Tony Cardoza is responsible for Cityview’s acquisition activities throughout the West Coast. He has 21 years of experience in real estate investment and management. Previously, Tony ran the investment group for Real Estate Capital Partners in the Western U.S., which developed and acquired over 5,000 multifamily units. Prior to that, he worked for Prometheus Real Estate Group in a land and multifamily acquisitions role on the West Coast. Tony holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley

As Executive Vice President, Paul Nieto is responsible for multiple activities including land acquisition, concept design, entitlements, and debt and equity financing. He further oversees the implementation of individual projects. Paul has extensive experience in multi-family, master-planned communities, land development, civil engineering, and finance. Prior to joining SDG, Paul was President of Avant Housing, an urban multi-family developer in the Bay Area, where he led the development of 665 units in San Francisco. Previously, Paul served as President/CEO of the Eastlake Development Company, responsible for a 3,200-acre, 9,000 unit master-planned community in San Diego County, with a 200 acre business park, six schools and 100 acres of neighborhood, lifestyle and big box retail. Concurrently, Paul served as the head of Boswell Properties, overseeing the 957-acre Interlocken Business Park in Boulder County, Colorado. Paul began his career with Union Bank in Beverly Hills where he managed both the Los Angeles construction financing and California participating mortgage offices. Paul is a graduate of UCLA in Economics and received his MBA from USC.

Paul’s client relationships include some of the most successful real estate development firms on the west coast – TMG Partners, Emerald Fund, Lennar Urban and Wilson Meany to name a few. Paul believes in making commitments to his clients, and building trust by delivering on his commitments. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Colgate University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Ken Lowney is the Founder and President of Lowney Architecture, a multidisciplinary practice offering architectural, interior, and master planning services. With locations in Oakland and Honolulu, the firm focuses its practice on residential, mixed-use, hospitality and retail projects. In his hometown of Oakland, Ken leads discussions about community development, affordable housing and off-site construction design methods while serving in leadership roles for the Modular Building Institute, SPUR, the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, and the Oakland Land Use Committee. Lowney Architecture first made its mark with expertise in urban retail, specifically grocery store design. The firm is now also synonymous with the design and delivery of innovative, prefabricated projects, having designed over 6,000 modular units.

Wally is an industry leader for complex ground up, seismic, tenant improvement and building renovations in office, retail, civic, hospitality and commercial buildings, many in occupied spaces. Wally is the primary client representative for his projects, ensuring that the project gets the resources and commitments it needs to guarantee a successful outcome. His responsibilities include client communication, design consultation, budget and cost estimating review and coordination of construction operations. Wally provides direct leadership to project management staff, performs executive-level project management functions, and executes business development efforts for the region. He is accountable for understanding the client’s project objectives and ensuring Pankow’s solutions meet or exceed the Client’s needs.

Bruce Jett has practiced landscape architecture for over 30 years, beginning his career with a small practice in the East Bay in 1987. In 1999 Bruce founded Bruce Jett Associates with the singular belief that urban-focused landscape architecture plays a pivotal role in making cities vibrant, livable places that uplift the human experience through thoughtful, well designed outdoor environments. As founding principal of JETT Landscape Architecture + Design, Bruce’s work explores the middle ground between nature, architecture and designed outdoor space to foster the interplay of people with each other, buildings and broader contexts such as history, cultural values and social needs. The firm’s award-winning projects are noted for their creative response to programmatic needs, innovative use of materials and environmental sensitivity. The work touches upon a wide variety of projects throughout California. Bruce is currently working on the renovation of the former Berkeley Art Museum on the U.C. Berkeley Campus, numerous multi-family housing projects, hospitality, education and commercial projects. Bruce is particularly proud of the range of projects the firm has undertaken over the past few years to address homelessness, including permanent supportive housing in San Jose, San Leandro and Oakland, veteran’s housing in Colma and campus planning for temporary shelters at two sites in San Jose. Bruce has also been involved in working with the firm’s two other principals to integrate the latest in project delivery technologies into its day-to-day operations. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, ASLA and Spur and enjoys working to inspire high school and university students about thoughtful land use and the development process through ULI’s Urban Plan Program.

Since joining Hines in 1989, Mr. Paradis has contributed to the development, acquisition and marketing of over 22 million square feet of commercial real estate. Mr. Paradis graduated from Harvard College in 1986. Responsible for strategy development and implementation of development, acquisitions, dispositions and service assignments including site assemblage, feasibility analysis, and development management.

Robert Bracamonte joins us as the Science + Technology leader for the San Francisco office. He brings over 30 years of science and technology and healthcare experience. His hands-on, collaborative approach to site master planning, facilities needs analysis, programming, functional planning, site planning, and building design produce cost effective, operationally efficient, and aesthetically pleasing environments. A mentor and a leader, Robert excels at ensuring active participation from all members of his teams, including his clients and end users.

