Marion is a Managing Director in the Stamford, CT office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. As a senior member of the Suburban Tri-State investment advisory team, she leads JLL’s capital markets activity across Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. She the Stamford office with 20 years of experience conducting capital markets transactions in the greater NYC area. Marion is known for her deal-making, underwriting, presentation, and communication skills, as well as for her abilities to develop and execute real estate strategies for clients. Having extraordinary experience across a broad range of capital markets services, she provides insight and guidance to JLL clients negotiating a shifting market. Prior to joining JLL, Marion was with several top commercial real estate firms, where she co-led teams of professionals providing investment sales and advisory services. During her career, she has closed over $9 billion in investment sales and capital market transactions in both institutional and middle-market arenas. Marion is frequent speaker and was named a New York City Power Woman by Bisnow and Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. She is active in the Urban Land Institute, where she currently serves as Chair of Membership for the Westchester/Fairfield District Council and previously served as Chair of Mission Advancement for ULI New York. She is a Board Member of Phipps Neighborhoods and a member of REFA (Real Estate Finance Association, Connecticut) as well as WX (Women Executives in New York Real Estate).

Responsible for investment performance of firm’s Manhattan/Tri-State area office portfolio, comprised of trophy CBD assets, smaller mixed-use buildings and multi-building suburban office parks across the core and value-add spectrum held by separate account clients and funds. Active in day-to-day management of existing portfolio, financing, dispositions and acquisitions of new assets. Transaction and asset management activity in excess of $5B.

Mr. Parisier is the key principal and founder of Paredim, a premier owner operator of multi-family residential properties in the Northeastern United States, concentrated in the major markets of Connecticut and NY. He is responsible for directing all aspects of the firm’s strategic development, acquisition, redevelopment and management activities in over $1 billion in transactions since inception. Mr. Parisier brings over 35 years of experience to managing Paredim having executed over $1.5 billion in transactions with several public and private institutional investors including Mack Cali Realty Corporation and S.L. Green Realty. Mr. Parisier has a BA in Government from Clark University and an MBA in Finance from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business and New York University. He is active in numerous charities and Chairman Emeritus of the Young Professional’s division of the Children’s Hearing Institute

William Saya is an audit partner with extensive accounting and auditing experience in various real estate and related industries and service companies including self-storage, parking, real estate investment companies, and professional service firms. In addition to providing GAAP and income tax basis auditing and financial reporting services, he advises on operations, internal controls, and the sales and acquisitions of businesses. Bill also advises his high net worth clients on both their business and personal wealth needs. Bill provides accounting and tax services to his clients, including cash flow analysis, tax projections, and special-purpose reports in addition to advising clients on structuring and reviewing various types of financing arrangements. He is experienced in guiding start-up and growing businesses on various accounting and tax issues. Bill reviews and evaluates leasing arrangements to realize cost savings, plans and supervises audits, and reviews internal controls to identify and mitigate risks. Jonathan Gertman joined The NRP Group in 2009 as an Assistant Developer and now serves as Senior Vice President of Development for the New York City office. His primary responsibilities include originating and overseeing both market rate and affordable development efforts in New York, , New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. During his previous role in the San Antonio office, he was involved with the origination of 900 units of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Between his two positions at NRP, Gertman worked for Forest City Realty Trust in New York. He was responsible for originating and managing multifamily and mixed-use projects in the greater tri-state area. During his tenure, he worked on the development of 980 units of luxury multifamily housing and ancillary retail. Gertman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a bachelor’s degree in urban studies with a minor in real estate finance from The Wharton School. He is a member of the board of Neighbors Together, a Brooklyn based food bank. He is also a Trustee of Congregation Beth Elohim of Brooklyn. He lives with his wife in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn and enjoys walking their adopted schnauzer-terrier, Babka.

Will Suarez is a Principal specializing in investment property sales in Avison Young’s Westchester / Fairfield office. Suarez is known for successfully bringing sellers and buyers of commercial real estate together where the parties achieve their goals while enjoying the process. Suarez brings nearly a decade of brokerage experience selling commercial properties in Manhattan. He has successfully managed approximately 100 transactions with an aggregate value of $1 Billion across all property types. Prior to joining Avison Young, Suarez was most recently a Managing Director at JLL. Before that he was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, which followed the December 2014 acquisition/merger of Massey Knakal Realty Services. At MKRS, Suarez launched the Retail Leasing practice as Director before assuming investment property sales responsibilities. Born and raised in New Rochelle, NY and a 20-year resident of Fairfield County, Will finally fulfilled his goal of working in his own community. Having joined Avison Young in December 2020, Will is totally committed to working with investment property owners to help them maximize yield while mitigating risk from their portfolios. Suarez is a member of Avison Young’s Asset Resolution and Capital Markets Affinity Groups. Suarez continues to maintain relationships with many New York City based clients, many of whom also own and manage portfolios in the suburban markets north of the city. He maintains active Real Estate Licenses in both Connecticut and New York. Suarez attended Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science / Industrial Design. Will has been married for 20 years to his wife Susan. They reside in Westport, CT with their six children: two in college, two in high school, and two entering middle school.
