Why attend if you are an investor, operator, or developer?

Our Escape and Ascent retreats have brought together some of the most influential owners, developers, and investors of the past decade. Unlike other conferences with large numbers of vendors, Escape and Ascent has a strict strict ratio of principals to 3rd party service (90/10). In other words, sponsor/vendor participants are limited and carefully vetted. Our digital event this year will be no different.

Over the past 5 months, we have hosted 75+ invite-only roundtables exclusively for the most active investors, operators, and developers in the country. We have been a steady and reliable source of information and connectivity for the CRE community. Our team has curated the group to make sure that all our attendees are meaningful market participants and surrounded by the peer level players you want to meet, and by ideas you want to explore.

We have invested heavily in digital matchmaking and networking in order to connect capital with operators and developers while delivering dynamic content from some of the biggest names in the industry.

Please join us for complimentary registration. Whether you want to join a single session or participate in 40+ hours of programming. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with 1,000+ institutional investors, family offices, PE funds, and some of the strongest GP sponsors in the industry.

Why attend if you are a best in class 3rd party service provider?

The participation offers your firm the opportunity to meet and network with 1,000+ GPs and LPs from across the country. Participation is very limited to carefully vetted best in class service providers. 90% of all our attendees are on the principal side of the business, which allows you to filter through the noise of a typical digital event.
