About The Wanamaker Office Building Lobby Improvements - Built in 1911, the Wanamaker Building is a National Historic Landmark. The improvements will update aesthetics and rethink key areas of the lobby and check-in areas in order to make the experience flow better for tenants and visitors. In addition, Rubenstein and Amerimar developed a 7,136 sf prebuilt suite on the 10th floor to capitalize on the significant activity in Market East which is undergoing over $1 billion of development.
