Elevate 24

Elevate 24 consists of two, four story Class A office buildings totaling 322,406 SF. The project has a 20K sf outdoor recreation deck with ample meeting areas, games and lounges. Additionally, there are a brand new state of the art fitness center with locker room and shower, large multi-purpose conference rooms and onsite café. The project boasts a three-level subterranean parking garage providing convenient, secured parking for tenants and visitors. Elevate 24 is in a prime location near the Camelback Corridor’s “main & main” intersection, proximate to dense residential neighborhoods and an abundance of retail amenities. The Project has strong presence on 24th Street and benefits from easy access to 51 freeway via Highland Ave. (a lower traffic artery), allowing for easy commutes from around the Valley and quick trips to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The Project’s cast-in-place concrete buildings feature high volume 13-foot concrete ceilings and floors, which allow for creative and traditional interiors.

Regent acquired Elevate 24 in June 2017 at 79% occupancy and in May 2019 completed a $7 Million renovation of the project.