Kristin Anderson is the President/CEO for Eric F. Anderson, Inc, her family’s 78 year old construction business based in San Leandro, CA. Kristin joined the company in 2008, following a career in mechanical engineering. Kristin and her mother, Leona, took over the business after the passing of her father in 2010. Since then, Kristin has been passionate about continuing the family’s legacy as the 3 rd generation and being a Women-Owned Business. Under her leadership, the company has grown into three divisions – Construction, Cabinetry and Service. Kristin is a recent Past President with the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is an active member of the Northern California Planning Committee for ICSC, and sits as the Marketing Committee Co-Chair with CREW East Bay. Kristin lives in Oakland, CA, with her 13-year old, Emery.

Mr. Goddard, a partner of Wareham Development, has approximately 25 years of real estate experience in acquisitions and dispositions along with sourcing and structuring debt and equity. From an operational standpoint, Mr. Goddard has leasing along with asset and portfolio management experience. His responsibilities at Wareham Development include acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity sourcing and structuring along with handling equity partner relationships and portfolio management. Since joining Wareham Development, Mr. Goddard has completed approximately two billion dollars in transactions ranging from permanent, mini- perm, construction and mezzanine loan financings to equity transactions and acquisitions and dispositions.   Prior to joining Wareham Development Mr. Goddard was a Vice President of Asset Management at Maier Siebel Baber. In this capacity Mr. Goddard represented a portfolio in the Western United States in the leasing and asset management function. Prior to this Mr. Goddard performed real estate management consulting, tax consulting and audit activities at Ernst & Young/Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.   Mr. Goddard has a BS degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Mr. Blessing, with RATCLIFF for over thirty years, has consistently demonstrated the ability to design buildings sensitive to their context and in alignment with the client goals and objectives. As project designer, Bill assumes the overall responsibility for the design approach, creativity, quality, contextual strategy, and the overall design conformance to the program. He is also adept in the requirements of historical renovations and additions and the mandates these put on building systems. In addition, Bill is a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the firms Committee for Environmental Design Resources (CEDR) group. He keeps abreast of the latest advances in this field and consistently incorporates green building strategies into his projects.

Phil Tagami is the CEO of California Capital & Investment Group (CCIG). Over the past 20 years, Tagami has managed millions of dollars of rehabilitation and new construction and has been involved in every facet of the planning, real estate, brokerage and development process. Tagami has provided real estate services for the leasing, sale, and acquisition of commercial buildings for numerous clients representing millions of dollars in transactions over the past seven years. Tagami and his partners have owned and operated over 2,500,000 square feet of commercial office buildings with hundreds of tenants throughout Northern California.

Ani co-manages RPP and is specifically responsible for acquisitions and investor relations. Prior to Rubicon Point Partners, Ani served in the Obama administration responsible for the $200 billion TALF program and restarting the securitization market during the height of the recent financial crisis. Previously she was with Rockwood Capital, in the capacity of acquisitions, asset management, and establishing a $400 million separate account on behalf of a state pension fund. Her career began at Goldman, Sachs & Co.Ani is a graduate of StanforUniversity and Harvard Business School.

Vice President of Transactions at Bentall Kennedy, with responsibility for executing on the firm’s investment strategies to identify, source, and acquire commercial real estate throughout California. Matt’s focus is on acquiring office, residential, retail, and industrial assets as well as providing equity for development projects for all asset classes. Prior to his current role, Matt was Director of Acquisitions for Bentall Kennedy’s Canadian Transactions team which covered all major Canadian markets. In his career, Matt has participated in approximately $2 billion of investment activities including acquisitions, development, dispositions, and structured financing. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy in 2007, Matt spent three years as a Valuation Consultant with Altus where he focused on large retail assets and portfolios throughout Canada. Matt graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree.

David Cropper, Development Director, joined TMG Partners in 2000. He has 30 years of experience in real estate development including project design, entitlement, construction and finance. He is responsible for TMG Partners’ development activities in the greater Bay Area and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.           He has been a partner in more than 15 million square feet of development transactions at TMG and was responsible for The Crossing | San Bruno, an award-winning $250 million dollar mixed use transit-oriented development, as well as 650 Townsend, a large mixed-use office and retail project in San Francisco and most recently leads the acquisition and redevelopment of Champion Station, a 810,000 square foot rehabilitation of Cisco Systems’ former headquarters. Mr. Cropper’s career began in commercial real estate finance at Union Bank and Comerica Bank where he oversaw Comerica’s real estate lending practice throughout the west. After leaving banking, he spent several years developing infill retail projects and acquiring properties for a private family foundation. Mr. Cropper has an A.B. degree in English Literature and Religious Studies from Occidental College. Steven Golubchik is Vice Chairman and Head of Capital Markets with Newmark, and leads the Office, Industrial and Life Science Capital Markets Practice Group for Northern California. Previously he was a senior managing director and co-office head for the San Francisco office of HFF, where he was responsible for managing the growth of all the capital markets service lines throughout Northern California in conjunction with overseeing the sale of institutional-grade investment property sales concentrating on office, industrial and life science assets located throughout the western United States. Steven has closed more than $25 billion in transactions encompassing more than 50 million square feet throughout the West Coast during his career.
