Andrew Chung founded Innovo Property Group (“IPG”) in 2015. Prior to starting IPG, Andrew Chung was a Partner at The Carlyle Group in the U.S. Real Estate Fund. He served as head of the New York office for the Real Estate Fund for 10 years. Mr. Chung is currently a member of the Advisory Board for NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He was also recognized by ranking in the New York Observer’s “Power 100: The Most Powerful People in NY Real Estate” in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Mr. Chung graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics.

Robert C. Kossar, Vice Chairman and Head of JLL’s Northeast Industrial Region, is responsible for leading the markets business (capital markets, brokerage, property management & project and development services) in the region (New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania & New York). He is also part of the Industrial Capital Markets Team for the Americas, personally responsible for leading the capital markets business in the Northeastern US. In addition to his local leadership responsibilities, Mr. Kossar remains an active industrial investment sales and leasing broker, representing the firm’s most important clients. Robert’s property level expertise lies primarily in industrial real estate including: Industrial investment sales, agency and tenant representation, site selection, leasing, acquisition, disposition and build-to- suit properties and portfolios. As an Urban Core Expert, Robert focuses closely on the last mile trends and how this space will lead the way for the next wave of modern last-mile distribution space in New York. Mr. Kossar currently leads the team that handles the leasing and management for 1.3M square feet in the NY Outer Boroughs. Experience Prior to joining JLL, Robert was a Principal and Executive Vice President at Lee & Klatskin Associates, sold to JLL in 2007. He has extensive experience on both the ownership and brokerage side of the business representing many major public, private and institutional owners as well as public and private occupiers locally and throughout the United States. Industry recognition includes being named “Power Broker in New Jersey” (2004–2016) by CoStar and NJ Biz Real Estate Power 50 (2011- 2016). Mr. Kossar has been awarded Deal of the Year by NAIOP in 2013 and 2015 after several years of being a finalist. In 2017, Rob accepted the industry impact award on behalf of JLL from NAIOP. Mr. Kossar has received SIOR recognition including annual awards for the largest cooperative transaction in New Jersey (2006, 2008, 2011, and 2016), the largest built-to-suit transaction in New Jersey (2006, 2011); the largest industrial sale transaction in New Jersey (2015, 2014, 2008) and largest industrial lease (2016, 2015, 2013). Education and Affiliations Mr. Kossar holds a master of science in real estate investment and development from New York University and a bachelor of science in business and economics from Lehigh University. He is a board member of the NJ chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and is a member of the Investment Management National Forum at NAIOP. Rob is a member of the Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR). Mr. Kossar is vice-chairman of the board of CJ First Candle and Chairman of the board of the Ryan Wolfe Kossar Foundation. He is on the advisory board for the Rutgers Business School Center for Real Estate.

Ryan Ingle is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group. Since joining Blackstone in 2010, Mr. Ingle has been involved in analyzing and managing real estate investments across several property sectors. Mr. Ingle currently leads asset management for Blackstone’s U.S. and Canadian industrial portfolios, Link Logistics and Pure Industrial, which together span more than 500 million square feet. Mr. Ingle has been involved in other notable investments including BioMed, IndCor, Motel 6, La Quinta and Extended Stay. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Ingle worked in Citi's real estate investment banking group. Mr. Ingle received a BS in Finance and a BA in Spanish from the University of Kansas where he graduated with highest distinction. He currently serves on the board of directors of Carrix.

Marc is a director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Marc specializes in industrial investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut and has been involved in more than $3.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Before working at HFF, Marc worked at WCGM as a Real Estate Associate. His primary focus was consulting for banks and institutions in the valuation of commercial real estate. He also focused on extensive market studies for developers of ground-up projects.

Mr. Andreycak is responsible for leading Investments and Business Development for Realterm in the United States. Mr. Andreycak holds a BA from Tufts University.

As Executive Managing Director for Green Holland Management, Adan is focused on the sale and capitalization of all property types throughout the Northeast and Southeast United States. Adan leads brokerage and business development activities including dispositions, acquisition sourcing, and strategically solving problems within clients’ portfolios. During the course of his career, Adan has completed or participated in over $750 million worth of investment sales transactions. Prior to joining Green Holland, Adan was Vice President of Meridian Investment Sales. Earlier, he was a member of Colliers International’s New York Capital Markets team, led by Richard Baxter, Yoron Cohen and Scott Latham, where he focused on the sale and marketing of institutional assets in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. Adan was recognized as one of Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30 Top Young Professionals and YJP’s 40 Under 40. Adan holds a B.B.A. from Florida International University where he attended the Honors College and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He currently sits on the event committee for American Friends of Rabin Medical Center. Adan currently lives in DUMBO and loves his morning workouts, playing basketball, cooking, and hanging with his pup Toby

