850 PBC is a 227,000 SF privately owned mixed-use laboratory building located on the Phoenix Bioscience Core, a 30-acre innovation district in Downtown Phoenix home to Arizona’s three public research universities, TGen, NIDDK, private companies, and clinical providers. Half of 850 PBC includes ASU research and innovation, including wet labs, clinical research and entrepreneurial space, the rest of the building features a new life sciences coworking space called Connect Labs by Wexford, private company labs and offices, a restaurant, and Maricopa County Community College’s Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation Lab Force facility. 850 PBC and the other ASU facilities on the PBC make up one of ASU’s seven Innovation Zones with ability to add more than 1 million additional square feet focused on bioscience entrepreneurial activity, corporate partnerships, workforce development, and community inclusion.
