Marc Lebovitz is President of Romark Logistics and oversees all strategic and daily operations of the family business. Founded in 1954, Romark Logistics has grown organically and through strategic acquisitions into one of the top third-party logistics and cold chain providers in North America servicing some of the leading food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and retail customers around the world. Romark owns and operates over 8 million square feet of warehouse space with locations in NJ, PA, TX, GA, and CA. Marc also serves as a Principal of Woodmont Industrial Partners, which owns and manages a portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of industrial properties. Woodmont Industrial Partner investments focus on globally oriented seaport and inland port markets in the Eastern United States. Marc graduated from Wagner College in 1991 with a BS in Business Management. He also serves on the Wagner College Board of Trustees, since 2010. Marc is actively involved in many associations and groups within the supply chain and logistics industry.

Mark Shearer is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Shearer, a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, is based in Rockefeller Group’s Morristown, NJ office and leads all New Jersey and Pennsylvania development operations for the company. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2018, Mr. Shearer worked for Prologis, where he was Senior Vice President, Market Officer for New York/New Jersey. While at Prologis, he oversaw more than 34 million square feet of industrial properties and developed 1.8 million square feet of build-to-suit and speculative industrial space. Prior to his work in the New York/New Jersey region, Mr. Shearer held the same position at Prologis in the Mid-Atlantic region, managing a 15-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Maryland, North and South Carolina, and Virginia. Before Prologis, Mr. Shearer worked for AMB Property Corporation as Vice President, operating an 8-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia and for NAI/KLNB Management as Vice President, where he managed an 18-million-square-foot portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals. He has also worked for Mid-Atlantic-based companies Manekin LLC, Corporate Office Properties Trust and KLNB Management Services. Mr. Shearer is a NAIOP New Jersey Chapter Trustee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Md.

Jeff Milanaik previously served as President/Partner of Heller Industrial Parks Inc., one of the nation's largest privately held owner/developers of industrial real estate, holds over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. In addition to developing the long term vision and direction of the company, he was responsible for running its day-to-day operations. Jeff increased Heller's industrial development activities to grow the portfolio by over 10 million square feet to a total of 16 million square feet in 6 states. Jeff left Heller in 2013 to start his own firm, CrownPoint Group LLC, a privately held real estate investment and development firm focused on the acquisition/development/repositioning of industrial and multi-family assets. Jeff holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and received degrees from several real estate programs at Harvard University. He currently serves on the National Executive Board of NAIOP and is past President and Member of the Board of Trustees of NAIOP-NJ. In addition he serves on the Advis

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career, he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land sales. Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

Heath Abramsohn is Vice President & Regional Director, New Jersey/Pennsylvania Development, for Rockefeller Group. He joined Rockefeller Group in 2005 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout career with the company including asset experience with industrial, office, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. In his current role, Mr. Abramsohn is responsible for all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development for the company within the New Jersey/Pennsylvania region including overseeing a pipeline of approximately six million square feet of investment grade commercial assets. Throughout his career at Rockefeller Group, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, lease, and sale of more than 14 million square feet of industrial space. Most recently, he led the 2.1 million square foot Rockefeller Group Logistics Center; the 400,000 square foot Middlesex Logistics Center; and the 1.24 million square foot Cranbury Station Park. Mr. Abramsohn has also been instrumental in Rockefeller Group’s expansion of industrial assets in New York and the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, Mr. Abramsohn worked in Corporate Finance at Pfizer. He was also a Consultant with Accenture. He received his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College where he majored in Accounting and Economics. He received his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. Mr. Abramsohn holds a real estate license in New Jersey and New York and is a member of NAIOP and ULI. He has been recognized by several industry publications for his market insight and has spoken on commercial real estate panels across the region representing Rockefeller Group. He is an Advisory Board member at Rutgers University Center for Real Estate.

Joel Bergstein is the President of Lincoln Equities Group (LEG), one of the Northeast's leading full-service real estate companies. Bergstein joined the company more than 32 years ago, spearheading the organization’s acquisition and development initiatives. He currently leads the firm’s large scale development platform, orchestrating major residential and industrial land development projects in the New York / New Jersey metro area. Bergstein developed LEG’s current operating partner platform, leveraging domestic and international opportunities with private equity and pension funds. Bergstein is a founding partner and active participant in LEG’s $700M European property investment platform. Some of his standout development projects include Halletts Point in Astoria, NY, where LEG transformed a seven acre waterfront site into 2,400 residential apartment units; 5 Giralda in Madison, NJ, a 431,000 square-foot property, that was modernized to become Allergan’s U.S. headquarters; and in early 2018, LEG closed on a 152 acre waterfront site in Bayonne, NJ, where 1.4M square-feet of e-commerce logistics warehousing will be developed to bolster trade with the Port of New York and New Jersey. Lincoln has formed a partnership with Bruce Eichner’s Continuum Company to develop a mixed-income residential complex in Crown Heights, NY. It will be a 50/50 market and workforce development project to bring hundreds of needed housing units for middle and working class families in New York City. Bergstein is also leading the development and approval process for 1,500 new residential units in Jersey City including the construction of a light rail station. Bergstein serves on numerous real estate advisory boards and is a speaker and frequent commentator in real estate trade and business media in addition to his philanthropic work.

Donald M. Pepe is a Partner at Scarinci Hollenbeck and Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Transactional & Business Law Group. Mr. Pepe devotes his practice to all aspects of real estate development and real estate transactional work with an emphasis on retail and residential projects. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pepe served as in house counsel to one of the nation’s largest residential developers. Additionally, Mr. Pepe acts as transactional and development counsel for a global big-box retail company for its development projects in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, giving him comprehensive insight into the needs of both large and small clients, as well as a thorough understanding of the development process. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pepe has shepherded hundreds of development projects through the approval process resulting in tens of thousands of new residential units and millions of square feet of retail development. Mr. Pepe works closely with business executives and in- house counsel to develop strategies for targeting acquisitions, land purchase negotiations, managing and evaluating feasibility studies, representing corporate interests before local, state and federal approval authorities, and securing land use and administrative approvals.
