Ron has a particular focus on real estate opportunity funds, with clients ranging from start-ups to established funds. His clients benefit from his experience in critical areas, such as fair value reporting, compliance monitoring, investor relations, and fund performance. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Ron was in charge of the real estate practice for the New York office of a large national public accounting firm. In this role, he oversaw the practice’s client services, account management, and team development functions. He was also active in the firm’s training activities, leading presentations on the real estate business for professionals both within the firm and at national industry conferences.
