Through his dedicated public service, Noam Bramson has acquired a reputation for effective, responsive, and visionary leadership. The Journal News says Bramson is “a man of intelligence, drive, and ideas.” WVOX Radio calls Bramson “extraordinarily bright and very thoughtful … an absolute standout.” The Westchester County Business Journal lauds Bramson for “his intelligence, grace, vision and ability to grasp the whole picture and meaning of governance.” And the New York Times recognizes Bramson for his “skills and vision.” Bramson has served as the Mayor of New Rochelle since January 2006 and has been reelected three times by landslide margins, most recently in November 2015. Prior to becoming Mayor, Bramson served for ten years on the New Rochelle City Council. Bramson has been at the forefront of efforts to strengthen New Rochelle’s economy, environment, safety, and quality of life. He has worked successfully to forge public-private partnerships aimed at job creation and economic growth, including the most ambitious downtown development initiative in New Rochelle’s history. He has been a strong advocate for thoughtful community planning, spearheaded the creation of New Rochelle’s award-winning Sustainability Plan, promoted efforts to establish new public access to the Long Island Sound shore, and adopted new land use policies to preserve open space and protect neighborhoods from overdevelopment. A strong advocate for his city, Bramson has secured grants for critical infrastructure priorities, including the enhancement of major transportation corridors and the rehabilitation of New Rochelle’s playing fields. And Bramson has worked in concert with public safety professionals to bring New Rochelle’s crime rate down to a fifty-year low.n 2013, Bramson won the Democratic nomination for Westchester County Executive, but lost the general election to Republican incumbent Rob Astorino. During his campaign, Bramson advocated a regional strategy for economic growth and shared services, while emphasizing his support for reproductive rights and sensible gun safety laws. From 1992 to 2012, Bramson maintained a professional relationship with Congresswoman Nita Lowey, with whom he worked on both governmental and political challenges. Bramson is a life-long Westchester resident and a product of the New Rochelle public schools. Bramson went on to Harvard University, where he completed his undergraduate degree in three years, and then received a Masters degree in Public Policy. Bramson has served in leadership roles in numerous civic organizations. He is a member of the Government & Finance Working Group for the Regional Plan Association, a member of the founding Board of Directors of Sustainable Westchester, and a past Board Member of the Westchester Jewish Council. Locally, he has served on the Boards of the New Rochelle Campership Fund, the Castle Gallery, the Fund for Educational Excellence, the New Rochelle Council of Community Services, and the United Way of New Rochelle. Bramson is married to Catherine (“Catie”) Stern, Ph.D., a clinical pediatric neuropsychologist, affiliated with Family Health Associates of White Plains and Manhattan. Their sons, Jeremy and Owen, are both pupils in the New Rochelle public schools.

Mr. Berg has been involved in real estate development for over 35 years. He joined the Cappelli Organization in 1999 as Executive Vice President and is a member of the in-house executive team responsible for the acquisition, approvals, development, management and marketing of the firm’s mixed-use, office, residential and retail developments. Prior to joining the Cappelli Organization, Mr. Berg was involved in corporate real estate development and construction as the Director of Market Development for AMF Bowling, Inc, Director of Development for Disney Development Company and Project Manager for Xerox Realty Corporation. During Mr. Berg’s career, he has been involved in all aspects of real estate development, management, leasing and construction, and several notable projects in which Mr. Berg was involved with include the White Plains City Center, a $700Million, 1.3Million square foot mixed-use project, the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences in White Plains, a $750Milllion, 950,000 square foot mixed-use hotel/condo/office project, Disney Studios Masterplan, a two million square foot office/sound stage/back of house project and two 1,000,000 square foot office parks for Xerox Realty Corporation. Mr. Berg is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Fuller Development Company, the development arm of the Cappelli Organization. Mr. Berg holds a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Berg currently serves on the Board of Arts Westchester and the Stamford Downtown Special Services District. Mr. Berg previously served on the Board of Managers of The Ritz Carlton Westchester Tower 1 and Tower 2 as a Sponsor Representative and has also served on the Condominium Association Boards at Trump Tower at City Center and Trump Plaza New Rochelle.

Mr. Parisier is the key principal and founder of Paredim, a premier owner operator of multi-family residential properties in the Northeastern United States, concentrated in the major markets of Connecticut and NY. He is responsible for directing all aspects of the firm’s strategic development, acquisition, redevelopment and management activities in over $1 billion in transactions since inception. Mr. Parisier brings over 35 years of experience to managing Paredim having executed over $1.5 billion in transactions with several public and private institutional investors including Mack Cali Realty Corporation and S.L. Green Realty. Mr. Parisier has a BA in Government from Clark University and an MBA in Finance from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business and New York University. He is active in numerous charities and Chairman Emeritus of the Young Professional’s division of the Children’s Hearing Institute

Will Suarez is a Principal specializing in investment property sales in Avison Young’s Westchester / Fairfield office. Suarez is known for successfully bringing sellers and buyers of commercial real estate together where the parties achieve their goals while enjoying the process. Suarez brings nearly a decade of brokerage experience selling commercial properties in Manhattan. He has successfully managed approximately 100 transactions with an aggregate value of $1 Billion across all property types. Prior to joining Avison Young, Suarez was most recently a Managing Director at JLL. Before that he was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, which followed the December 2014 acquisition/merger of Massey Knakal Realty Services. At MKRS, Suarez launched the Retail Leasing practice as Director before assuming investment property sales responsibilities. Born and raised in New Rochelle, NY and a 20-year resident of Fairfield County, Will finally fulfilled his goal of working in his own community. Having joined Avison Young in December 2020, Will is totally committed to working with investment property owners to help them maximize yield while mitigating risk from their portfolios. Suarez is a member of Avison Young’s Asset Resolution and Capital Markets Affinity Groups. Suarez continues to maintain relationships with many New York City based clients, many of whom also own and manage portfolios in the suburban markets north of the city. He maintains active Real Estate Licenses in both Connecticut and New York. Suarez attended Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science / Industrial Design. Will has been married for 20 years to his wife Susan. They reside in Westport, CT with their six children: two in college, two in high school, and two entering middle school.
