Andrew Schwartzman is a Principal and Head of Acquisitions of FD Stonewater. Andrew has completed over $425 million in property investment, development, and brokerage. This diversity gives Andrew the ability to identify, analyze and execute sound investment strategies for the company and its partners. Based in FD Stonewater’s Washington, D.C. headquarters, Andrew manages the acquisitions team and is responsible for implementing the firm’s national investment and financing strategies. He is also responsible for domestic and international capital raising. Andrew has been instrumental in the growth of FD Stonewater’s private capital investment initiative. Since joining the firm in 2011 as its first Associate, Andrew has helped grow FD Stonewater’s investment and asset management portfolio to over $625mm of value and 5.5 million square feet of office and industrial space nationally. Prior to FD Stonewater, Andrew was a Principal and Co-Founder of Jabber Five Real Estate Group, a Baltimore-based local real estate investment and management company. At Jabber Five, Andrew acquired value-add retail and multifamily property, including distressed debt collateralized by real property. Debt acquisitions included broken New Markets and Federal Historic Tax Credit projects that required leasing, development, and recapitalization. Andrew began his career at Spaulding & Slye (and then subsequently at Jones Lang LaSalle) in Washington, D.C. as a tenant representative broker and member of the firm’s national Law Firm Group responsible for business development, site selection, financial analyses, lease negotiation, and space disposition. Andrew received his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University and his Bachelor of Science from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. During his time at Maryland, Andrew was a four-year varsity letter winner on its top-ranked lacrosse team. In his free time between FD Stonewater and his latest endeavor as new dad, Andrew likes to travel and see as much live music as possible.

Esther is well known for her experience in developing and leasing some of the premier office buildings in the Philadelphia region, with a 30-year reputation for matching clients with the right space in Center City and Conshohocken properties and building long-term client relationships. Her vision and integrity supported the transformation of the speculative Conshohocken market into the highest occupancy, highest rent, and most valuable submarket in the region. Her disciplined dedication to unparalleled tenant service drives the highest tenant satisfaction and renewal rates in the market. Esther earned a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Mr. Coyle is responsible for the development and implementation of the Henderson Group’s investment strategy, managing the overall operations and resources of the company and facilitating communication between investors and officers. Prior to joining the Henderson Group in 2013, Mr. Coyle counseled a diverse clientele in the operation and valuation of real estate portfolios throughout the country. Mr. Coyle’s prior professional experience also includes acquisition and due diligence work for Caves Valley Partners (an opportunistic real estate equity syndicate active in the Mid-Atlantic region) and Alex. Brown Realty , Inc. (a privately-owned real estate investment manager active throughout the United States).

With more than 25 years in public accounting, George devotes most of his time serving clients in the Real Estate Industry. These include developers, commercial and residential operators, hotels, property and asset managers, home builders, private equity funds, and individual investors. In 2009, he took on the lead role of the legacy LarsonAllen firm’s Real Estate practice and has brought that experience forward focusing on further developing the firm’s capabilities in advisory, assurance, and tax services available to clients in the real estate and hospitality space. He also is a lead resource in the firm helping clients in real estate workout transactions. Technical experience: • Assists clients in selecting entity status, advises on partnership and LLC formations, helps with modeling IRR calculations and waterfall provisions, and forecasting distributions and allocations under IRC Subchapter K • Provides consulting and expert services related to performance, cash flow, and operations of commercial real estate and hotel operations, including litigation support • Helps clients assess the benefits of cost segregation studies, repair studies, change in accounting methods, as well as help facilitate closely-held business strategic planning initiatives, and design and implementation of succession plans Education/professional involvement: • Bachelor of business in accounting from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania • American Institute of Certified Public Accountants • Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania Speaking engagements: • Pennsylvania Bar Institute panelist on Distressed Real Estate transactions • Testified in Federal Bankruptcy Court (Trenton, NJ) on feasibility of petitioner’s plan.

Wilbur “Tom” Simmons has been the President of Kimco’s Mid-Atlantic Shopping Center Region since 2004. Mr. Simmons is responsible for overseeing Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management, Acquisition and Disposition, Development and Redevelopment in the Mid-Atlantic comprised of 14.5 million square feet in 120 properties in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Simmons was a Vice President of Acquisitions and Development with Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust where he was employed for over 12 years. Mr. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College and a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University.

As a Development Manager at Bozzuto Development Company, Pete is responsible for managing the development activities from preliminary financing and entitlements through construction for several multi-family projects throughout the Philadelphia Region. He is also actively involved in expanding joint venture opportunities within the region. Pete recently oversaw the development of a new 363-unit upscale multifamily project in the Village at Valley Forge as well as a new 250-unit upscale multi-family project in Newtown Square, PA. He is also managing the development a new upscale 55+ Active Adult multi-family community in the Village at Valley Forge. Pete is actively involved with the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center and the Urban Land Institute in Philadelphia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University at University Park and a Masters in Business Administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia.

Dante joined Nexus Properties in 1990 as Chief Financial Officer and became Chief Operating Officer in 2002. He has been responsible for negotiating and closing over 30 private and public financings totaling in excess of $500 million. He previously held positions at LCOR, a national real estate developer, and KPMG, an international accounting firm. As such, he has contributed to the growth of the Company through his financial and accounting expertise. As Chief Operating Officer, Dante currently oversees the day to day management of the Company. In this capacity, he is involved in all aspects of the business including development, property management, construction, finance, and leasing. Dante is concentrating his efforts on redevelopment and is currently working with the Borough of Glassboro and Rowan University on the Rowan Boulevard Redevelopment Project. Dante and his wife, Diana, have established a four year partial scholarship at Rowan University which is awarded annually to a Glassboro High School graduate based on financial need and academic performance. Married for 33 years, Dante and Diana have three grown daughters and three grandchildren. He and his wife reside in Pennington, NJ.

Stacy Martin is the Vice President of Commercial Sales & Leasing of Hankin Group, a Chester County based award-winning developer of large scale mixed use communities. Hankin Group is a multi-faceted real estate organization with in-house construction, architecture and design, engineering, leasing and property management teams. As Director of Commercial Sales & Leasing of a large real estate development company, Stacy relies heavily upon her 25+ years of commercial real estate experience, primarily representing owners, developers and tenants, as they develop and implement their real estate strategies. At Hankin, her responsibilities include securing new tenant leases, maintaining existing tenant relationships, marketing, pre-leasing new development projects, budgeting, mentoring, and marketing/industry analytics. Prior to joining Hankin, Stacy worked as Vice President of Leasing for O’Neill Properties, Director of Leasing for Korman Commercial Properties, and as a commercial real estate broker for CBRE, Inc., an international brokerage firm. Stacy serves on the Executive Board of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry as Vice-Chair of Membership. She also serves on the board of i2n, a division of the Chester County Economic Development Council, and the Advisory Board of the Downingtown Area School District’s STEM Academy. She’s a member of the CII Council, CCIM, PRLA, ICSC, and PA Life Sciences.
