Joseph F. Coradino is Chief Executive Officer of PREIT, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: PEI), since 2012 and Chairman of the Board since 2016. PREIT owns and manages a portfolio comprising over 20 million square feet of dynamic retail properties, primarily shopping malls, with a concentration in two top 10 markets, Philadelphia and Washington DC including flagship properties in the Philadelphia market – Fashion District and Cherry Hill Mal. Mr. Coradino is a visionary leader in retail real estate with an impressive track record of accomplishment. As CEO during a major transition in retail, he had the foresight to take swift action to improve PREIT’s portfolio well-ahead of its industry peers, making important business decisions that enabled the Company to capitalize on today’s retail evolution and continue to thrive. His vision for the Company was built on foundational precepts including strengthening its balance sheet, creating a quality portfolio, establishing operational excellence with a laser focus on internal growth. He has been with PREIT since 1998 and has been a member of PREIT’s Board of Trustees since 2006. Mr. Coradino serves on Temple University’s Board of Trustees, is a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of their Facilities Committee. He is a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and also serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of the Center City District and the Board of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. He is one of the founding members of PHL Cares, a business-led initiative investing in real solutions to street homelessness. Mr. Coradino has served on numerous charitable boards and was honored to receive the 2019 Leadership Award from Rutgers University and LEAP Academy University School, 2018 Breath of Life Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and 2016 Distinguished Citizen Award from the Boy Scouts of America Cradle of Liberty Council and to co-chair the Academy of Music 158th Anniversary Concert and Ball in 2015. In 2009 he was the recipient of the Heart of Philadelphia Award from the American Heart Association for his leadership and dedication to the community. Mr. Coradino has been profiled in numerous business publications and is a featured business leader in the book, “Wisdom at the Top” by Scott D. Rosen. He has appeared as a guest on national business shows on both CNBC and MSNBC. A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies, Mr. Coradino also holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Arizona.

As Managing Director of Retail Services, Steven Gartner leads CBRE’s retail brokerage platform throughout the region, driving growth and creating a cohesive and collaborative service offering for retail clients.   Steve’s entire professional career has been dedicated to the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014 as Executive Vice President of Retail, Steve served as President and Partner of Metro Commercial Real Estate, and before that, he was chief Operating Officer of Michael Salove Company (now MSC Retail). He has orchestrated the expansion of significant retailers at various times including: Gap, Inc. (and all of its brands), Kohls, Marshalls/TJ Maxx, Crate & Barrel, Citibank, and Hollywood Video. His leasing activities have focused on high-street and premium properties including Suburban Square on Philadelphia’s Main Line, one of the first shopping centers in America. Other Agency clients have included Forest City, Kimco, and Brandywine Realty Trust. In Center City Philadelphia, he has negotiated leases involving Intermix, Athleta, Allen Edmonds, Camper, Cheesecake Factory, Gap, Banana Republic, Verizon, Jack Wills, True Religion Jeans, Cosi, Max Brenner, CVS, and Walgreen’s. He brokered two of the largest shopping center sales in recent years, the sale of Riverview Plaza & Columbus Crossing for $75 million, and the sale of Quartermaster Plaza for $91 million, both purchased by Cedar Shopping Centers. Steve is a past PA/NJ/DE chair for The International Council of Shopping Centers. John, as the Vice President and Market Officer for Regency Centers, he oversees the leasing, operations and asset management of 36 shopping centers in the company’s Northeast Region and the Baltimore portfolio, totaling about 4.7 million square feet. John also assists with development, acquisition and disposition efforts in the region. John joined Regency as Vice President in 2006 in Washington, DC. He relocated to Philadelphia in 2007 to facilitate the growth of the Northeast region. John has worked on various development, redevelopment and leasing projects while at Regency, including development and leasing at Chimney Rock, in Bridgewater, NJ, Lower Nazareth Commons in Lower Nazareth Township, PA, Shops at Saugus in Saugus, MA, Silver Spring Square in Mechanicsburg, PA. He ran the redevelopment of Gateway Shopping Center in Wayne, PA, and Speedway Plaza in Westborough, MA among others. He worked on many acquisitions including the Equity One merger and Fellsway Plaza in Medford, MA Prior to Regency, John served as Director of Development at Starbucks Coffee Company in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Managing a team of real estate managers, construction managers and store designers, he and his team were responsible for opening 100 stores per year. Previously, he worked for Wendy’s International, Pepsi and Mobil in both real estate and development. John earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and his MBA in finance from Villanova University. John loves spending time with his two children and enjoys hiking, mountain biking and playing beach volleyball.

