Korene is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar’s third-party Property Management Services for the state of New Jersey. She is responsible for the oversight of a growing portfolio of high-quality assets in the Garden State including the Hudson Waterfront and Jersey City opportunity zones. Korene leads a seasoned regional team of local experts to ensure every asset in her region achieves an elevated customer experience, optimized value, and continued overall success. Her portfolio consists of high-rise, mid-rise, and garden style communities. Korene has over sixteen years of multifamily real estate experience in the state of New Jersey having worked for national and regional real estate development groups and real estate owners. She joined Greystar in 2014 as part of the Riverstone Residential Group acquisition where she worked for seven years. Her extensive project experience includes pre-development, lease-up to stabilization, rebranding and marketing, large capital projects, unit renovation programs, and affordable compliance. She has served on the board of the New Jersey Apartment Association where she is currently an active member. She has also been a licensed Realtor in New Jersey since 2006.

Mr. Minno is President of MINNO & WASKO Architects and Planners. As a founding partner, Mr. Minno specializes in private sector, large mixed-use redevelopment including TOD’s and projects that have significant residential components. Many of his projects reflect client relationships that span more than twenty years, including Roseland Properties, RXR, LCOR, The Bozzuto Group and Mill Creek Residential. MINNO & WASKO is currently working on sustainable, redevelopment projects in the following cities: Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken, Stamford, Morristown, Somerville, Park Ridge, Asbury Park, Bayonne and Harrison. Most of these commissions were obtained by partnering with project developers and competing for RFP based sites. Mr. Minno has deep experience in obtaining regulatory approvals for large scale development and becomes involved in the architectural design of a project at the early stages of a concept. MINNO & WASKO offer their clients, quality design, cost-effective detailing and timely services. The firm has a staff of over 90 professionals, who are experienced in all forms of residential and light-frame commercial construction with offices in Lambertville and Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Minno has his Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School. He is active in many professional groups including the Urban Land Institute and The Congress for New Urbanism. He has volunteered his professional services to Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Minno has been a guest lecturer at Rutgers University and Drexel University.

Kevin Griffin is the VP of JRM’s BLDGS arm, where he is responsible for the successful execution of all JRM’s large-scale projects. With over 20 years of professional experience in the industry, Kevin has managed projects totaling more than $2 billion and 3.5 million square feet throughout the Tri-State Area, including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects. Kevin’s experience includes budgeting, pre-construction planning, value engineering, coordination and management, contract negotiations, logistics planning, budget/schedule development and execution, supplier and subcontractor selection, management, and compliance.

Pat Haggerty is a Partner in White and Williams’ Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Practice and focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and financings. Pat represents real estate developers, owners, and investors including multifamily investors, international and domestic banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and insurance companies in the acquisition, development, repositioning and disposition of commercial real estate assets. He has experience with drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, construction and permanent loans, leases across all asset classes, asset-based loans, and revolving credit facilities. He advises clients on corporate formation and structuring prior to a deal reaching the term sheet phase and works directly with each client on the documentation and due diligence review until the deal is consummated. Pat has experience as an in-house counsel with a Pennsylvania-based real estate development firm, and as a real estate investment banking analyst in northern New Jersey. Pat is named as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2024 and 2025 for Banking and Finance. He is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, JD and Boston College, BA.

Jonathan has more than 20 years of real estate investment and management experience. He is responsible for the acquisition and development of all new projects, property management, and leasing of over 12,000 rental apartment units and 6 million SF of office, retail and industrial properties. He oversees the team at KRE Group that is forging ahead with a development pipeline of over 10 million SF of residential and mixed use projects. Jonathan holds a B.A. from New York University and was the recipient of the 2016 SmartCEO Future 50 Award.

Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements. Mr. Wolfe serves on the Board of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys (NAPTA) and as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Wolfe has been featured or quoted in a wide variety of local and national publications, including Forbes.com, GlobeSt.com, Marketwatch.com, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Law.com, Law360.com, The New York Law Journal, and Commerce Magazine. Mr. Wolfe has a track record of obtaining significant assessment reductions on behalf of his clients. Examples of those assessment reductions include: • Reduced hotel assessment from $188 million to $131million; • Reduced multi-family assessment from $116 million to $67 million; • Reduced office assessment from $115.5 million to $90million; • Reduced supermarket anchored center from $66.9 million to $46 million; • Reduced nursing home assessment from $36 million to $10.1million; • Reduced big box retail assessment from $21.3 million to $13.4 million; • Reduced office assessment from $27.8 million to $6.5million. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York. While at Davis Polk, he focused his practice on regulatory investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion 360 Presidential Commission. As a young lawyer, Mr. Wolfe served as the Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the ABA’s largest entity with more than 130,000 members. Mr. Wolfe received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects.

Tom is a Senior Director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Mr. Didio has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 10 years, including 2 years as Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance’s New Jersey office, 4 years in an underwriting / origination role with Freddie Mac Multifamily and 4 years with a NY private equity family office specializing in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and financing commercial real estate transactions. During his career, Mr. Didio has executed in excess of 100 transactions totaling more than $2.0 billion in volume throughout the United States, with a strong focus on the NY/NJ/CT Tri-State area. Mr. Didio obtained his Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University shortly after his undergraduate studies at Tufts University.

Thomas J. Trautner Jr. is an experienced real estate development lawyer, with a diverse practice serving as counselor, strategic architect and (when the situation calls) litigator. He excels in helping clients navigate the entitlements process through his breath of knowledge regarding subjects, which include redevelopment, eminent domain and affordable housing (allowing him to cost-effectively provide guidance on a broad range of issues). Early in his career, Tom’s practice often focused on affordable housing and eminent domain – evolving from his experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, A.J.S.C., one of the State’s original Mount Laurel Judges. Ultimately, his practice evolved to include virtually all facets of the entitlements and redevelopment process. As a seasoned litigator possessing a nuanced understanding of the complex regulatory scheme impacting the entitlements process, Tom is able to spot issues early and advise clients on how to avoid obstacles. His ability to draw upon his comprehensive background and experience (whether negotiating a redevelopment agreement, appearing before a hostile land use board, or arguing before the New Jersey Supreme Court) affords a level of confidence and competence to find innovative approaches to getting projects timely approved and timely built while simultaneously managing costs.

Ryan is a Director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisitions and has more than four years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in investment advisory in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Over the course of his career, Ryan has been involved in more than $1.3 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining HFF in September 2017, in a full-time role, he interned at the Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, while attending James Madison University Business School for graduation.

Rob Carpentier is a director in the real estate group at CLA, where his practice focuses on privately held and syndicated real estate enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and related entities. Before beginning his 15-year public accounting career servicing small and mid-sized businesses in a variety of industries, Rob worked in small business accounting and administration as well as in private banking. Rob is an alumnus of Rutgers Business School, where he now instructs undergraduate and graduate courses in income taxation.
