Elevate 24 consists of two, four story Class A office buildings totaling 322,406 SF. The project has a 20K sf outdoor recreation deck with ample meeting areas, games and lounges. Additionally, there are a brand new state of the art fitness center with locker room and shower, large multi-purpose conference rooms and onsite café. The project boasts a three-level subterranean parking garage providing convenient, secured parking for tenants and visitors. Elevate 24 is in a prime location near the Camelback Corridor’s “main & main” intersection, proximate to dense residential neighborhoods and an abundance of retail amenities. Regent acquired Elevate 24 in June 2017 at 79% occupancy and in May 2019 completed a $7 Million renovation of the project.