Angele Robinson-Gaylord has been helping retailers and developers create and implement strategies to grow and protect their real estate portfolios for over 13 years. Over her career, Angele has held roles as an attorney, property manager, real estate manager. Currently she serves as President for IKEA North America Real Estate. At IKEA, Angele leads the management team that oversees site acquisition, construction and portfolio management for all real estate in IKEA’s US and Canadian portfolios, including office, retail, logistics and call centers. She is an advisor to the Country Management Teams for the US and Canada and serves on the Board of Directors for several internal entities.  Originally from Maryland, Angele holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and a J.D. from George Washington University School of Law.  She is a proud 2009 graduate of Project REAP, an ICSC-supported, market-driven program that serves as a bridge between talented minority professionals and commercial real estate companies looking for talent. Angele was formerly with McDonald’s Corporation in the US Restaurant Development division, where she supported real estate issues for existing restaurants for a portfolio of approximately 1,900 locations across nine states. Prior to joining McDonald’s, Angele practiced law for over fifteen years in the areas of litigation and commercial real estate. Angele’s volunteer activities include supporting Stanford University Admissions, Junior Achievement, the Lower Merion Family Network and mentoring many up and coming Retail Real Estate professionals. Angele has served on the Board of Trustees for ICSC since 2018 and she was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the ICSC Foundation. Angele is married to Travis Gaylord, a Managing Director with Accenture Strategy, and they have two sons, Trent (age 18) and Tyler (age 11).

As President, Michael Markman oversees acquisitions, leasing, financing and development for BET Investments, a real estate management and development company that owns, manages, develops and leases shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes throughout the United States. Mr. Markman was formerly general counsel of a publicly traded New York Stock Exchange real estate investment trust (REIT) with over $500 million in assets where he managed all legal matters. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the Temple University School of Law and is member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He is a Commissioner in Abington Township, Pennsylvania, past chairman Abington Township Planning Commission, a member of the Board of Directors of the John A. Robbins Company and on the Board of Trustees at Ursinus College. Mr. Markman is a frequent speaker on industry topics and serves on the boards of various charitable groups.

Justin Rosenberg is the Founder and CEO of honeygrow, a wholesome- casual restaurant concept focused on vibrant, healthy and dynamic foods through its stir-fry, salad, and honeybar programs. In 2012, Justin opened and managed the first honeygrow located in Center City, Philadelphia. Since then, Justin and his team have opened 16 stores with locations ranging from the NYC Metro market to Washington DC. In 2016, honeygrow was the recipient of the Nation’s Restaurant News Hot Concept Award. For 2017, the company will be opening 8-10 new locations. Rosenberg founded honeygrow after working at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) as a Manager of Energy Services and as an Asset Manager where he oversaw a portfolio of approximately 25 regional shopping malls. Tired of sitting in a cubicle and with a passion to create a sustainable, long-term company modeled after some of his favorites (Apple, Southwest Airlines, and Whole Foods), Justin combined his passion in cooking and plant-based eating with that of music and design to create a business plan in hopes of raising capital for the first location. After 2.5 years of looking for investors and pitching 94 people, Rosenberg acquired the capital and subsequently opened the first store. Since then, honeygrow has raised over $52MM in equity financing to foster growth and technology driven projects. While developing honeygrow, Justin spent his weekends working in the kitchen of a fine-dining restaurant within the Washington DC area in an effort to gain a solid foundation to properly run his own restaurant (still then a pipedream!). Lessons learned from the fine-dining kitchen played a significant role in shaping the culture and execution of honeygrow’s fast-casual operations. Justin resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife, two daughters and son.

Drew heads The Martin Architectural Group's commercial division, managing a spectrum of retail and mixed-use commissions from grocery anchored strip fit-outs to overall master planning and design of regional lifestyle centers. Drew maintains a hands-on approach with his projects – from design and construction documents through construction administration. His duties specifically entail client representation during construction and leasing efforts. In addition to the composition of Lease Outline Drawings, Tenant Manuals, and tenant fit-out permit and construction documents, he can provide tenant coordination between fit-out and shell documentation as well.

As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, Michael specializes in tenant representation on a national and regional scale. His active retail clients include Capital One, Visionworks, Stein Mart, Virtua Express Urgent Care, Rally House, Carvana, Qdoba and Drive Time. In addition, Michael represents numerous owners on a project leasing and sales basis. His active owner clients are Brandywine Realty Trust, M&J Wilkow and Midwood Investment and Development. Michael has been a part of the Metro team since 2005 and is based out of our Philadelphia office. He is a graduate of Villanova University.

Chris Rosenbleeth is the Chair of the Real Estate Practice, and a partner in Stradley Ronon’s real estate and finance practice groups. Chris believes in a practical approach to helping his clients safely put their money to work. Chris regularly represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. He also advises secured lenders, including commercial banks, asset-based lenders and commercial finance companies, in connection with acquisition and other financings. Finally, he regularly advises clients on the implementation of restructuring projects involving multinational enterprises, including post-acquisition integrations, pre-spinoff or divestiture restructurings, and supply chain restructurings.