Heath Abramsohn is Vice President & Regional Director, New Jersey/Pennsylvania Development, for Rockefeller Group. He joined Rockefeller Group in 2005 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout career with the company including asset experience with industrial, office, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. In his current role, Mr. Abramsohn is responsible for all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development for the company within the New Jersey/Pennsylvania region including overseeing a pipeline of approximately six million square feet of investment grade commercial assets. Throughout his career at Rockefeller Group, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, lease, and sale of more than 14 million square feet of industrial space. Most recently, he led the 2.1 million square foot Rockefeller Group Logistics Center; the 400,000 square foot Middlesex Logistics Center; and the 1.24 million square foot Cranbury Station Park. Mr. Abramsohn has also been instrumental in Rockefeller Group’s expansion of industrial assets in New York and the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, Mr. Abramsohn worked in Corporate Finance at Pfizer. He was also a Consultant with Accenture. He received his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College where he majored in Accounting and Economics. He received his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. Mr. Abramsohn holds a real estate license in New Jersey and New York and is a member of NAIOP and ULI. He has been recognized by several industry publications for his market insight and has spoken on commercial real estate panels across the region representing Rockefeller Group. He is an Advisory Board member at Rutgers University Center for Real Estate.

As President of Solar Landscape, Mark F. Schottinger oversees the company's transactions (including leases, power purchase agreements, and financing), project development, regulatory matters, and public policy. Prior to joining Solar Landscape, Mark practiced law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, DC. He earned his law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia. Mark grew up in New Jersey with Solar Landscape’s founders and is passionate about bringing clean energy to low-income communities.

Scot has supervised the successful transformation of millions of square feet of industrial development from design to production. He excels at developing and implementing solutions to design challenges in both new and existing buildings for many project types. With a deep understanding of the value of sustainable design and the role of cutting-edge facilities in the marketplace, Scot’s work unlocks value and improves performance for clients. His knowledge and commitment to sustainable and industrial design have contributed to KSS’ leadership in the re-development of contaminated sites in New York and New Jersey, and in facilitating industrial growth along the entire East coast.

Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements. Mr. Wolfe serves on the Board of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys (NAPTA) and as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Wolfe has been featured or quoted in a wide variety of local and national publications, including Forbes.com, GlobeSt.com, Marketwatch.com, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Law.com, Law360.com, The New York Law Journal, and Commerce Magazine. Mr. Wolfe has a track record of obtaining significant assessment reductions on behalf of his clients. Examples of those assessment reductions include: • Reduced hotel assessment from $188 million to $131million; • Reduced multi-family assessment from $116 million to $67 million; • Reduced office assessment from $115.5 million to $90million; • Reduced supermarket anchored center from $66.9 million to $46 million; • Reduced nursing home assessment from $36 million to $10.1million; • Reduced big box retail assessment from $21.3 million to $13.4 million; • Reduced office assessment from $27.8 million to $6.5million. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York. While at Davis Polk, he focused his practice on regulatory investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion 360 Presidential Commission. As a young lawyer, Mr. Wolfe served as the Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the ABA’s largest entity with more than 130,000 members. Mr. Wolfe received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects.

Ryan Nelson is a Managing Principal for Turnbridge Equities, a privately-held, vertically-integrated real estate investment and development firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC and Austin. Ryan oversees the Company’s acquisitions, operations, and asset management activities, focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate investments throughout the US. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Ryan was a Managing Director for MRP Realty, where he was responsible for opening their New York City office and successfully building a multi-strategy portfolio, with multiple, institutional partners. Previously, he was a senior vice president of acquisitions and development, with Sherwood Equities where he spent eight years and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing Sherwood’s acquisitions and development projects in New York City, totaling over $1 billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Sherwood, Ryan was a partner with Champion Partners in Dallas, Texas, and prior to joining Champion, he was a project manager with Turner Construction. Ryan received his M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin and his B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. Ryan is a Council Member on the Urban Development Mixed Use Council (Red Flight) for ULI as well an Advisory Council Member for the Texas McCombs Real Estate Finance Center.

Dov Hertz is the Founder and Principal of DH Property Holdings and is responsible for the investment policies, daily management and strategic direction of the firm. Prior to founding DH Property Holdings, Dov was the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Extell Development Company. During his 13+ years at Extell, Dov negotiated and supervised the acquisitions of well in excess of $20 Billion of New York real estate. Dov was directly responsible for sourcing some of the most notable transactions over the last 10 years including The Ring Portfolio, One 57, Nordstrom Tower, and One Manhattan Square. Prior to joining Extell, Dov worked as a Commercial Broker at Eastern Consolidated and as a Senior Vice President at Everest Broadband Networks where he negotiated over 250 million square feet of access deals across the United States.

Jamie started his career in precast concrete at High Concrete Group over 23 years ago. He earned an Associates' Degree from York Technical Institute and furthered his education by earning a BS in Business from Albright College. He enjoys working with precast concrete because it is the most versatile product in the world. Precast concrete has the ability to turn your design dreams into a reality. When Jamie is not working, he can be found on the golf course or spending time with his son.

Greg Tanenbaum is a Vice President at leading insurance brokerage NFP in New York City. He has over eight years of experience in the insurance, financial services and employee benefits areas. Greg joined NFP in January of 2018 as a sales executive and worked his way to becoming a Vice President, where he advises clients across various industries, focusing on real estate, development and construction. Greg holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University, where he was a four-year varsity letterman in wrestling. He is a dedicated board member for Commonpoint Queens, Technion University and NADAP. Outside of the office, Greg is passionate about physical and mental health and has run three marathons.
