2500 League Island Boulevard is a premier cGMP life sciences facility in Philadelphia’s fast-growing Navy Yard submarket. Developed by Gattuso Development Partners, the state-of-the-art flex production building is one of the first ground-up, purpose-built cGMP facilities in the city. It has been designed to accommodate the unique demands of advanced manufacturing, featuring durable floor slabs, a robust roof-top structure, 30-foot clear height, wide column bay spacing, and abundant electrical capacity. Now ready for tenant improvement construction, the building can be subdivided for tenants requiring anywhere from 40,000-130,000 square feet of space. It was designed by local architects SITIO targeting LEEDv4 Silver Certification and in 2023, won the Design Excellence Silver Medal from the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
