The 6-story, 104,000 rsf building offers 13’ ceilings, abundant natural light on all four sides and spectacular views of Manhattan and LIC. Availabilities include individual full floors of 17,000 rsf and divisions starting at 2,962 rsf. There’s also a branding opportunity for a multi-floor tenant. The property is located within one of Long Island City’s most densely populated commercial neighborhoods and provides easy access to major subways and roadways.

Reasons to Attend

What You'll Learn:

  • How is Queens looked at by institutional capital and top New York developers?
  • 421a's expiration is slowing down the multifamily ground up development. How will that start impacting the rental rates?
  • How are the retail and office sectors fairing in multifamily-heavy neighborhoods in Queens?
  • What specifically about Long Island City is attracting developers and investors to be so bullish on the neighborhood?
  • Historically, Queens has been very price sensitive as a borough for multifamily. Do you see this potentially changing with current market conditions?

How you'll do more business:

Hear from developers, investors, city officials, multifamily owners and tenants on what is driving increased demand for Queens and what is the borough's growth potential? Top Executives will tackle the juggling act between keeping housing affordable but also needing to make deals pencil with current economic pressures.

Who attends:

Investors, owners, developers, lenders, brokers, lawyers, city officials, housing advocates, consultants, property managers and more!
